It's hidden behind the gas station. You won't see the entrance at first. Bring your own tools to pull the parts off the vehicle. They charge $1 to gain entrance to yard, and you sign a waiver in case you injure yourself. This is how they keep costs down.

This location has a smaller selection than the Hamilton location; Make sure you check if they have your car in the yard on their website. Besides that I’ve been here twice the staff are very polite no complaints!

Good pricing. They can only tell you if (and generally where) the vehicle is in the yard not condition of parts. You need to bring tools to take the parts off yourself. Be prepared to get a bit dirty.

Very glad I found this place. Its nice to be able to walk the yard at your own leisure and take your time finding what you need. I was quite surprised by how cheap the parts were that I wanted. The two guys at the front gate were great to deal with. It was my first time going and I was a little nervous about what to expect but after a brief chat with them I was good to go. Will be returning next time I need something.

Prices are great and the yard is very nice and clean. Some customers are super selfish and hack up good useable parts that others could use. Front entry gate which was staffed by an older gentleman who was rude and disrespectful really killed the experience for me. Hopefully this changes in my next trip. If your employee is conducting themselves poorly, it really paints the establishment in the same poor light. Kindness and friendliness goes a long way in a customer service position. Hopefully Pic n Save can address this as it doesn’t seem I’m the only one who has had this experience.

Very small lot, not a lot of selection. They showed on their website the truck we needed, they will not allow you to call to verify they have the part you want. We drove 90 minutes to get there, were charged $1.00 each for the privilege of walking on the lot, only to find the truck we wanted was stripped clean. I do not recommend this place.

Been to a few junk sites in my time but this was a first. We were surprised to see how organized the place is an how friendly staff were with customers. It wasn't very busy but there were a people going in and out. Most of the vehicles are posted in a manner where you can easily get in to all sections and under it. The rows are numbered and they have a pretty good catalog on inventory. The staff member was easily able to pinpont the area/row of the specific vehicle we needed. Obviously getting there on time when inventory comes in is key if you're looking for specific parts. Otherwise there are enough standard parts available. There is also a used tire section with rims and other items all organized in the warehouse section.

I emailed, simply asking if an engine was available. I was replied with we do not take inventory. Fine. I simply asked them to have a look and they are very small yard for me. I was again replied with. "Sorry we don't do that, let's just go with there's nothing here for YOU" This is not a small item and would take 5 minutes to find out. Instead of lending a helping hand, I'm supposed to gather all the resources and drive all the way there on a whim.. It's beyond disappointing. Thanks Guys!

They pic for themselves first even when they know the customer has paid for a item that was malfunctioned told them to come back fir a return as there was another product in stock only to find out their own employees have priority

Best prices all around. Never knew about this place till a friend of the family said "try pick & save for almost any part on your vehicle or truck just bring your tools". Payed a dollar to get in a the gate and found my front calibor in minutes. Thanks again for all the help. I will be back for every part I need.

Pricewise is good. The yard is really good organized unlike the one I went to Scarborough you have to find it on your own. The vehicles are on used rims, safe to take out the parts you need It was a cold day in Mar 21. Dolly carts are also available to carry heavy parts and your own tool Will revisit again in May when it get warmer.

Affordable prices ,easy access because all cars are raised. Very organized yard .helpful staff , at the entrance they will give you a list of the vehicles you are locking for. Big selection of winter tires. I don't mind paying 2 dollars admission fee if this help to keep the yard clean ,organized and easy accessible. In addition they have good return policy, you get 3 months warranty on all parts.

Had a rather unpleasant dealing with the Woodstock branch. Was greeted at the gate by a rather old fellow who when I inquired how his day was responded with "Great. Want to hear another lie. I love my job." How on earth could you dislike working there? Found a part that I thought would be a good back up incase I couldnt find the actual part. Got to the gate and the fellow was nice enough to alter the price, but neglected to inform me that upon altering the price that it would be non-refundable. He also went a step further and said that if I needed to return it, to come back on the days he was working. Ended up finding the part I needed so I went back to return the part I got there. The dude started giving me trouble because I wanted to return the part. Its an HOUR AND A HALF drive for me to get there. Had he told me that it wasnt refundable from the start, I would have never bought the part, simple as that. 6 hours of driving to deal with a miserable old man. While I love the Stoney Creek branch, I'd be wary of going to this branch again.

Called to see if a vehicle listed on their Kijiji page was still available, but the gentlemen on the other side of the phone was too lazy to check. He said I’d have to drive all the way from Downtown Toronto just to see if it was still available, when it was probably sitting 20 feet from him. No wonder it looks like they’re struggling.

I'm a big fan of Pic N save and it is my go to place for used parts. Their staff is friendly and helpful and parts pricing is very fair. If you're willing to get your hands dirty they're are some great deals to be had. Even if you don't need mechanical components, this is a great way to get the little interior trim pieces, clips and odds and ends that the dealer would bleed you dry or not even carry anymore. You know those few screws or bolts that always seem to be missing when you're putting things back together? You can find them all in one place right here.

Called ahead. Said hey this is what I'm looking for. A headlight, a tail light, couple hood shocks, and a wiper arm and several other misc parts. They said we have a few of them should be able to find at least a few of those parts. While I was there I went through the entire yard and I did not find ANY of the pieces I needed. Now I am out $1 for admission, about an hour of my time and still have to go pay double for the quoted parts at their competetors. I tried to warn I wouldn't give positive feed back unless I found at least 1/10 parts I went in for. **2nd star for the fact their prices are very good. I cannot argue this even though I'm not satisfied with the parts I couldn't find.**

very good selection of vehicle parts to choose from. staff is willing to help when and where needed. also when i needed a part from a car that they didn't have ready for the yard yet they got it ready for me quicker so that i could get the part i needed. recommend this place over any other used scrap yard. very good prices if you know what you are doing when it comes to changing parts. will only deal with these guys when it comes to used parts.
