I love coming to this spa! Coming on five years of this as my go-to place, no matter where we move in and around Edmonton. Pedicures are always incredible, and Steph is a magician for massages! Hands down the best massage therapist I have ever had.

Have been going to Body & Soul fairly regularly over the past 3 years or so. Always feels clean, staff are super friendly, and great service! DEFINITELY won't be going back to strip mall pedicures!

Body & Soul Day Spa is one of the best spas I have been too in Sherwood Park and area. The staff are amazing, caring and knowledgeable. The spa is absolutely gorgeous and very clean. I have been to other spas across Canada and Body & Soul is definately in the top. Highly recommended.

It was ok! It's not the same service as in their old location. I had a group party booked at the new location awhile back and it was an ok experience. The ladies will and have never returned to this spa. I'll keep going back to the best salon and spa in Sherwood Park... Verve Salon and Spa! I've never been let down at Verve in 11 years with hair services and spa services. Neither has my friends or other people I've recommended over the years! I am not recommending Body and Soul ever again!

Recently I took my sister for a facial and pedicure it was amazing. We were treated like queens in the best spa experience. The staff are warm and welcoming. Had such an epic pedicure yesterday. Thank-you! We called pretty last minute - as I had an out of town guest for the day, in which we decided we wanted some pedicures. You guys were able to fit us in within hours. My esthetician was Anna, and she was fabulous. Best foot massage ever! She didn't rush through it like some people usually do... great experience in a beautiful salon. Thank-you!
