Been here a few times, very friendly staff, scales all work well. Definitely recommend this place especially if you have a ton of copper, if your going down to Windsor, it's worth it to bring your stuff here

Called ahead right at 5 and asked them to stay abit late for me as i dont have alot of time to get there after work and there were friendly people ready to help immediatly. Only place i will go to.

My wife and I love it there. I've been going there since 2012 and I know just about everyone that works there. I respect every one on the yard cause they know what they are doing. We have a great experience every time we are there. Haven't had a probelm.

I'll be really honest, the receptionist and the bulldozer operators are very friendly and nice, but watchout from the small warehouse in the yard, the employee there is so very rude. Whereas when it comes to selling them scrap metals, their payments are fair just like any other scrap yard in the city.

I am the owner and manager of a Junk removal company in Windsor, after my visit today I will not be returning!! Employees are ignorant and rude!! Especially "Andrew" who works in the warehouse. Makes false accusations, yells at and treats customers terribly. I've been going to this scrap yard since I was 4 years old. I go atleast once a week. I'm now 26 and only having a problem since I encountered him. Management and owners are useless in dealing with complaints. Many other scrap yards that will treat customers with respect. On a side note. The ladies in the office have always been very professional and kind.

I always use this place. The regular staff has always been pleasant and welcoming. Had a terrible experience today . They were switching to new technology which I understand but I was paid half of the normal cost of what I bring in and I spent 50 minutes there which normally takes 5 to 15. Then I got a flat tire from a piece of scrap that was in one of the massive puddles there. ( second one this year) . Got 30 bucks for what I normally get 60 for. Spent close to an hr of time for what is normally no longer then 15 minutes . Spent another 30 min switching a flat that I have to deal with tonorrow. Never had a bad experience here until they recently got bought out. Unfortunately I will be taking buisness elsewhere. $12 car wash , tire repair and the gas Spent driving across town to a once respectable place . Won't happen again . The employees before the switch deserve 10 stars and the new owners will be lucky if they stick around. Sad day.

First time going their in the past year, and WOW have the people changed. Ignorant yard employees, especially in the area they buy bbqs. Treating customers like that will assure they dont stay in business much longer!!

When I wnet this junkyard for the first time last week, the guy where you drop aluminum was incredibly rude to me!! He yelled at me and treated me terribly. I figured I would give them a chance since they were closer to me, guess I'll just keep going to Zalevs.

i got $19 for OLD electronics i had in back of my garage...took little time...people there were real nice...better than giving it to the city
