Being a newer part I wasn’t sure if I would have any luck, but he tracked one down, and all the parts I needed for the project. Pricing was fantastic, and they offer a great warranty. Great communication, quick and helpful replies, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend connecting with Hank’s for any auto parts needs. Will definitely be back if I need future parts.

Bought a motor from Hanks and Josh was the man i talk to and gave me a great price on it . Had another place install the motor and they found a problem with it so i called Josh up and let him know . With in a couple of minutes they called back and told me that they would look after my problem and did so in a very fast and timely fashion and no cost to me , I now have my truck back and it runs great, special thanks to mike for making things right GREAT PLACE TO DEAL WITH

These guys are amazing! Found a temporary spare rim and tire within minutes of my call. The rim is made of aluminum to replace my rusting steel rim. Great service and follow up. Price was very reasonable. Recommend highly!

Way to over priced. 250 a rim for used rims 1000 dollars plus taxes haha out to lunch boys. Give your head a shake and to boot you tell me they have Marks and scuffs on them that price I might as well get brand new rims haha wow bad taste in my mouth for sure

Professional and quick service. Staff is friendly and pleasant to deal with. It appears they specialize in trucks. Lots of parking and an abundance of truck parts and wrecked trucks on the parking lot waiting go and broken down. Well worth a call to see of they have the part you are looking for.

Called for a used alternator. $100.00 was the quote. Passed on it and immediately found the same alternator...mind you it's 45 minutes away,for $20.00. SAME alternator. Who said it was good prices here?? Lost a good customer before I even stepped on the property.....

I have been looking for a service body for a truck for the past couple years.and I saw that Hanks Auto Wreckers had one for sale.These were the exact service boxes that I wanted.I called and talked to Al and he said that they were still available. So we drove 2 hours to go see them.they where in great shape.I was going to see if he would drop the price but then he said where do you want them delivered.not only were they a great price .but they were going to deliver them 2 hours away.so thats like 4 hours driving time.Al was a great guy to deal with. The driver who deliverd the service body to the yard was also a great guy. Never thought this service still existed. Thanks Guys

Extremely misleading customer service. Drove an hour to pick up a part that wasn't as described previously on the phone. When I got there and realized the part wasn't as described he kept saying "as I told you on the phone" .. well when I called him I was in my truck and my dash cam caught the audio so I listened to the conversation and he very much described the part differently then it actually is. Sucks but lesson learned about this place. It's worth the drive to Nicklin

Went there for parts, there online inventory was not even close to accurate. Still found some stuff I needed. Was ready to leave with 300-400 in parts. I asked if they could toss in a piece of hose that was dangling there. the answer I got was "sorry we don't do that". I walked away from the whole deal, because of what I felt was poor customer service. keep your crap.
