I stayed here for a DJ show in Banff, and got bad attitude from the staff on two occasions for asking for help. Your first impression is your last. The staff need to be accountable for their actions. It's a shame as it seemed like a nice hotel.

Fantastic experience with my wife. So calm and great outdoor spa section you also get access to Moose roof top. Only wish they offered food and drink. Highly recommend to experience at least once.

Beautiful experience - four of us booked massages at 10AM for Remembrance Day long weekend during a work trip. The staff was professional and warm, the waiting room was comfortable and we had a soak in the outdoor hot tub with the incredible views prior to our deep tissue massages. We all said the same thing - we were so relaxed we fell asleep. I woke up feeling like a jelly fish, happy and relaxed. I drank plenty of water throughout the day and felt like a million bucks - thank you to all the staff for adding to our incredible weekend!

Awesome experience. Super clean. We did the couples massage for 1 hour. Massage staff very personable. We used the shower room which is loaded with goods to use, plus we enjoyed the outdoor hot tub.

Excellent spa facility, the rooftop pools with the views are amazing. I prefer the lower in spa pool since it's quite quiet and enjoyable. Usually pass the time reading while my wife gets a massage. Massages are well executed and range from light to hard therapy. My wife always gets a mani/pedicure as well. I enjoy the fact they have light snacks for before and after. Staff are prompt, attentive and knowledgable. Massage stagg stand out from the spas in town and it's our 3 month relax day ritual to stop here.

Beautiful spa! Had the sleep treatment and it truly helped my brain shut off so I could sleep! Their private hottub is a nice addition for spa guests only. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Went for a spa day with my Mother-in-Law, and we were pampered from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Their outdoor hot tub is amazing with a gorgeous view of the mountains! The staff is super friendly and very professional. This was my very first massage, so I did not know what to expect. Joel made my first experience super relaxing and comfortable. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that I do not live in Banff and have to wait until my next visit to get another massage here! If you’re in Banff and looking for an AMAZING massage and the ultimate relaxation... look no further. This is the place to go. Highly recommend!

This spa is located in the moose inn. I went for a deep tissue massage and it was great. Service was great- locker rooms and facilities were clean. What’s even better is that you have access to the pool and the hot tubs on the property ( it’s included in the price of your massage) so that you can relax in the water afterwards.

The spa itself is wonderful we went and had massages one day then used the pools and went back again with friends a few days later for just the pools. The massage was great and the pools as mentioned are awesome. The front-end staff however was not very friendly and truly rude and arrogant to some of our party who do not wear masks for medical reasons. Medical discrimination is never ok and it was disappointing.

I went for a pedicure and a manicure. Elaine was a great professional, super attentive she gave me tips on how to take care of my feet. The whole experience was amazing, you should definitely go for the deluxe package. Very clean place and great private hot tub.

We spent the night at moose lodge and since the spa just recently opened due to covid, I was so happy to go for a couple of treatments. The girl at the reception which I think is the manager was very nice and helpful. She explained the new guildines and was very efficient, even calling the front desk to ask for a late check out so I could enjoy a facial. I had a pedicure and a facial with Elaina ( I hope I am spelling her name correctly). One of the best peds and facials I have had, she is a lovely girl and very pleasant and the massage with the facial was amazing. Thank you. The spa felt very safe, everyone was wearing a mask and Elaina also wore a face sheild during the facial. I also wore a mask and enjoyed the whole experience. Definitely worth visiting

This was the worst massage I have ever had. My husband and I both had treatments that were almost 500.00. The therapist was not good, at all. One pressure, two techniques and did not even treat my area of major concern. I expected much more for the price we paid. My husbands massage was so bad that I had to massage him the next day because nothing was treated effectively. I am a retired massage therapist and former massage instructor so its not like I have never had a massage before. I would not have passed this therapist in my class. She was kind and nice but that did not help my muscle tension. This place really needs to consider who they hire if they expect to charge that much money. Will never go there again or refer anyone to go there.

My friend and I spent the weekend being pampered by the wonderful staff at Meadow Spas. The hotel environment and the aroma of the spa made for a very relaxing , peaceful weekend . Highly recommend a weekend at The Moose Hotel , and some much needed pampering at Meadows Spa and Pools . We can’t wait for our next weekend getaway !

Took my girlfriend here for her birthday relaxation getaway. Amazing atmosphere, welcoming receptionists, great service and VERY CLEAN! We got a couples massage there and were allowed to use the pool and spa area before our massage. The hot tub area is very nicely set up and has great views of the mountains! Snack and light refreshments are provided. Our massages went really well and felt like we had a complete reset on our daily routine. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back! Highly recommend this spa to everyone especially if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with your partner!

We went as a group of 4 to enjoy a massage and pedicure, which was very good for the most part. One member of the group had a poor experience regarding the massage but the other 3 enjoyed it. The reception was very aggressive when asking for the gratuity, the member who receive a poor massage tipped 10% which was apparently not enough by her standards. Unprofessional front end staff made for a disappointing ending to the spa day.

Came here for a massage when they reopened in Jan 2021. Everything seemed clean and sanitized. I was the only one there so very quiet. The pool is closed so got 20% off my massage which worked out!

This was a beautiful, clean spa. The front desk staff were friendly and the massage therapists were great. The hot pool was beautiful as well. Although an inappropriate incident happened near the front desk when I was filling out my paperwork, one of the staff came up complaining about something that happened and used unprofessional language. I just wanted to let you know. Other than that my experience was wonderful.

Went to meadow spa today for a hot pool soak and therapeutic massage and what a great experience. The hostess Zoey was very sweet and professional. The hot soak was so beautiful with a great open view of the mountains (not to mention great covid protocols only one household per soak felt very safe) and then got a therapeutic massage that was beyond relaxing and lovely shout out to Jake for making me feel relaxed, comfortable and blissed out!! Highly recommend him!! Overall great experience will be back the next time I come to Banff!
