Towed a standard car for me that would not come out of 1st gear due to a clutch release issue. Did not put runners under the front tires. Ruined the transmition. Turned a 200$ job into a 3000 dollar job for me.

Got stuck on the lake due to too thick of soft snow and asked them to come and tow my car back to the ice road, the price they said was $250 at first and they only came and tried drove my car which was apparently stuck without trying to use his own tow truck, and asked another $100 saying that he needs another truck to help it get it off the track, eventually he only used only one tow truck to tow and I was like what the heck you need another truck for? I should do more research before I ask for help next time I guess

How was Age Towing? Oh Google, you don't want to ask me that. I might start swearing, and that won't be pretty. I love getting my trailer towed and then getting charged $250 plus $35 per night to retrieve it. Fun times. By the way, the website for this company gives the wrong address. You are going to want to call to confirm the address since they have not updated it.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! I was charged $315 to tow our ATV which was stolen and discarded 2 miles from our home. WHen I complained about this INSANE price, Johnny, the owner started screaming that I was a stupid bag for having left the key in the ignition. (We had not left the key in the ignition, the ATV was hotwired). Johnny actually stated he should have charged us MORE because the item was retrieved during the night. We live in a northern, isolated community but in 30 years I have never ever been so ripped off and so poorly treated. Johnny, you are in the wrong business, i.e., a service industry, and a disgrace to the Yellowknife service community.

DO NO USE THIS GUY. he will tell you one thing and drop it off to a garage that is not his, even though he says has his own. charge some random bullshit number when he knows you're desperate in need of help. and simply screw you over in the end without ever giving it a 2nd though. he is a crook along with the people he's working with.

Not very professional, called for a boost around 7:45 am, woke him up and said he'd be over shortly- got a call back about 10 mins later and he informed me that his truck wont start because it wasn't plugged in over night and I'm going to have to wait a couple of hours or call someone else

My experience with Age Towing has been nothing short of stellar. Age Towing saved me lot of time and money. John is an excellent guy to do business. My battery died on a Saturday during the very cold weekend where the temperatures dipped below -45C. John went above and beyond and checked my car's block heater and changed the plugs - all in -45C weather. He made multiple trips to my home to make sure the work was completed correctly. Unfortunately, my battery died again on Sunday. John came to my rescue again. This time my battery froze and the vehicle alerted that the car will not start again after turning the ignition off (My Acura has this feature!!). After dropping off the car at John's garage, he loaned me his truck (In my experience this type of service is usually only available at luxury car dealerships), and put one of his spare batteries in my car and let it use it for a few days. He also installed a trickle charger. After all this work, he delivered my vehicle at my home after 8PM on the same day. Finally, when I returned his battery after a few days, he changed the cord of my trickle charger free of cost. I wanted him to change the cord as the original cord did not match the color of my car. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed doing business with Age Towing. The customer service is great and the workmanship is top notch.

An extra towing fee of $150 was inadvertently paid to Age Automotive above and beyond what was billed. The manager refused to pay it back citing the fact that his secretary had quit and it was just too much trouble for him to refund the money.
