We were able to book the four of us for massages and facials and wow were we impressed! First of all the shop has amazing products!!, really friendly staff! , my massage was amazing and perfectly tailored to my preference.. I’ve never had a better facial! Chrissi provided me with amazing info plus the products are so nice! We will be back for sure!! I highly recommend it and can’t wait for a pedicure next time!

I just drove 2 hours each way for a massage from Stan and it was so very worth the drive. I currently have frozen shoulder and he worked it out and gave me back some mobility. I feel like with a couple more sessions he could have me feeling normal. Highly recommend.

Amazing service once you are there, however I have had a lot of trouble with reception and booking. Two times in the past year I have tried to book, they have either messed up on times or didn't book me in only to not have an appt. This week I wanted to take a friend out for pedicures because she will be having a baby soon. I called and asked for available appts and said I would call back in a few minutes to confirm. I called back and left a message because no one answered, and never heard back. I called back again later that day and they had given it to someone else. Pretty disappointed.

Just came down to Lacombe for my birthday and to see my man staying at the green way hotel. So I booked us a couples massage and a pedicure and I gotta say the staff and girls here are amazing they make u feel so welcome and relaxed lol our experience here was wonderful and I highly recommend this place to others to go to and the price was very reasonable. ;)

I've done my nails few times in Reflections since the owner changed, what I can say - gel nails don't last over 2 weeks. Actually last time I had it done - gel detached almost immediately closer to cuticles. This is wrong. Not sure what is the problem, gel or the way they apply it. Can't say anything about other services they provide.

It's really great that a smaller city like Lacombe has a day spa of this standard. The owner/manager is passionate about her business and it shows in the care she took to set up the business, keep it on trend and fresh, and in her hiring. I've had pedicures, manicures, facials, and massages at Reflections and they were all very good. I want to especially encourage people to book massage therapy with Stan who is an RMT. He's very professional, very knowledgeable, and is passionate about helping people with their muscle pain problems. I recommend him to both male and female clients alike.

My husband and I had a mini spa day with a massage, spa pedicure, and facial. We enjoyed each service, the spa was clean and nicely decorated, and all staff were very friendly and helpful. An extra plus - all products used were Eminence which are cruelty free, organic, and all things great. Would recommend!

Young girl was new, very pleasant, but managed to get wax on my brand new sweater, and my turtle neck, she tried to tap it off with a strip, but she told me oil would get it off and she apologized! Stuff does happen in salons but between trying to remove it at home(we’ll see if it comes out or stains) and scrubbing my legs to remove excess...I spent about an hour by hand ! I would think they would have some solution to remove wax available, and or offer to clean it, or replace it if needed or a discount on the service!
