I was really looking forward to a TMJ half hour treatment. My appointment was at 5:15 and the male masseuse didn’t come and get me until 5:28. I was ok with that. The session was good and when it was all done he said ok that’s it. I looked at the clock and it was 5:51. That’s 23 minutes I got and paid for a half hour session. I am extremely disappointed in this. Unfortunately I will not be going back there. Very let down

Went for a massage here for the first time. My therapist, Dawn, was seriously amazing. I felt very relaxed - might have even fallen asleep - but received a very deep, therapeutic massage as well. I am a a dentist and get very sore neck and back muscles from work. Dawn worked those muscles and even others that I hadn’t realized were sore until she massaged them. I will be back for sure! Also, I was told if you stay with the same therapist, you can get a card and after 5 massages, the 6th one is free! Bonus!!

One of my friends recommended the place, so my Mom & I went for a girls night manicure. The staff was really friendly and giggled with us throughout our whole time there. My skin feels crazy soft and my nails are fabulous. I will definitely be returning (hopefully soon)!

Alberta Massage and Spa is very busy (but that's a testament to how good they are) so book well in advance if you need a specific date and time. My experience with them was definitely a positive one. They were very friendly, courteous, accommodating and professional. They have a very large "menu" of their services and the prices are reasonable for the time they take with you. Very relaxing atmosphere and Claudia took very good care of me. She is very good at what she does.

I was accommodated on short notice for a therapeutic massage with Senad. He was extremely professional and attentive to my specific concerns. I’m a bit sore but in a good way. I can tell he did exactly what my body was needing. Also, the ambience is on point and I really enjoyed the shower after my treatment :)

Went on a weekday afternoon for a couple's treatment. Alberta Massage and Spa offers a taste of luxury in Medicine Hat at a price that is comparable to other spas at this level. This is no 5 star resort spa, but they do provide an intimate area to relax before your treatment to enhance the experience. They offer direct billing to several insurance companies, and they accept all common methods of credit card payment.

I went there tonight to have spoiled night with a massage followed by a pedicure. The massage was more than excellent, and thanks to the lady for beeing so amazing. During my massage I was even telling myself that I should come back before leaving back to Calgary. Otherwise, the pedicure is a CATASTROPHE! There is some kind of "balls" more specificaly on the thumbs and even before I got back to my hotel the colour/gel has started to pilled. Very disappointed and really don't recommend doing a pedicure in this location! Save yourself some money, if you do it yourself it will look better! Was feeling amazing after my massage and now just feel the completely opposite and very frustrated, thank you!

Love it there, always such an amazing experience. Massages are to die for, pedies are good to. The only thing I wish they has was longer fuzzy house coats and maybe slippers. I find the house coats to be kinda short and scratchy, and the plastic shoes hurt the feet. But other then that it's awesome there totaly recomend here.

I went in for a massage and for a non billabal aka student still needing hours charged full price 137 dollars for a 90 minute massage. The student needed some coaching other then that pressure was fantastic but shame on alberta massage and spa for not discounting student services the students sure arnt getting any benefit im sure. I bet thet work for free. Definitely never returning
