Check in was quick and simple, and during check in the front desk was polite and very efficient due to the busy crowd. Very organized with sanitized pens and wipes for transactions. Room was very clean, 5 star bedding and mattress! Bathroom with a dual stand up shower and oversized soaker tub.. went to lounge first night and was very comfortable with seating arrangements, service was great, and food was top notch.. ordered room service next night and wasn't disappointed for sure.. and was great deals for both!!

I am completely descusted at the way this place is run and the filthy rooms. I will not go into details as the manager did make things right by me in the end, however me and my family will never step foot in here again.

The bed itself was comfortable and the food in the restaurant was good, but the room was noisy from outside traffic and the blinds don't block out very much light. Didn't get the best sleep as a result.

Very friendly staff and an amazing lobby. However, that's where the niceties end. My room left me wondering why this is the most expensive hotel in GP. Massive ceilings but poor layout. It's weird to step into a massive room with a tiny tv that you cant see from your bed. Exposed electrical with holes in the wall... there were three light switches that did absolutely nothing with only one light for the entire room. The bathroom was nice enough but there was no counter... just a standalone sink. Beside lamps could not be turned off without getting out of bed. Small things that make a room convenient to stay in at the end of a work day are entirely absent. My first thought was that my room must be under renovations...maybe it was I'm still not sure.

Great service, great hospitality, and the rates are somewhat reasonable considering it's Grande Prairie. Quality establishments that aren't oil field centric are hard to come by.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Included breakfast is great. Room was clean and well appointed. Bathroom was clean and well lit. Whole room was in great condition and comfortable.

Hotel is decent and is one of the better hotels in the area. Great location however I found my room extremely dark, especially in the bathroom. In this area where it is dark longer in the winter it would be great to have more lighting.

Room and bathroom is beautiful, issue is no hot water, never ever, has my experience working on the road has a large hotel have like warm water at best, I don’t expect you office queens to understand the importance of a hot shower after 13 hours in the cold....extremely disappointed, first review ever...not happy

The place is falling apart and the rooms are in terrible condition. Just look at the photos. We decided to book this hotel for a business trip, but none of us were comfortable with the idea of sleeping in those beds. Evidence of bed bugs!!!! is everywhere. Damage all across the rooms, even the outside walls are peeling. They are the cheapest for a reason. They also make you sign an agreement that there will be "extra charges" to pay. Do not stay here. It's that simple.

Housekeeping left a lot to be desired. Rooms were hardly cleaned just made the bed and it was a gamble if you were going to get towels house keeping also damaged some things while cleaning the room and have yet to be compensated for
