First time I visited the Great Yarmouth yard to weigh in some scrap metals and I was massively impressed. Brilliant set up, well organised and very friendly. The guy in the weighing office is a great laugh and makes you feel at ease. Would highly recommend EMR to anyone, specially the Great Yarmouth branch.

Arrived at the yard, not knowing what to, a staff member appeared and advised what I needed to do. He then served me, completed the paperwork and everything was fine. Helpful friendly staff helped scrap my car, took care of all the small issues for me. On entering I was expecting 220.77 for scrap. However on sight gave me 315.00, so very honest also... so excellent overall customer service ????

Fantastic service from all I met here. I scrapped a car, and all was good. When I got home I realised that I'd left a unimportant, but sentiment item in the car. I called them straight up, and a lovely gentleman called Russell was able to rescue my item before the car then went into the mangle! He also looked after it until I was able to return to their yard to collect it. 5 stars all round!

Had a great weigh in at EMR this morning. Very friendly guy on the weigh scale, Richard, who was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice on separating aluminium for maximum price. Also great prices on all other metals. Very happy and will be using again.

First time I've used EMR so not really sure what to expect however the staff onsite were incredibly helpful and went through the process with me. Cash transfer for the metal was paid overnight as promised with no problems. Would definitely use again.
