These guys were amazing. Reasons: 1. They were accommodating to me. I can be a little indecisive shopper and can change my mind about things. Markville Chevrolet rolled with it! Made me happy. 2. They were accommodating to me! Even after a signed sales agreement; I asked to have a couple of things changed. Not even a peep of an objection! They focused on making me happy. 3. Donn Wu. My sales person. Enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Helped in resolving all my issues even after the sale was complete.

I dropped in oil and wiper check. They checked and advised me make right recommendations. The staff was courteous to answer my questions on part that needs to be checked and changes frequently.

Canadian Shade

Bought a Silverado back in 2017. Transmission blew 3 years later. We had to bring it to Mr. Transmission for an immediate fix as it's a work truck. The dealership quoted 1-2 weeks to repair vs 3 days from Mr. Transmission. After 6 weeks of back and forth, GM decided they wouldn't honour the warranty and pay for the transmission (not even a portion). It's a shame as we have bought GM our entire life and they would screw us over bureaucratic nonsense. Time to look for a new car company for our fleet.

Quick and efficient service. The staff are knowledgeable. I brought my Cadillac in for service after 4 years of terrible service at City Buick and, in one day no less, my issues were resolved. They stayed in touch through the day and kept me appraised of the progress. No chasing service reps to find out what's being done. Well done team. Don't waste your time elsewhere. This is the place.

I had a roadside emergency right outside MARKVILLE BUICK with my tire losing air almost faster then I can pump it. I could not put on the space saver due a factory optioned set of locknuts from Buick. I approached the service dept and informed them of the issues and how I was marooned on their lot. The two representatives informed me could not get service because it was tire season! and they were booked with people who needed their winter tires put on. I restated I was stuck and had few places within an area where I could go and I would pay just to have the locknuts removed as service. They said there's just nothing they could do.....I left risking the Mag wheels and pumping the tire until I found a place!....Well they next damn time I have 32000$ dollars to spend on a vehicle I will not be spending it there. I will not be altering this review nor working any response by customer service.

Great service !! Good price. They did as I requested, but it didn't cure my problem with my 2011 Cadillac SRX4 "Service Rear Axel". They went to the limit by explaining what they thought could be the problem (replace the battery). I will try that. Thank you Markville Chevrolet Buick GMC. Rick Fraser

Great experience, quick diagnostic. Detailed experienced mechanics advice. Price is competitive with most shops , I’m assuming there Mecanic’s are union members which tells me there the best in the industry. Not paying top dollar for an apprentice or non licensed mechanic... to work on my vehicle!

I had never even been to Markville GM but my car broke down & they were the closest GM dealership. My car was towed to them after hours and I’m very glad it was! They promptly called me even before opening to find out what was going on with my car and managed to repair it by 4pm. They called each step of the way for part approval and the customer service I received was exceptional! Will definitely be returning for future services.

We bought a used 2015 Subaru Forester from Kenny. He was very friendly and professional. It’s a car dealership, so of course the sales people will try to talk you into spending more money than you need to. But Kenny and team were extremely efficient and I found the whole experience to be low-stress, which is the most you can ask for, in my opinion. They were 100% honest and transparent about the condition of the vehicle (unlike another used car dealership we had been to the weekend before) and the price we negotiated was fair. Thanks, Kenny!

Fantastic experience! I saw a Chevy Volt on their FB page and contacted Kenny about it. We setup an appt. later the same day. I liked the car and made an offer. We did some negotiations and I ended up agreeing to an offer the same day. On pick-up everything went smoothly and the car was even plugged-in and fully charged (its a PHEV) ready to go.

Kenny was an absolute pleasure to deal with. One issue I have with car dealerships is that they tend to feel too sales oriented. That was not the case at all. Earlier this year I was shopping for a new GMC truck. I approached Markvile GM after a negative experience elsewhere. I was connected with Phil Hudson who at all times was professional, courteous and responsive. We were able to come to an agreement virtually for a factory order. Because of the pandemic and chip shortage there was a delay in delivery but again due to dealership staffs' professionalism we stuck to the deal and I recently picked up my new truck and am very happy with it so far. I would recommend Markville GM.

I went to pick up car and they didn’t seem ready. After driving the car home it seemed to good to be true. Car was still rough in shifting as I explained before buying but sales rep said he will take care of me. Car has small paint splatter all over drivers side in white on black car,they didn’t notice as they washed it but I did. Then my cue system was acting up. They issues still ongoing but they were happy to sell me the car. My rep is sways busy now and difficult to reach, sometimes I have to be aggressive with reception to talk to him. You’d think they would help. I would never buy another car from them customer service is terrible and issues still not resolved have no choice after a week to contact OMVIC.

Requested a test drive of the Bolt through the website. Got a call the same day from a sales person. He seemed annoyed that I wasn't sure which Bolt I wanted. I may be wrong but that's one of the reasons a person would want a test drive and to meet with a sales person. Regardless, he told me he would contact me the following week as he didn't have any bolts available for test drive. 2 weeks later, no call. Went to Tesla site yesterday booked a test drive for today. Put order in for Model S. Was totally sold on a Bolt because dealership was close to me and liked the features but salesperson dropped the ball on selling one to me.

Today around 10:00 am I had bad experience since ever in service department of GMC/Chevrolet Markham with the agent as well as the manager of that department. I went there for quotations in order to fix my Chevrolet Cruze 2011 model and already shown them my diagnosis first but they give me price of 1055.00 CAD to fix only for thermostats heater And brake censor which I did fix outside for 350.00 CAD. For just diagnosed and quotation they want to pay aleast 283.00 CAD beside fixing and I refused to pay a penny. Finally at the end the manager rude behaviour told me to not come/visit here anymore.

Hard to believe how poor the service department was. Made an appointment 1 week out to bring the truck in at 9:15 am. They did not start working on it until 3:30 when I arrived to pick it up. I went home. Got a call at 4:30 to pick it up. When I arrived about 20 minutes later the truck was still in he shop. It was not finished until 5:45. While the service advisors were appologetic they clearly did not know what was happening in their own shop. Very disappointing.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. My son who is an auto tech apprentice at a small shop close to this dealership is currently layed off so he suggested that we take my Escalade here. I had my Cadillac towed here because it wouldn’t start. I also received a recall notice for an air bag issue and had bought a Groupon to cover an oil change, tire rotation, fluid too up with a multi point inspection. I was notified that the starter needed replacement and that I would be charged 3 hours labour with diagnostics. Almost 900.00 dollars for easy access to 2 bolts and nuts holding on a couple of wires. Besides that, when I went to pick up my vehicle I had notices black grease smudge marks on the hood, fender and door from the mechanics hands. I was going to let it go but when I tried to start the engine it would not even turn over. I went to the service manger who sent a mechanic out. He couldn’t get it going either so the shop foreman came out only to find the nuts on the battery terminals never got tightened up. It was started and they both left saying it was ok now. No apologies either. Fair enough so I went to leave the air bag light on the dash was on so again I had to go back in and tell the service manager. I had to wait to have my Escalade brought in to diagnose the air bag issue. It was determined that there was a sensor not related to the recall and that I would have to schedule an appointment to have that fixed at my expense; ironically I was feeling pretty upset about my experience and as I was leaving I noticed that the tires never got rotated and fluids not topped up or even given a report on the multi point inspection that I paid for. Judy the service manager was very apologetic and did have my Escalade cleaned from the grease smudges. I felt so ripped off and the lack of effort for the money the dealership received from me and the recall is pathetic. I took pictures of the Cadillac at the dealership showing the black grease and airbag light with the service building in the back ground. I don’t know how to include them or I would have posted them as well.
