The staff at Cloud 9 are caring and will often go the extra mile to support you. I have had massages, pedicures, and waxing done here and have felt respected and pampered each time. The receptionist is helpful and efficient on the phone and in person.

When I went for my first appointment, I was very disappointed to find that my gel nails had broken off within a few hours of having them done. I expressed my concern via online review and had received a response before I had even woken up the next morning! The proprietor had apologized for my experience and asked for me to come back at my earliest convenience to see what could be done about it. We have been in correspondence since then and I am so impressed with the level of customer service that I cannot wait to return, although it may be for a service other than nails. Brilliant atmosphere and great pedicures, my mother was very happy with hers.

I've been visiting Cloud 9 for about a year, and each visit has been lovely. The staff are friendly, empathetic and a pleasure to visit with. The shop are also has frequently curated health and beauty products. Bonus: you can book online, and confirm appointments by email and or SMS!

I had a really bad experience at this place .I was never told that there is a charge to not cancel appointment .Then lady at reception says if you rebook the appointment then there will no charge ,that's when I found out there was a charge .so I rebooked went for my appointment comes out at reception to pay and found out she is charging me for previous appointment too. I told her you said if I would rebook then I will okay .she said I talked to boss she said no . I asked then why did you tell me I won't I get charged If I rebook ,her reply was she doesn't make polices . As a receptionist don't you respresent your company. If that's what your policy is why is not anywhere written in store clearly as lots other places say it clear and loud .what kind of this hidden policy is to ROB people ? Very disappointed with whole situation. ....of course I was stuck somewhere as couldn't make it the first. ...this what you get back as you try to be nice this is what we call cuter service

Nice facility; and the staff are adequately trained. My downfall comes in the experience overall. The staff also have to be personable and relatable. Felt rushed and the staff barely spoke let alone looked at you. This is the second time I've been here and it was the same experience as the first. Until they train their staff on how to communicate with their clients I wont be back- not for their prices. Tons cheaper places that do much better work too. Plus my motherInLaw said her lady made her cuticles bleed on multiple fingers.

Loved it. Rachael Simpson did a great job on my nails. Very attentive to detail and didnt make me feel like she was rushing to get me out of the chair. The girl at the front desk was super sweet as well and the store is cute with sooo many gift options or just treats to top off a nice relaxing day :)

I was pretty new at getting massages but decided to try a hot stone massage and Pearl was amazing! She was very sympathetic to me being nervous and explained things to me. I left feeling very peaceful and relaxed. Will definetly be going back!????

Very nice facility, friendly staff. The chairs are very comfortable. I was able to relax while I was there. The end result looked fine. Overpriced. I paid $89 for a basic pedicure and gel nails. (The whole process took 40 minutes) I had a $50 gift card so I wanted to use it. But unfortunately I can’t justify the cost so I will not be returning.
