The salon itself is beautiful. I had Sade and she was so kind and talented. I loved what she did with my hair, it was exactly what I hoped for. The price was great with the groupon. I'd recommend calling ahead to book your appointment before you purchase the groupon. I will definitely be returning to this salon anytime I get my hair done in Edmonton and will recommend it to any of my friends. The price alone was worth the commute from downtown, and the results were amazing.

Oh my goodness ! I’ve been searching for a great place for blonde hair !! I haven’t been so happy/ lucky with hairdressers and then I went here ! The service was amazing , the lady that did my hair saved it and made it so much brighter and healthier- They were honest and helpful when explaining the process ! I highly recommend this salon ! Had a IPL laser treatment. It was a horrible experience I have bad burns and open sore immediately after. It is only supposed to maybe darken and scab slightly after a day. This is immediate. So painful *** update day 5 picture. Still healing some deep burns and lots of scabbing

Don't go with lot of expectations. I went there after reading the reviews and explained what i want my hair to look like. I didn't get what I wanted and they charged me more on the top of that. Which cud be okay if would've get what I desired. I felt like i didn't get the good customer service experience because they had to match the price with Groupon? Kristine got angry when I said I didn't like the hair outcome how they look. I was being very nice and even apologized with a good tip (I think). I'm not very picky person but I work in a retail and I treat people nicely so I do expect a good service from highly reviewed salon. I wanted to go on vacation with good hair but I'm sorry I'm pretty disappointed. Felt like crying.

I have been here 3 times so far. Everyone who works here are invested in making people feel like the best versions of themselves. It is a comfortable environment and they are doing a lot during the Covid-19 pandemic to make people feel comfortable. They are quick and efficient without compromising the value of their work. The staff who work here make it a priority to ensure you are comfortable and that you know what the steps are to complete your service that day. I have gotten Hairstyling services, along with multiple hair colours along with bleaching and colour removing. My stylist made sure to keep track of my comfort level while maintaining the chemical process. I will 100% be coming back regularly, and I would recommend anyone who wants to come here to do it! You will not be dissapointed

Very good handling with covid. Went for a pedicure with mom and they were able to get us in on the date we had wanted, had a bit of a wait to get in but nothing too crazy. Pedicure was good, would recommend more emphasis be put on the paddle or callus removal, seemed very gentle to me but was also nice. Great ambiance and comfortable pedicure chairs. Really would like more of a massage with pedicure but could be due to covid or due to regular vs spa pedicure. It was great service and the pedicurists did an awesome job! Would recommend.

Don’t recommend. Stylist was very rough, start to finish very painful. I’m surprised I even needed a haircut after she ripped my hair out for three hours. Purchased a $90 groupon for cut & full highlights or balayage & was charged $55 extra because the groupon was only for ‘normal length hair’. Purchased the same $80 groupon at another salon earlier in the year and was not charged a penny at the salon. Stylist did do a good job with the colour, and the cut was decent. Overall salon customer service was lacking.

i walked into the business and it is a nice,clean and very professional place. The barber i wanted to see was nick abboud and hands down he is the best barber in edmonton i recommend everyone should visit him and get their haircuts. He is very professional and takes his time with your haircut and is a very outgoing person to have conversations with. Don't differentiate the services and the prioritization of customers based on groupons. If your trying to attract customers by stimulating buisness through groupon your doing an excellent job of the opposite. Ridiculous wait times and difficulty rescheduling once your customers can't wait any longer are a nice touch too... "Once bitten, twice shy" sorry but I Won't be back

VERY UPSET with the results. PLEASE BEWARE if you are going here!! I don't know why they have such good reviews! I rarely splurge on getting my hair colored because it can be very expensive. But after reading the positive reviews I purchased a package for a haircut and balayage from V-Va Salon. I was told that since my hair was long there may be a $10-$20 fee on top of what I paid for the package - which I agreed with. After my appointment was done I was advised that it would be an extra $30. I explained that I was not told it would be that much extra but the lady at the front desk did not seem to care and I didn't want to make it an awkward situation over an extra $10-$20 - so I paid it. The girl that did my hair was very nice but I feel like because I purchased a package at a discounted rate (Groupon) that the quality of service was compromised. I asked for a honey colored balayage (I have medium brown hair) and showed the stylist several photos - and was advised that it could be done. I also requested just a trim and for her to add some long layers throughout to lighten the weight of my hair and make it easier for me to style. She did a great job blow drying and styling it after the cut and color so I didn't realize until I washed my hair a couple of days later (was advised to wait for 3 days to wash it) that I was very unhappy with the results. My balayage is not a balayage at all. More like random highlights (many of which are chunky and have a very noticeable line where they start). Most of the highlights are actually on the upper half of my hair rather than the lower half where they should be. The color of the "balayage" is also a lot darker than I had asked for. As for the haircut, my goal for getting some layers in my hair was to lighten it up (it's pretty long) and to make it easier to style. I also had some longer bangs that I've been growing out that I asked to have blended in so that they would grow out evenly. The haircut that I received is uneven, the layers are inconsistent and chunky and the blending of my bangs is very choppy and very uneven (one side of the bangs is a good 1/2" shorter than the other!). I am now having to wait for this to grow out and it literally looks like a choppy mullet if I don't spend a significant amount of time styling it (and it still does not look blended). I am very disappointed with the result and wish I had never gone here. I now have to wait for several months or more before this will grow back as I doubt anything can be done (apart from chopping my long hair off) to make it look much better. I'm not sure what V-VA Salon will do to rectify this but I really wish that I could at the very least get a refund for this so that I can go somewhere else and see if there is anything that can be done to fix my hair or at least make it more manageable and blended so that I don't have to walk around looking like I have a mullet on my head!!

Simmi is my go-to stylist at V-Va salon for my hair needs. I spent years trying different salons and being let down by hair professionals until I found one I can finally trust. What stands out about Simmi is that she takes the time to listen and get a good understanding of what you want but also gives great advice on how your hair can be styled for your unique face shape. She's done both short and long hair styles on me which have turned out AMAZING and I've received countless compliments on. She also made me feel very comfortable during the experience and communicates consistently about what she is about to do to my hair. The experience was always therapeutic especially with her killer head massages. She has an abundance of passion and confidence for her work and it really shows. I had an appointment with V Va Salon for a haircut prior to an event I had that night. They called me 25 minutes before appointment to let me know that my stylist had a family emergency (which I understand happens) but I didn't get the call because I was driving on my way to my appointment already. When I arrived at the salon was greeted by 2 perplexed men at the front desk. I told them I was there for my appointment and they told me what happened to my stylist. I was asked if i could come back on Monday but I said I couldn't because I had an event that evening at 5. Then they suggested a 4:30 appointment. I told them that that wouldn't work for me because of my 5 pm event. I left the salon stressed and panicked trying to find another salon that had a very last minute appointment. UPDATE: I received a call from the manager, Maya, of VVA salon the next day. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to call her until the following day. I explained the above situation. She was very sympathetic to my problem. She apologized for this and offered me compensation. The service I received was great. I really appreciated that she followed up and dealt with situation.

First I have to thank the manager she is so amazing. I need to get in because my husband was leaving out of town and I had no one to watch my daughter. She did everything to accommodate me and more. I found this salon through groupon and so happy I did. I purchased the full packaged but I knew going in there I wanted some extras done and that would add to the cost and that was fine. I would have paid full price without groupon for the service alone not to mention Sarah is AMAZING. I had a vision of what I wanted and she did exactly that and she even suggested a few things and my hair and color turned out to be more then I could have asked for. it has been so long since I got my hair professionally done and I will be back to the salon. It is clean and has a welcoming vibe and the girls are fun. The guys up front are so polite and well spoken :) Its really a refresher to have this type of experience because it hardly happens anymore. I think I will try some other services there soon and will be back to see SARAH.. Don't even hesitate to book just do it!!!

-5/10. PLEASE, IF YOU LOVE YOUR HAIR, DO NOT GET IT CUT HERE. THEY WILL DESTROY IT. I came to get a simple blunt bob haircut, and Ciara completely wrecked my hair. I had fine shoulder length hair, after attempting for over 1.5 years to grow it out, and showed her an image of the cut I wanted. The pictures speak for themselves (there’s the inspiration photo, a before photo, and a few after photos). Completely uneven, the back of my hair is only 2 inches in length, there are sections that are missing underneath. I could have done a better job myself. She went crazy with the texturizing shears, when clearly in my inspiration photo, there’s barely any texture in the cut. Spoke with Maya the manager, she said to come in and have a “master stylist” fix it. Went in and sat with Sarah the following day, and she only made the cut worse, choppier, more uneven and even more short. She had the audacity to say, “It’s a good thing you have natural curl in your hair to hide the problems”. Haircuts should NOT be hidden if they’re done properly. Demanded a full refund, as the cut isn’t even worth a cent, and Maya refused and only offered a complimentary cut in the future. Yeah right, AS IF I will EVER be returning to this salon for any service at all. I now have to go to a different salon altogether and cut my hair back to a pixie.

Went for my hair appointment yesterday, front desk was nice, my hair stylist was very friendly and very good. She did color/hair cut and styled my hair very nicely. I was happy with over all experience, But when I washed my hair in the evening, my husband noticed few long hair back of my head and it was not cut properly, so he cut those left out hair which the hair stylist should've noticed but it was left out. And when the stylist styled my hair she thinned out my hair too much so she puffed out my hair with hair dryer, which looked nice but when I washed my hair at home my hair looked so flat and I could not do anything with my hair. My hair's curly and once I put gel it always curls and looks nice. BUT when V-Va salon cut my hair and was too thinned out, my hair look flat and I can't even make it curly with putting gel on my hair. Basically my hair cut looks like it's a little kid's hair cut. I am very unhappy about my hair cut now because it looks flat and there is nothing I can do. It's really disappointing I trusted this stylist and thought she knew exactly what she was doing to my hair, she was really nice but she had no idea what she was doing to my hair. I even told her that I trust her what she will do to my hair because she seemed nice and confident. I always have bad experience in having my hair cut in Alberta. And this stylist is in that list too now. Not happy with my hair at all.

Really terrible experiences here to be honest. My girlfriend had a massage done once and the lady was sick, coughing and sneezing through out the whole thing. The manager didn't offer any sort of discount or even apology, just sent the sick lady home. We got some gift certificates through work so we thought we'd give them another shot and I booked a couples massage and a haircut for myself the next day. Massages were both really mediocre. We both had areas with tension we wanted them to focus on and we both specifically said not to massage our faces. I didn't get my chest massaged at all (where I was tense) but got my face massaged plenty, girlfriend said the same. I went back the next day for my hair cut. Turns out the lady doing it was very new and had to ask someone else how to do my hair, which is fine i guess but she had shaky hands throughout the whole thing and it took her an hour to do a men's haircut. The manager gave me a 15% discount after the fact but I wont be returning and would definitely tell friends to avoid it.

Oh man! This place is awesome although sometimes there can be miscommunications with the receptionists being on the same page with each other but they are quick to rectify and errors. The salon is so clean and welcoming. I visit Jovi every 6 weeks for threading and waxing and she’s AMAZING! I always request her. Jovi is so welcoming, kind and easy to chat with. They are very cautious with COVID-19 and take every precaution when you enter the building.

Stylist went over his time and charged me extra for 'styling' but I just walked out looking like a poodle. Took him 45 minutes to curl my hair and by the end of it I had straight pieces sticking out; I asked for loose waves and got Shirley Temple curls. A hair cut ended up costing $75 because I had a 'Master Stylist', but the stylist told me he had only been cutting hair for 2 years...... Worst Ever

I took my Mother-in-Law to V-Va Spa to treat us both. She was recovering from a broken ankle and I was unsure which treatments were best with her injury in mind. I called V-Va to ask some questions and was really impressed with the level of professionalism and information they offered. When we arrived for our appointment (first thing on a Saturday morning), we were greeted with a smile and the amazing experience continued right to the door on the way out! The first thing we noticed was how beautifully designed and decorated the Salon and Spa are; it is really nice. We ended up having the Moroccan Dream (steam, scrub, soak, massage) and loved every second! Danielle and Kiran explained what to expect throughout the experience and delivered on all promises!! They showed us the other treatment rooms after and explained the other services offered, which was good because we will definitely be back :) Danielle performed my services and will now be my regular Massage Therapist! She is so good!! My Mother-in-Law lives out of town but vows to visit Kiran when she is back. Beginning to end- really amazing experience :)

Worst customer service ever! Had an appointment with Maya. I was told to wait and filled out a form. NO one told me to wear a mask and was not directed as where were the masks lying. A humble worker told me to wear mask later while I was waiting. Maya came after 10 minutes and told me about the deals. She handed over the pamphlet and informed me if I buy the deals right away, will get one extra laser session (which was already printed out). As soon as I asked Maya about the Groupon deals (luckily not purchased by me before the appointment. lucky me!!!), Maya baffled and changed the topic. She even insisted that something was wrong with the groupon coupons and the management needs to work on the change. I was shocked to hear that. She was just doing a business and wanted to sell the deal. Later on, one lady approached me and asked me whether I was ready for the patch test. She was rude up to the moon. While I was in the room (where the patch test had to happen), her behavior was the same. She did the patch test on the different area and didn't even shave before giving me the patch test on that particular area. I was really disappointed with the service and also the way they treated me at the salon. I do not about other clients of theirs, as they don't care who you are. They only care about your money and status. I do not recommend their services!!

Took my mom to get a pedicure for her birthday, hoping to have a nice relaxing time. We waited 45 mins to even get started, our appointment was at 4:30 the lady didn’t show till 5:15. We found out after that the lady doing our toes told the manager she couldn’t be there till 5:30 so don’t book it, but the manager booked it anyway. Then there was only one lady to do my moms and my toes. We were there for THREE hours! I had shilac on my toes from a previous pedicure, she put the solution to take it off on my toes and left it so long it started to burn and ignored me when I told her. So I had to take it off MYSELF. The manager couldn’t care less she argued with me when I said I wasn’t impressed and gave me a 5 dollar discount. Wow. Thanks. Will never go back I was appalled that they treated us that way. Also we missed dinner because we were there for THREE hours.

Well I went in tonight with a groupon. I was really excited because I wanted highlights. Due to me putting some blonde in myself at home the stylist said she was unable to do the highlights or it would like like a zebra. She suggested I do an all over Color instead. Well I was actually really upset because I bought that groupon for highlights not an all over Color which I could have done myself with salon quality but the lady at the front already took the groupon so I wasn’t even able to rebook for another day. The stylist did a good job on the colour but in my opinion I wasted my money as it was not somthing I was wanting to get. And I’ve been to many different salons in Sherwood park who have got my hair from red to blonde and black to blonde so I’m really not understanding how it could not have worked and why I just wasted my money. As I’m also a single mom so getting my hair done is a luxury for me.

I have such short hair from bleaching it so much. I started going to Sherwood Park Spasation a year ago, and they were able to maintain the color but it still looked frizzy and dead. I came in a month ago and purchased over $200 dollars on my hair and receive a free straightner Thanks to there amazing promotions done by there new managment. This time my hair didnt just turn out amazing it felt great to and i already noticed it grew 2inches since being done. Thanks to there incredible staff recommending some great products for it and informing me how to take care of it. Not only does my hair look good but feels great too! They gave me there honest judgment because they care, i was able to trust them and get the result i wanted. With the new management, there is a new look and feel in Sherwood park Spasation. It is a gorgeous spa and front desk staff is great. I have went for 2 nd ILPs seen no results after both treatments. The most recent one I had done this evening. The lady rushed thru it didn't wipe my face or anything prior. She asked one question if it was my first or second treatment. She wiped my face off with Kleenex....so I had a little left over jelly over my face which wasn't a great feeling. My face actually felt worse after my ILP as it felt goey and gross....I still have one more left of my Groupon...I definitely won't be back after that treatment.

The bleach had low ammonia and the toner had none so my hair is still super healthy, they have a strong focus on natural and vegan products. Pleasent staff, clean spa, missing finesse. The treatments were of good quality and the staff greated us with a smile. The only downfall was the overal experience. We had 3 treatments, and had to pack our clothes around from room to room, which is ackward and a little embarrassing. My masuse was a lovely lady, and skilled in her craft, however, she had a very bad cough and I could hear the fluid gurgling in her lungs. The spa was a bit chilly so it was difficult to fully relax due to goosebumps attacking my body. I will go back to Spasation for another try, but, next time I will specifically request a locker/robe as well as a mini heater in the treatment rooms.

Not impressed. My girlfriend bought me a 50$ gift card for my birthday. Went to use it and the woman said it wasn't activated. My girlfriend called and the woman she talked to said she activated it and for the inconvenience put 50$ on each card. I went to use it and again it doesn't work. She's called twice and both times they said someone would call back and they haven't. I'll never go back. Update: the manager contacted me a few months ago to let me know they've corrected the mistake and added more $ onto the gift card as an apology, today I went in and had a fabulous cut! Been here a couple times for a pedicure and haircut and did not have any issues. This time around I made an appointment online for a hybrid eyelash fill and received a call that there was an issue with online booking, no problem rebooked for a few days later. Showed up to my rebooked appointment and was brought to the room where the esthetician said she hadn't received her order and only had a couple extensions to use which I decided wasn't going to work for me since the lengths were completely different from what I currently had. Everyone here is very friendly but instead of calling me to let me know the situation they waited until I drove almost half an hour to get to my appointment, this to me is an issue as a business. My criticism is not to the business as a whole but this this particular event.

I also used a Groupon and received terrible customer service. My cut and colour were okay but my style was horrendous. I couldn't run out of there fast enough to go home and fix it. I called and complained and was offered a "re-do". When I went to my "re-do" I was informed that since it had been more than 2 weeks I would have to pay. I explained I was on vacation and that this time was booked for me and the policy had not been explained. The stylist was very confrontational and kept reciting policy to me. I vow I will never return to Spasation and I caution others before they go.

The staff were kind and welcoming. The ambiance was relaxing and exciting at the same time. Sarah worked on my hair, which is not thick; I have fine hair. Sarah fixed the old style so that it would flow/fall much nicer. The highlights she chose (she compared to my pictures) turned out amazing. My appointment was cut and colour. It was a referral and the stylist was recommended by the owner as one of their best. Staff were super friendly and nice. The hair cut was fine. However the colouring part was very disappointing and super upsetting. I told the stylist that I want the highlight looks random. I thought she was going to use tin foil, however she suggested a plastic hat with holes, I have no knowledge about what she was suggesting, anyway I did say ok. She plucked my hair through the holes, she bleached it / washed add colour. The whole process was very very quick. After I washed my hair at home, I realize half of my hair has unified stricks and the other half has big splotches, such ugliness. I was charge $223, at that price I am expecting my hair to be done professionally. My friend told me the hat is an old way to apply sticks and we suspect the stylist is being lazy want the job done quickly. I will definitely never go there again.

As the other said Don't go with lot of expectations. Rebecca got angry when I said I didn't like the hair I was being very nice and even apologized . Was very sloppily done and even dropped a clip on the floor then putting it back in my hair, the place has breakers going off it can’t even handle electricity and cupboards breaking I never seen such a dysfunctional salon . I had to clean off extra dye on my head and face .. they keep saying give it couple days to let it settle... I’m not so sure about it and I would not come here again .. it was the worst I ever had

I found everyone at the salon very friendly and kind, positive which is a plus and Simmi did a fantastic job on my hair, I feel brand new I could have had a nap I was so relaxed by the end of it and the price was right as well. I did laser here with Sherween and it is amazing! I've just done 2 sessions and my hair has not grown back after a month. Its pain free and Sherween is so nice and goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and not miss a spot!! Such an awesome lady! Manager is very friendly and always smiling !! I received a wonderful manicure, pedicure, and massage. It was the hour in the waiting room that was unpleasant. I was in bare feet while the polish was drying and waiting for a massage. Since people were walking through the waiting room and leaving the door open, the room got quite cold. By the time I went in for my massage, my feet and hands were quite cold and did not warm up even after an hour massage. I would suggest that you allow patrons to sit in the massage chairs after their manicure while awaiting their massages.

I went for a Moroccan spa experience yesterday.I just wanted to say that the lady who worked on me was "amazing" and the receptionist was very friendly. I was a little disappointed with the constant interruptions and actually felt bad for the lady who worked on me as I could tell it was not her fault and she genuinely felt bad.First off I undressed and was reassured that I could leave my purse clothes/ underwear in "my private"room that was attached to the jacuzzzi room as no one else would be using it during my treatment. Half way through my treatment I could hear another client in my room and asked about it and as I was being scrubbed down someone walked into the room to deliver my belongings( I was a little embarrased as my under clothes were exposed in the process). On 2 other separate occasions during my message and scrub down someone walked into the room while I was on the table. Also while I was on the table there was a child outside crying and screaming..my therapist had to leave the room to try and fix the situation. My therapist also had to step out of the room twice to try adjust the lighting inside the room. The therapy room was on the cooler side..it would have been more pleasant if the room was a bit warmer. This was my first experience and I think the several interruptions took away from it as it was not as relaxing as I expected. I also felt the therapist was rushed as she was trying to make up time due to the interruptions.

I want to rate them 10 stars. I am very fussy trust me the worst kind of fussy customer ever. However Sade is an incredible hair Artist. She is outgoing personality is great . Honest and knows her stuff. She is great with scissors which is rare to find without paying a fortune. Her blow drying skills will help with any hair to transform it to beautiful! While I waited for the hair dye to process, a nice glass of wine was given and a nice mini hand massage . Their hair products are incredibly good for your hair not to mention the Calura hair colour system. Thus hair color is so healthy for your hair and no harsh chemicals or Amonina . Great for sensitive scalp or anyone wanting less chemicals in their beauty routine. Trust me visit this hidden gem with a big City vibe but not the craziness of one!? Clean stylish and a zen feeling

Nick is one of the most skilled barbers in the city. I have gone to many barbers across the city and none of them even compare to nick. He is extremely professional, punctual, and friendly. They are SUPER EXPENSIVE!! I saw there package on Groupon but Maya asked me not to pay at Groupon and pay in-store and I paid double of it. One-Star is only for Jasmine she was nice. but I didn't liked the overall service my hair are damaged with the bleach products. They charged $55 for trimming which I believe is not even a proper trim , in return they are explaining me that there is no difference between trim or a haircut they are a same thing. Jasmine explained me over phone if she is using her scissor that means she is charging me $55 which doesn't make sense to me. I have to get my hair done again from different place because they were overcharging me to correct what they did wrong. V VA is a really waste of my money. Wont ever go back there again and wont even recommend any of my friend.

On June 3rd I phoned V-VA and explained to the voice on the other line that my regular hair salon, Concrete Blonde (CB), was booked solid and I required a cut and color. I mentioned I had an old Groupon for CB and informed her that my hair was very long and thick. The said voice on the other line mentioned they would match CB's Groupon price and to take a screenshot of the Groupon as proof. My initial thought was that it was very nice of her to match a Groupon from a competitor and that I may have found myself a new backup hair salon. I reiterated, the fact that I had long and thick hair, in the event she wanted to opt-out on matching the Groupon. She claimed not to worry about my long and thick hair just come in on Saturday at 9 am and they would take care of me. I mentioned during the phone call that I was in the midst of looking for another hair salon as a backup in the event I couldn't get into CB in the future and that I require cuts and colors every few months or so. Saturday, June 6th, hair appointment day. Although it's my day off, and a 9 am appointment requires that I wake at 730 am, I was overall excited to get my hair done today as I've waited desperately through COVID for hair salons to reopen. I enter V-VA salon at 9 am and am greeted and told to fill out a COVID form and have a seat. The hairstylist proceeds to take off a clip on my hair and states "oh my you have long, thick hair." I informed her that was specifically mentioned, a few times when I phoned in to make an appointment. She proceeds to say that she's going to have to charge me an extra $50 for having long and thick hair. I questioned her as to why that was not mentioned to me when I phoned? And proceeded to inform her that I am no longer interested in their shady business. Based on principle, and their blatant lies I will no longer require or recommend V-VA for future services. I am convinced that their 4.5 rating is based on reviews from their family and friends and as such, it's back to the trusty Concrete Blonde I go. On my way out of V-VA I angrily mentioned that they wasted my time. I also let them know that I was up at 730 am on my day off, drove there which is a distance from my home only to leave angry and having nothing done in the end. Shame on you V-VA, I will forever mention my experience with you very negatively. In the end, your greed cost you a potential future customer, a bad review, and future references.

Every time I enter Spasation Sherwood Park it brightens my day! I am here regularly for laser appointments. All of the staff are very welcoming, helpful and you can tell they thoroughly thrive in their industry! I have been a customer here for years, have had manicures, pedicures, facials, microdermabrasion, massages, threading, and am here every 6 weeks to get my hair done! Recently within the past few months the ambience here has improved! My experiences are always so wonderful; I feel appreciated, taken care of, and relaxed. They often have great promotions going on as well, for example; just for writing this review I receive 10% off of my next service!!! 10/10 would recommend! She actually took the time to outsources options for extensions she put in my hair for my wedding this past June. She nailed the black/purple of my hair dreams. The salon itself has a really relaxed but polished vibe. Really great staff there all-in-all. When I first walked in the the first time, the owner was actually the one to greet me and she knew exactly who I was before I even said more than my name.
