My hot tube arrived yesterday. It was delivered and set up - we couldn't be happier! Right from the beginning of this purchase I knew I chose the right place. I dealt with Kyle the owner - no BS or pressure. Simply a knowledgeable spa supplier that wants to provide customers with a great product at a great price. He promised my tube would be hear mid July. It was delivered/installed on 16 July. His 2 installers were friendly, hard working and did not leave until I fully understood the operation/maintenance of the tub. Great work Kyle to you and your team!

Upon delivery Dallas the Service Manager was professional and very knowledgeable about the tub and gave me his personal cell phone to call night or day with any questions. So impressed with this company's focus on customer service to please the customer. . . A lost art this day in age! Will recommend them at the highest level. I had an issue with my hot tub yesterday. I called Candace who sent their service manager Kevin to my house within 1 to 2 hours. CANNOT SAY ENOUGH AMAZING THINGS ABOUT THIS FAMILY OWNED COMPANY. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!! We were recently SCREWED by another spa provider in Edmonton. We were waiting 8 mos for a tub that never even arrived. On the day of our expected delivery after a lot of disappointment, we researched other hot tub dealers and landed upon the Spa Spots page. We texted them through their number on FB and within 2 mins they texted us back. The store was closed as it was after 6pm hours but they had someone from the family there in 30 mins and opened up the store for us to go through their tubs. Another huge bonus about this company is you can actually SIT in the tubs where as a lot of other dealers you have to buy them from the brochure only. My husband is a large guy with a tall torso and has a hard time fitting into most tub bucket seats so this was a huge plus for us. Tyler was absolutely amazing. He was honest and sold us the tub that he would personally buy for himself, not necessarily the most expensive one. After explaining all of the tubs to us for 1.5 hours with no rush and no pressure to buy, we were completely relieved that our nightmare was over and we felt so confident with our decision to pull out of the other deal and go with Spa Spot. There were no hidden fees, no gimmicks, just straight facts. They had the tub we wanted in stock already (their warehouse is HUGE) and were able to deliver the tub within 3 days! They also have multiple financing options that all the "BIG" dealers have. The delivery was so smooth. They had no problem lifting the tub onto our 24" deck and even hooked up the final electrical for us (the other location wouldn't hook up electrical, you had to hire your own electrician to be there for delivery). They explained all of the chemicals and made sure we were 100% confident before leaving. Throughout the night we were texting them about other questions we had and they always responded within 3 mins! We had a glitch with our bluetooth connection and Dallas from service was at our house on the same day to fix a simple issue. AMAZING. I promise you, you will not find a friendlier dealer, with better prices, delivery times or service in Edmonton. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMINAL. Recommending them to all of our friends and family. Thank you Spa Spot for everything!

Bought a hot tub from them approximately 2 years ago and it had a couple of issues . Kyle has contacted us and he is sending someone right away. We had a little miscommunication but they are going overboard to fix it. Originally we purchased the tub because of the ton of knowledge Candace has, she is great . Thank you guys for calling back and working to make it right. This is how business should be done. Update Jan 2020. We had another issue, Kyle was answering phone and calling while away in Mexico. He helped over the phone and then sent his service guy out right away. They got tub fixed up, called me to confirm that they addressed everything, and then followed up the next day to make sure we were happy. True customer service, we highly recommend The Spa Spot. Fantastic service and people. Purchased a maax hot tub 6 years ago from the Spa Spot. The reason for buying here was the service and knowledge. Before purchasing here we went to other spa locations to look around. Other locations all had pushy salespeople trying everything to keep you in store. Spa spot completely different. I have to say this is the best spa place I have ever heard of. Kyle in Edmonton is great to deal with. In the spring me and my girlfriend went to look at hot tubs and when we walked in to the spa spot we meet Kyle and we told him what we whiner looking for. He showed us exactly what we wanted. he did not try to up sell us in any way, Witch is nice not to have some sales guy being pushy what so ever. We asked a lot of questions and he was happy to answer all of them and gave us a lot more info than I had expected. So we decided to buy from the spa spot and we had gone though finansing to get it. The people in that department was great to deal with and got things done very fast. I had called spa spot to get some help with some electrical requirements and Kyle had some one who knew all the specs call me with in 15min the cool thing it was Sunday at 8pm. A few days later they came to deliver the spa and it was not a easy install and the delivery guys where wonderful with all that they had to go though to get our new spa in to the place we wanted to. They made sure that they could work with our schedule. After the install the took the time to explain every thing we needed to know and left us a book full of mantic items with explanations. I have had other hot tubs before and by far this has been my best experience by far. If I talk to any one this place in my opinion is the best place over all other places. I will say since spring we have had issues and when ever we had day or night they have always been their for us, They define above and beyond. Thank you spa spot

i was in the market for a swim spa last year and had narrowed it down to a couple places. We decided to purchase from the Spa Spot. I have to say that this was the best decision we have ever made. This past winter we hadn't winterized our swim spa properly and all the pipes ended up freezing and bursting and the heater went as well. I had phoned Candice and Kyle immediately and they had sent out Kevin to have a look. I was so stressed because we had only had it for a year and I didn't know how much everything was going to end up costing. Kevin came out right away and I explained what had happened. Without any hesitation Kyle had told Kevin to fix the swim spa. Kevin had stayed late till the evening to get the pipes fixed and came super early in the morning (to work around my schedule) to get the swim spa running as good as new. There are other companies out there selling the same products some are less some are more but I have to say, they are probably the best company I have ever dealt with. Honest and hard working people and care about their customers. When buying a swim spa, you not only need to look at the product to ensure that you're getting a really good quality, but I now know also that after care is so important. If I could give more than a 5 star for this company I really would. I could not recommend them enough. If you are in the market, please go and check them out.

I got my hot tub in four days. The selection and amount of hot tubs in stock is impressive. The price was unbeatable. The staff was very knowledgeable and gave me an excellent education. The delivery was on time and the installers were polite and professional. After one month I was having a electric issue. I called Kyle and he had technicians come and the problem was solved in less than 24hrs. I am very confident buying at Spa Spot was the right choice!

We had the BEST experience with The Spa Spot! My husband I visited almost every spa supplier in Edmonton and nothing compared to the level of service and selection at The Spa Spot. The sales service: They spent time with us, answered all our questions and helped us find our perfect Hot Tub within our budget. Most other places left us doing a ton of online searching as we don't speak Hot Tub language, but not this place, they provided all the info! They made us feel like family and cared about our needs/wants. The only difficult thing was my husband and I agreeing on a colour. The set up: Dallas and crew were great! They were careful and mindful of our backyard when setting up. They also had amazing patience while setting up a heavy tub and pausing to answer all my husbands questions.... even though they knew that he would get all the details in the final run through. Great guys who provided great tips! Service and maintenance: We have owned the hot tub since Mother's Day and have not required anything to be fixed. Everything works perfect! Whenever we have questions about water levels or things that we could easily find answers to in our manual... Kyle has been great in answering texts from my husband. Whenever I question my husband about the tub his response is always "Kyle says..." and that's how it goes. Thank you to everyone at The Spa Spot! This was truly one of the best decisions / purchases we have ever made. We are in the tub almost every day or night!

My wife and I went to a place in the west end to shop for hotels. Told em our budget and that really only wanted jets and some lights. No radio, TV, flamethrowers........ We were constantly being diverted over to the Kardashian type tubs and away from the simple tubs we were actually interested in. I even made the comment "it's clear you work for commissions here" when all the tubs we were being shown start at 7000$ OVER OUR BUDGET! Went to shop at Spaspot and what a difference! Told them our budget and features we would like. They showed us what they had that may work for us. Never mentioned once that we should double our budget and buy a Kardashian series hot tub or forever regret it like the West end store would allude. What a wonderful experience from end to end! I went to 9 different spa shops and Kyles team, product, and pricing blew everyone else out of the water. From the moment i came in i was taken care of and educated for as long as i wanted. There was never any pressure or rush. Their spas are made of the highest quality construction options and their prices made it a no brainer. There was another big name across town with similar features and construction quality but side-by-side the other spas were 6k more expensive. The financing was easy and super affordable. Installation was done by guys who have clearly installed hundreds of tubs. They were super nice, fast, tidy, and gave me every confidence in my exciting new purchase. I went back once to get more chemicals and they had me back in the show room to show me more maintenance tips and tricks. They clearly take pride in what they do. The people at spa spot set the absolute gold standard in how any business should be run.

I'm taking the time to do these reviews because of how hard it was for me to find unbiased local reviews on hot tubs. Most seem to have been written by spa sales personnel who seem to be marketing their own products or bashing the competition. To make a long story short, the owners and staff at the Spa Spot are great. They provided me with a lot of useful information, were forthcoming about which features were unnecessary up-sells and helped entertain my young son so that I had time to look. I did a lot of research and read a lot of posts on hot tub forums before deciding to purchase a 781 from this store. We got a great deal and, when we had our electrical etc done early, the owners went out of their way to have our tub delivered 2 days early. Thus far we are very please with our new hot tub's power and performance. I particularly love the foot station on the lounger and the shiatsu chair. 6 week update: The tub has been surprisingly easy to take care of and the "post-sales" service has been great so far. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. It looked like we had a bad scratch in the surface of the tub that appeared to go all the way through the surface layer. We called the Spa Spot and they sent out their service manager out. He took a quick look, rubbed it with his finger and, like magic, it was gone. It was apparently just a scuff and the surface is now perfect again. I was almost embarrassed to have wasted his time but he was very gracious and now we know what to do if it happens again.

I'm not someone to normally write a review, but in this extraordinary case I feel like I had to. My wife and I were looking at purchasing a hot tub for quite some time on a fairly modest budget. We didn't want to break ourselves or remortgage our house in the process. After searching for some time for the right deal, and tub... we had almost given up. There was a very used car salesman feel to a couple of different hot tub outlets that we found and ultimately were not finding what we wanted with our budget. Then we walked in to the Spa Spot. It was a totally different approach and feel then we received anywhere else. Kyle asked legitimate questions and showed that he was actually interested in our wants and needs and not just about making the sale. We ended up making a deal on a tub that day and have been nothing but impressed. Nothing but 5 star service from the salesman Kyle to the follow up from Candace and the final installation and instructional information of the installers. Buying a hot tub from this location has been a great experience. When we went in, the sales men were very patient and gave no pressure. My kids came and they were entertained with free rubber ducks and candy while we looked around. The sales men stayed 45 minutes after the store closed to answer our questions and finalize our sale. This was the first, and only, store we went to because they earned our business with how they treated us. I have contacted the store owner many times with question about my hot tub and it's water chemistry. He is always eager to give helpful information and ensures I am happy with my tub.

Kyle was very knowledgeable and helpful in troubleshooting the problem and offered to have parts ready for pick up the next day. At the end of our long conversation about troubleshooting our tub he said with a smile “you can always fix the problem for good and buy a new hot tub”. Next thing you know a had him showing me a used spa spot hot tub that he and his team had completely refurbished. It was beautiful. Kyle took the time to show me all of the great features of the hot tub that we never had on our old tub. After a quick discussion at home, we closed the deal and had the refurbished hot tub delivered and installed. The next day we noticed one of the jets had fallen out. Kyle and his team were quick to supply a replacement at no charge and give detailed instructions on how to install it. It’s been working rock solid ever since. When Candice says “we want to do business with YOU” in their television commercial, I have to says yes, “YOU really want to do business with them!”

I'm a long time customer of Spa Spot who purchased a hot tub about 4 years ago now. Never any issues and always helpful and friendly when purchasing supplies. In the past year I've moved houses, was in limbo for a number of months and needed to store my hot tub to a new house. Kyle was a great help and worked with me on resolving my dilemma. The move took way longer than expected and they still worked with me to help me out. With the hot tub all moved into the new house I ran across a minor leak within a couple weeks. The delivery of the spa was on time and the guys gave us a run down of how to use an maintain it. They cracked a corner panel moving it in but said they would send out a new one. I followed up a few weeks after to see where the panel was and they had some out that day to fix it. Their service team seems very reliable. We purchased a Maax hot tub along with a gazebo two years ago at the Home and Garden show. The installation crew was great and had the gazebo built and the hot tub installed and filled in half a day. We enjoy it 3 - 4 times a week in all temperatures. When we have any questions or concerns, the staff are always easy friendly and professional with a quick answer. The hot tub is very good quality, durable and super efficient. We barely use any chemicals as we have the UV and ozone options, but when we do we only buy them at the Spa Spot as we have found other hot tub retailers carry lower quality chemicals. Thanks!! My wife and I were in the market for a hot tub for sometime. We visited many other dealers before The Spa Spot and even had a deposit down with one of the "bigger name brands." To our surprise, the "name brand" company told us that it was over a 30 week wait to get our tub so a friend referred us to Kyle and his team. After walking in, we could already tell that this was very different. There were no pressure sales and we could have a genuine conversation without being upsold on absolutely everything. Peter was our salesman and he did a fantastic job. Believe it or not, Peter actually talked me into getting a cheaper tub than I was looking at because of what I told him I wanted to use it for. Kyle also talked me into a different colour shell which I was hesitant at first but once it was delivered and installed, it was absolutely the right colour for our backyard and furnishings. Once we got our Spa delivered, I called Peter probably 50 times on the first day asking questions and he answered them all with no issue. This was one of the best buying experiences we've had. Also- our tub has a ton more features than the competitor we had a deposit on and was thousands of dollars less. You can't beat that! I highly recommend Kyle, Peter, and the rest of the team at The Spa Spot!

During a time of Covid and being stuck at home we like many others decided now was the time to make this purchase. We went to all other hot tub dealers in Edmonton and then to Spa Spot. We started our search originally 2 yrs ago and found all other dealers had increased their prices because Covid had the sales up...we were shocked that the hot tub we loved 2 years ago was the only one that was the same price currently. Kyle and Candace didn’t increase their prices at all even though they could have and still sold just as many tubs. The service in store and delivery was amazing and easy. If you are looking for a hot tub you don't need to look any further than Spa Spot. We did considerable research in our quest to find a high quality, well-priced hot tub sold by a reputable dealer. Kyle and Candice at Spa Spot delivered on everything we wanted and more. The outstanding experience we had was based on three factors - the product, the price and the service. There are so many hot tub choices but our research showed that there are really just a few that are consistently well rated. It wasn't always easy to discern between the real and fake reviews on some sites but in the end Spa Spot's Vita Spa made the short list. When we took price into consideration we found that the Vita Spa provided us with a great hot tub at a really reasonable price. It proved to be the best overall when comparing quality, warranty and overall features. Last but definitely not least was the service. The owners of Spa Spot are an amazing example of successful entrepreneurs. Once we met them there was no other choice for us. They took the time to understand our needs, didn't try and sell us more than what we needed (in fact, quite the opposite) and were incredibly patient during the pre and post sale. They have demonstrated their commitment to servicing our ongoing needs which makes them a rarity in the industry. And all that aside, they are just awesome people that you'll just want to do business with. I have never posted a review before but in this case felt compelled to do so. We feel incredibly lucky that we purchased our hot tub from the Spa Spot and after so much effort to find the best fit we want to spread the word.

Kyle was super helpful and kind to our son when we first visited the store, and Candace was quick to reply to any of our questions by email. Most importantly, I want to emphasize that we had a challenging installation, but Dallas and his crew went out of their way to figure out how to get the tub into our inner-city backyard. It was a difficult job, but Dallas was determined to get it done. Once they figured out a plan, they completed the job quickly and professionally. Don’t typically leave bad reviews. Was recommended by a customer of theirs to inquire about what I need to change the hot tub to just shock it and put eco-clear in it. I called in and chatted with a lady who said likely need a UV light system upgrade. Gave her everything I was looking to do as well as the model of our tub as well as the model of our Balboa spa pack. Waited approximately 2 weeks and no call back. Called back in again and talked to someone else. Gave them all the info again and would wait to hear back. Still no call back a second time. Would’ve loved to do business but never heard back. Sorry for the negative review!

It was a pleasure to talk to Kyle, having him share his knowledge about Vita Spas and have him offer the winter sale price for a delivery at the end of June!
