Myself and my younger sister came in for a brow shaping in anticipation of a wedding. We both ended up with beautiful brows and an awesome experience with the esthetician. She spent as much time as necessary to get the shape that we desired and matched each brow perfectly. Not only was our experience with the esthetician excellent, the Lakeshore is a beautifully decorated establishment that promotes a relaxing atmosphere and a very peaceful experience for even the quickest of treatments. We will be returning.

I had an deep tissue massage appointment scheduled at 5:00 pm Saturday Feb 6, 2016 and was called via telephone and asked if I would like to bump it up to 4:30 pm Saturday Feb 6, 2016 instead due to the massage therapist having a cancellation from 90 min to 60 min. I agreed and arrived at 4:20 pm for a one hour deep tissue massage for 4:30 pm on Saturday Feb 6, 2016. After arriving at 4:20 I completed paper work and sat waiting for the session. I waited until 4:58 pm and there was still no sign of the massage therapist that was supposed to provide the service at 4:30 pm. This was my very first visit and a huge waste of my time, and I still did not receive a massage even on my regular scheduled appointment so I cancelled immediately. This is very poor business acumen, very unprofessional and Lakeshore has lost a first customer which has been attending massages weekly for over 5 years. I thought I would give Lakeshore a try and was very disappointed before I started. I immediately reported this to the company, through email. The manager/owner tried to make amends but the whole situation was too unprofessional and wasted my time that I will never get back. This company needs to review their operational efficiency, procedures and train personnel properly on new protocol and introduce some new policies and procedures to avoid disappointing more people. I have been having regular massages for over 5 years on a weekly basis and have never seen anything like this. Its okay because they have lost me as a customer.

The Lakeshore is my go to for relaxation. Our city has many options for massage but the ambiance at Lakeshore can’t be beat. They have wingback chairs in their pedicure area and I appreciate that they use metal tubs instead of pedicure chairs, they are more comfortable and everything is sanitary. You can tell that Jody puts her all into her business. The services are ever expanding and merchandise ever changing. They have several spa packages available and on multiple occasions the have accommodated the Total Relaxation Package so that my husband and I can have services at the same time. Go get yourself a Lakeshore Spa Pedicure from Manpreet...you won’t be sorry!

I had went to lakeshore spa in the summer to look at getting a pedicure and manicure with my mom. The lady at the front desk was on the phone and completely ignored us. We waited a few minutes then left, the whole time never even acknowledge us. Then the other day I called about laser hair removal and the lady on the phone took my name and number and said the laser technician would call me back in a few minutes. It's been a few days.. I have no idea how the services are because they won't give me the time of day. They must either be so busy or so exclusive they are not looking for business. Cannot support local businesses when the so blatantly refuse to have any costumer service.

If you are looking for a relaxing and quiet day spa experience, this is the place to visit! The Lakeshore Signature Pedicure and Signature Facial are fantastic - nothing is hurried, the conversation is pleasant, and the ladies who work here are all highly skilled in their profession. If you are looking for more "advanced" aesthetics, they can do that too! Laser hair removal, Skin tightening, and spots & dots removal... they only thing they can't do is change the DOB on my drivers license! Thanks ladies for a wonderful spa experience - looking forward to the next one!

Had an excellent pedicure by Loris McCormick at the spa. She was very gentle but through and did a wonderful job . The spa has great atmosphere, very relaxing and everything was spotless and Loris very hygienic and professional. I have very thin skin but felt no discomfort at all . Would not hesitate to recommend to my friends .

I have lived in Chestermere for over 12 years and I knew of this spa. Had never taken the time to try it out. Tried out a pedicure today and have to say I don't think I will be going anywhere else ever again. Amazing service and experience thank you.

Came here for the first time today for a much needed massage. Very well planned covid precautionary check in/arrival! Felt comfortable . Great first impression loved the layout, look and all the products in the main lobby . I was promptly taken in and had my massage. Sunree was so sweet and kind. This was by far the BEST massage I have ever had. I fell into a deep sleep, which is hard for me to do! It was so relaxing and I feel refreshed and pain free today! I cannot wait to go back for another and experience their other services.

When it comes to brazillian, I haven't had the most pleasent of experiences at other places; but with Nina at Lakeshore Spa, she makes Sugaring a breeze! Not only is she super smooth with her application and follow through, but has an amazing attention to detail;making you feel extremely relaxed! I would highly recommend going and seeing her if you are looking for the best brazillian experiencing!

What a great experience. I had their new Moroccan Oil body wrap yesterday and it was fantastic. The scrub had just the right texture and the full service was more than I was expecting. After my body being expertly exfoliated they did a cleans and scrub on my face. Once my hot shower was complete, I was massaged with hot stones and lotions, a facial massage with moisturizer and then an excellent scalp massage. I have had many wraps in many spas in many countries, and this one.... was the BEST! I felt like a soft, pampered puddle - Still do

I have visited the spa on two seep services for a manicure and pedicure. The spa is clean, and welcoming, the team members who checked me in and out on both times were very kind, and Nina who performed my spa treatments was kind, knowledge and performed them with care so that I felt relaxed and comfortable. The tools used for my service were new and disposable or sanitized metal tools. Their online booking service is easy to use, and easy to make changes to your appointment. The cost is very reasonable for the level of care provided. I will continue to return ????

Went for a spa day with my mom. Got eyebrows mani pedi and facial. Love the decor and ambience. The staff member I had was very new and learning but will make a wonderful addition as gains experience and I would see her again. Would love to see a range of holistic services offered there.

I have been going to Lakeshore Spa for several years now. Jodi and her team are awesome! The setting is relaxed and elegant. Spa music greets you and it is a great spot to hang with your girlfriends or solo. You really feel pampered. Manpreet is my gal for threading. She is amazing. Nina takes my hands and feet to the next level! She used bands to magically cure my ingrown toenails and generally makes me look utterly polished. If you haven't gone, you should. I love these ladles!!!

They exceeded my expectations with service above and beyond, even though I hadn't made an appointment and was outside of a pre determined time window for a special Mothers Day service (sugar scrub). Jody took the time with my two boys and made them part of the process in creating a special and unique gift for thier Mother. I was honestly impressed by the High quality ingredients that went into the customizable sugar scrub. Thank you for accomadating our unplanned request and making it memorable for my kids.
