Anna’s Spa is absolutely wonderful - I will be a loyal customer for years to come. The staff is lovely, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the price is very reasonable. I’ve had many services at Anna’s from laser hair removal to pedicures, and I adore this spa! Anna is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and you can tell how much she enjoys helping her clients achieve their goals. I’ve had three laser hair removal sessions (halfway through the suggested number of treatments), and the results are amazing! Most of the hair has stopped growing completely, and the few remaining hairs are much finer. I seriously can’t believe that I’m only halfway through the program. I’m planning on starting on another area at the end of this month. Jas is a total sweetheart, who I visit for a plethora of services, such as: threading, waxing, pedicures, and facials. Jas has been tailoring my facials and helping me with my skincare regiment to help me combat my adult acne, and I’m seeing great results. Her pedicures are so relaxing, and my feet always look fantastic. Jas was also instrumental in helping me decide to try laser hair removal, and I couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re interested in a great sunscreen, talk with Jas, I’m completely in love with the tinted sunscreen she recommended! Everyone at Anna’s truly wants wants you to look and feel your best, and because of this many members of my family now frequent Anna’s as well. Anna’s Spa truly is a heavenly oasis.

I am currently in the Ideal Protein program and I drive clear to Airdrie just to have Julie as my coach. She is amazing. She listens and does not judge. She is always full of suggestions and support. Not only has she helped me through this program I have also developed a friendship with her. If you are looking for a program that works and a coach that can help you reach your goals I highly recommend Julie!!!! I also go see Stephanie. She is the best massage therapist I have ever gone to and I have had several massages throughout the years. She gets into areas that I didn't even know were hurting or needed worked over. I have taken my mom to start seeing her as well. My mom is on the waiting list for two new hips and is constant pain. My massage therapist is Ling, and she makes my entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. She is personable and one of the best! I have been going to Anna's Wellness Spa for the last few years. Recently when I started going there for my threading of my chin again it was suggested by the aesthetician that I try laser to remove it. I have tried laser hair removal in the past and have not had success with my thick coarse dark hair. I was also nervous to try due to a burn I had at the other salon. After some thought I decided to try it again as the technology had changed since I tried it last. The laser at Anna's is newer and I am very impressed with the results I have had with 1 treatment so far. The treatment is fairly painless, I only felt warm with the odd poking. And I was told there would be a visible change in hair amount but I am telling you I can't see the dark hair I have been trying to remove for as long as I can remember. There was hair still present but they were light or grey in color and significantly reduced. Seriously if you are looking for a place to get laser hair removal check out Anna's Wellness Spa and book a consultation with Jas she knows her stuff.

I started my weight loss journey by going to Anna's Spa and Wellness and meeting Julie, who is in charge of the Ideal Protein program. First of all, she is amazing and will change your life. She helped change mine. Ideal Protein works, and Julie and the other coaches are amazing people who want to help you. Anna's Spa is relaxing, positive and comfortable. My appointments were always on time, and the times that I got there early I waited in the most relaxing and comfortable waiting room in the city. Often I had to bring my kids and Julie was fantastic with them and totally accommodating. I have lost 90 pounds on Ideal Protein, and it was the coaching I received at Anna's Spa and Wellness that has allowed me to keep it off since leaving the program full time. I would highly, highly, highly recommend you get ahold of Julie at Anna's Spa and inquire about the Ideal Protein program. You won't regret it !

I am coming here for past 3 years for our annual reunion with my sis and mom. We get facial, massage and pedicure. We always find it very relaxed and calm environment. This year they have added new theme based rooms which are simply amazing . Getting Massage under the Sky was great. Roof has real stars and it twinkle - so relaxing. Another year - we had great time. Made such a mistake buying a session package here. 2 of my 4 session treatment appointments have been rescheduled on me without my consent. Why book an appointment that works for your own busy schedule when they won't honour their times. How can they support a $25 cancelation fee when they waste their customers time like this? the first time I waited 30 minutes for a 10 minute treatment because I arrived at the time agreed upon. And now this one was pushed back a whole hour! Unfortunately the poor customer service from the front lady has completely turned my experience here.

I recently moved to Airdrie so looking for new spa. Had great experience with Enna with threading and brown tint. It was pedicure time so booked with Enna. In the middle of my pedicure, in comes electrician to change light bulbs. I found this very unprofessional and Im not crazy about having a electrician crawling around me changing light bulbs. Upon paying my fees , was asked how it was. My comment was good till electrician came in. Owner replied, it is out of our control . Really. Can't he change his own light bulbs when. No one is present in the room All and all very unprofessional. I won't go back as much as I love ENNA.

I recently started going to Annas Spa and Wellness, and i cannot say enough good things about it. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are amazing. I see Jas for eyebrow threading and tinting and she does an amazing job. I love everything about Annas Spa and Wellness. It is hard and a little scary to try someone new when getting eyebrows shaped, because you never know how it will turn out, but i trust this place (Jas specifically) and every time i walk in, i know i will walk out loving and not regretting getting my eyebrows done!! You should definitely check them out!

I booked the skin correction & maintenance facial because of the description that says "skin care therapists conduct a thorough skin analysis each time we see you". Had I known this is not what the service entaild I would have opted for an alternative. Be mindful of this spa/service if you haven't gone here before, as their products may cause a reaction or irritation on your skin as they did with mine

I can't thank Anna, Kal, and Julie enough for ridding my 91 year old father of his knee pain! About 2 months ago Dad started complaining of knee pain, which had become so severe he couldn't weight bear. He needed to use his walker daily, both inside his apartment, and when walking around his senior's complex. His family doctor prescribed an NSAID to deal with the pain, but it offered no relief. An xray of his hip and knee confirmed mild osteoarthritis in both. Well, I know how to deal with that: Cold Laser Therapy! I contacted Anna & Kal as I would be in Calgary for a week and could take Dad to consecutive treatments. Dad had a series of 5 treatments during that week, and by the 4th treatment he was able to walk without pain and without the use of his walker. His family doctor is amazed, and he's thrilled that he can once again walk!

I have been a client of Anna for many years and I have seen her business grow without it losing her special touch. Over the years, Anna has hired great staff with excellent bedside manners, all competent and sweet. I have been to the spa for waxing, threading, facials, pedicures and massage. I mostly keep returning for waxing and threading as those are more a need than a treat. But I recommend you check out their new massage rooms, treat yourselves to a facial (mine was great) or allow yourself the time to get a "real" pedicure, one in which the beautician will actually give you her full attention.

I had the pleasure of being treated by the amazing staff at Anna's Spa after my knee replacement surgery. Prior to my surgery I suffered for 3 years from an injury and multiple surgeries. In Feb 2016 I had a complete knee replacement, 2 weeks post op I started inferred laser treatment 2-3 times a week, by the second treatment the swelling had decreased by 60% and off all pain medications, by the 3rd week, my scare was completely healed, soft and pliable. my physician and physiotherapist were amazed by the treatments. 3 months post op now and just had another follow up with my Ortho and my knee is smaller then ever expected from the amount of work completed in my knee and NO PAIN. I recommend Anna's Spa to everyone I know that has had an injury or pain to call and make an appointment for the inferred laser. I wish I knew about this 3 years ago. Thank you Kal, Anna and Julie and the team at Anna's Spa, I have my leg and my life back.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Peggy has been so incredibly healing for me! I had been feeling really sluggish and achy this spring, and after the first session I felt I had much more energy! I had knee surgery 30 years ago and a lot of scar tissue and blockage - after 2 sessions my knee feels much looser and flexible. The therapy also helped me clear some residual emotional "sludge" and I feel brighter and happy. Peggy is an amazing, intuitive, healing massage therapist! If you're struggling with health issues or even if you just want a body tune up, try this type of massage! There are SO many benefits!

I have my favourite massage therapist but they are all skilled and if you book a massage ask them who they would recommend for the particularly treatment. I always get the deep tissue and I would recommend Ling, she is by far the best for this massage therapist in my opinion.

I have been in two car accidents and have been living with chronic pain since 2013. A couple months ago one of my specialist said I had to have a shoulder surgery and that’s after me trying physcio, chiro, and massage for 3 years. I was told from my co worker that Anna’s spa does laser treatment and that I should try it! That’s how I got to meet Peggy! After 7 visits I’m free of pain, free of meds and have full flexibility and movement of my shoulder and arm. I can not thank Peggy enough for all that she has done for me. I have tried a few places in Airdrie but I came across Annas Spa the other day and I was so impressed!! The spa is located in a cute little house, nicely decorated with many treatment rooms. Worst massage experience ever! The desk staff were mad at us because we came 5 minutes early instead of 15 minutes early. As soon as we came in we were rushed into the room. The masseuses were sweet but it didn't seem like they had ever done a massage before. It was awkward and painful. I have a broken vertebra (which I hurriedly had to tell her as she was already pressing down on my back), yet most of the time was spent aggravating this area. Only one foot got a massage and the rest of the time was spent scratching my head. At the end my husband and I were shocked to see they ended the massage 10 minutes early. Very nice girls.... but maybe they were still learning massage? Afterwards we both felt gross and had headaches.

I walked in to Annas spa almost 4 years ago thanks to a terrible massage or two at a few other local spas in Airdrie. When I first walked in to Annas, I was blown away by the incredible layout and design. The owners Kal and Anna were so gracious to give me a tour of their entire place. I was in awe of the amazing theme rooms, especially the Sky room with a ceiling that lights up to look like stars. Every room has its own unique feel of calm and serenity. The overall environment is very relaxing and soothing. I loved this hidden gem so much that I made my hubby come back with me a few hours later just to take another tour! Every piece of artwork to furniture to carefully placed chairs and product is thoughtful and stunning. Kal and Anna have invested so much of their energy in to this space that every person who comes for a treatment leaves with an experience unlike any other. The massage therapists are lovely, kind, and extremely well trained. I've never yet met one I didn't like and let me tell you, I'm extremely fussy with who works on what used to be chronic pain. Since meeting Jessi, I can credit her with rehabilitating my chronic injuries that I had from years of inflammation and stress. She creates special massage tricks and routines just for me as she knows her unique way will help my unique situations. The front staff is always incredible, especially Myla. I've called with hours to spare to book last minute appointments and they've always tried their hardest to book me in. I have had other massages outside of this spa thanks to gift cards given by friends but I always regret trying anyone else. My friends are always told "Only Annas... please"... when they ask. This place is not a one time shop and drop. It's a centre for health and positive energy. Kal and Anna are the nicest business owners I've ever met. Honest. Friendly. Caring. First class. You will never regret your visit. After almost 4 years I can't ever think of not going again and again :)

I have visited this spa more than once , i saw Peggy, All the staff are wonderful from booking to the final service. I am very skeptical about getting a massage from places that there rate is so cheap , but i got to tell you the therapist here are honestly amazing and actually listen to what you want . The massage was so relaxing and not too little pressure and not to much just enough. I will be going back Friday for a massage and facial I also reffered my family members

I started going to Anna's Spa back in September 2015 for coaching and guidance on the Ideal Protein weight loss system. I have since started benefitting from their other services (i.e. waxing, mani/pedi, etc.). This past weekend my daughter and sister also started the Ideal Protein Program. They have seen my success and know how highly I think of everyone at Anna's. There just is no comparison!! I checked out clinics in Calgary/Airdrie area prior to signing up and have to be honest ~ I went to Anna's because they were the least expensive. I am so fortunate that I made that choice as it has changed my life! I can't say enough good things about Kal and Julie. They have been so supportive and actually care about my progress and my health. They are not just in it for the money like so many other clinics I have read about. I have lost 57 pounds in five months. I have another 20 to 30 that I want to lose and I know I will succeed thanks to the support and guidance I receive at Anna's Spa. I am really looking forward to Phases 2 to 4 and the continued support that I will receive through the clinic. Lots of clinics charge additional fees for maintenance - Anna's does not. Kal, Julie and Anna have all followed the program and they truly know what a terrific program Ideal Protein is; they stay up to date on all information and changes in the program; and they want to provide the program to other people to improve other's health, both physical and mental. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to everyone wishing to succeed at weight loss. Regarding other "spa" related treatments ~ They are constantly upgrading the spa to provide the most relaxing and enjoyable retreat from our daily lives. Everyone is extremely friendly and make you feel welcome. I have been very happy with all the services I have received at Anna's and I look forward to enjoying many, many more in the future. My next adventure will be massage and reflexology appointments upon reaching maintenance. Awesome place and awesome people!

I had a consultation at Anna's Spa yesterday for lip filler with Dr. Andrew Jackson, after I decided I would like the procedure done right away and they all were so very accommodating Anna's staff is so welcoming and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Dr. Jackson was so very kind as I was a bit nervous. My comfort level was always his top priority through the entire procedure and afterwards. My lips look natural. I've been a client at Anna's for many years now, and they have always done their best to ensure my happiness. As of late I have been receiving Cold Laser treatments using the Bioflex Laser for plantar fasciitis . The pain I had in my feet was unbearable, I was to the point where going from my vehicle to the grocery store doors was a walk from hell. I haven't been able to work out the way I had been wanting to, go hiking, or just enjoy much of life. I started out with 4 days of consecutive treatments on both feet, let's just say the foot I thought was fine was not; I basically had gotten to the point of having no feeling in that foot anymore, and the feelings within both feet was shocking. I had feeling again! I had pain relief! During the treatments we were able to treat specific spots of pain as well in my ankles and bones. The change in my feet is remarkable, and while I am still working on treatments, the purpose is to heal the issue long term I know this is attainable. Working with Julie, and Anna's team I wouldn't be where I am today. The treatments are life changing, I love the Bioflex Laser!

I immediately booked 3 sessions for their laser therapy treatment to help break out my scar tissue. This place is sooo great! It took me a while to find a place I liked in Airdrie for massages. The massage rooms are cool and have a themed decor. The massage therapists are so professional with great qualifications. I have also found the pricing on point and more responsible than spas in Calgary. I have yet to check out the other services, but I know they will be my go to place. HIGHLY recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!!

I had such a wonderful first massage experience. Anna did my "sea holistic massage therapy" and it was amazing. Anna was so sweet and welcoming. She did an amazing job. She was super professional and went over everything with me beforehand. My massage included a facial which was able to be claimed on my benefits which is so awesome. The overall atmosphere is very cool and very relaxing and zen. Very clean, beautiful place. I could hear the people outside in the front area talking while I was getting my massage done but That didn't bother me. Anna had a glass of water waiting for me outside once I was all finished and dressed again which was a nice refreshing touch. I can't wait to go back. Seriously- just do it! You need this!

0 STARS . I was one of the Ideal Protein clients, Julie is absolutely AMAZING. But the problem was with the owner.. I couldn’t get a babysitter for my 1 year old and had to take him with me for my appointment, my son had a meltdown in the waiting room and he storms into the room and told me to shut my kid up because there was a facial in the next room. Not only that but he said I am lucky there was no massaging going on.. I have spent around $640 on this diet IN ONE MONTH.. that I am on and I have been a regular client to this spa, and I get humiliated ? I Started my weight loss journey on March 23, 2016. With the help of the fabulous staff at Anna's Spa, especially Julie I reached my goal, so I decided that it was so easy I would set a new goal for myself. I reached that goal in November of 2016. I phased off the program and we went through the Christmas season, I gained a bit of weight back so I decided to go back on the program full time. I am once again losing and will be reaching my newest goal within a few months. To date I have lost 75 lbs and want to lose another 15 lbs. Had a facial/décolletage microdermabrasion treatment today and without a doubt the best microderm I have ever had. Treatment combined with spa experience was heavenly. Targeted all the skin impurity issues I was dealing with and then some. If your skin needs rejuvenating and you want that clean, healthy glow, I would recommend Anna's. This spa has a really good, relaxing atmosphere. Me and my husband got a couple's massage which was very relaxing but not very beneficial, it did not feel like the masseuse barely put any pressure on my back. I told her to do it as hard as she could but still it just felt like someone was rubbing my back, not actually massaging. When the massage was done we went to pay and told them we required a receipt for our benefits and they got another lady to come over to stamp her RMT number on our receipts. The masseuses we had were not registered! I was very mad after I saw this and will not return.

I recently had my 2nd pedicure with Sandy at Anna's Spa and I'm totally impressed. I'm very particular about quality and she has given me two of the best pedicures that I've ever had in Airdrie. She does a great job with the cuticle work and my extra dry heels come out baby soft...even without the paraffin wax. The gel polish stays on really well and doesn't peel or chip. To top it off, she gives an amazing foot and lower leg massage at the end. Great job, Sandy, and thanks again for giving me top notch service!

I debated on writing a review only because I don't want her to get snatched up! I called Anna's today at 4pm for a massage (I was supposed to go somewhere else but was cancelled on last minute); they informed me they had an opening with a student in training. My first thought was that it probably wouldn't be the best since this individual was in training... But I was wrong! Stephanie was amazing. She listened to all my needs and worked exactly where I needed it and used just the right amount of pressure. She was better than some massage therapists I've been to that have had 10+ years experience. I would HIGHLY recommend her and will definitely be going back!

Why would I refer Anna's Spa and Wellness? Read On.... Is it the warm way I was greeted at my first appointment and every appointment thereafter? Could it be that the procedures were explained to me and I felt knowledgeable and comfortable? Perhaps, it is the Laser Hair Removal that worked better than I could ever have expected instilling excitement and new found confidence? Possibly, it is the incredible massage I received that melted the tension of my aching body and the stress of my racing mind and replaced it with relaxation and the feeling of being renewed. Maybe, it is that I didn't feel like I just walked into a business, but an authentic place of wellness with genuine people and walked out every time with a smile on my face. It is all the above and most likely more. While I would love to keep this incredible find all to myself, I know there is someone like me that could benefit from this referral, so this is why I would refer Anna's Spa and Wellness. The atmosphere is second to none with each room having its own unique and relaxing atmosphere. The staff treats you with care and attention from the time you arrive until the time you leave. I went in to relieve severe back pain I was having. Ling was my masseuse and she was absolutely amazing, she is highly skilled at her trade and I felt like new after just one visit.
