I got an online quote and booked an appointment very easily. 15 minutes before they arrived they gave me a call and let me know they were on their way. When they arrived they parked exactly where I asked them to over the phone. They were very quick and polite. They took my payment right there and emailed me a receipt. It was a very quick process. Highly recommend. We de-cluttered the entire house (including some furniture that had been hanging around wasting space for years) in less than 24 hours thanks to Junk Works. We powered through room by room and just put everything into a giant pile. Junk Works showed up precisely on time, packed everything up, and they were gone within 30 minutes! I trust that they will sort (we did a preliminary sort) and dispose of/donate everything in the best way possible. I found the pricing to be incredibly fair for the value of the service. Sure, we could have probably taken everything to the dump/donation/recycling centres ourselves but in the back of my SUV that would have been 10+ trips so it would have dragged the whole process out over several weekends. If we knew it'd be this easy we would have de-cluttered sooner!

They have arranged a simple system for us to use: we email them the details, they contact the customer and arrange the removal, and when it is finished we get an invoice for the prearranged amount. As always they are quite quick and efficient. They were earlier than I expected but they called to warn me before they arrived. The only thing was they gave me a 25$ reduction as a repeat customer but on their website they give a 25$ if you book online as I had done. It is a bit confusing. Still got the reduction in price. All done fast and efficient.

Easy! I called them and made an appointment for an estimate. They showed up and a quote was given right away. Twenty minutes later my junk was loaded, I paid and it was done. We called over the weekend as we had a load in our truck that we were going to take to the dump when we realized the dump was closed. They came first thing Monday morning and quoted us very quickly and took the load away with them on the spot. Very happy with the service.
