Asked for some parts and guy literally just asked why would I buy certain parts from a wrecking yard because they've probably been beaten up. Talk about terrible service and poor sales. Great way to scare off potential customers.

Customer service is surprisingly warm! Had to wait 2 hours longer than what they told me it would take, but I don't mind. I needed front passenger door window. Easy process, u call them ask about the part, they take 1 hour to check and then will call u back and then another hour and they will call u come and collect ( in my case, they didn't call to pick up but I followed up repeatedly and they took it for me, may be they were having a busy day).

First time I even stepped foot in this business, I was showered with warm welcomes and immediately was helped. The customer service was unlike any other I've encountered. I phoned one of the local Ford dealerships, and they said that to replace my left side view mirror, it would be $80 for a new mirror, $50 for the casing, and $320 to paint it. I'm not kidding. I'd have to pay for them to paint one to suit my car. So, I called around to a few wreckers. Around $60 for the mirror was the going rate. Then, I called Earl's Auto Parts. I got the part for $40, and it wasn't banged up or in any beat up condition, whatsoever. It's perfect. Earl's hooked it up SUPER quick, and were super easy to work with. I'm definitely happy I found this place!

Excellent customer service. Needed a part called a few auto part stores and they were the cheapest by a fair margin. I don't mind companies making a profit but the highest quoted price was 50 more then what Earl charged! Delivery was quick and the part was on excellent condition. Was recommended an body shop to help with the install of the part. Very happy and will use Earl's again if needed. Highly recommended!

So I ordered parts from these guys at the beginning it was fine everything was agreed upon. I am from Niagara Falls so I had one of the workers take it to a Friend of the businesses shop. We went to go pick the parts up and after texting back and fourth he said there was nothing wrong with the parts I paid for (2 fenders and a hood) hood was destroyed sent me pictures of the back of the parts and not the front and only brought the 2 parts to the shop when I paid for 3 parts. I called to complain because I wanted a refund it was not what I paid for they lied to me straight to my face and all of the above happened they charged me 452 dollars that’s with tax and I only ended up taking the fender which was not in rough shape they owed me 367.25 and I was only refunded 310.75 This company owes me 56.50 and will not pay me my own money. Bunch of scam artists and lieing people I recommend never doing business here because they will steal from you. In the photos below he also told me that they looked good yes they look good if you can’t see the front of the actual parts. NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE IM SAVING YOU MONEY AND TIME.

Earl's has great customer service, they were very accommodating to my needs. I went there to get a part for my car, they let me borrow their tools and allowed me to go in their yard. Most vehicles are on the pre made hoists and they have an air hose and power extension cords close to the vehicles. You can take off a part very quickly here, it took me less than five minutes to take the car parts off because they let me borrow their air tools. They have a great set up that's very organized. Excellent customer service, would definitely go back here! I would recommend this place over any other wrecking yards in k-w.

Horrible. Had to go back 3 times and they still didn't get it right. The only thing that made it better was Sandra at the counter. Make sure to check the part they give you carefully before leaving is my advice.

Was looking for a turn signal sensor, I located one and when I went to pay they told me it was free of charge. Went back the next day and bought everything I needed from them. Amazing customer service! Will only shop here from now on!

I went to Earl's today to look for a washer fluid cap for my car. When I arrived I was helped right away by a few different people. I came to find out that a life time family friend works there, hey Matt!!!, so I knew I could trust them. Within minutes I had my cap. When I asked how much the man said I could just have it! I was shocked! Nothing in life is free we are told! Well, take that life! Thanks so much to everyone at Earl's!

Great price on the cruise control switch I needed (5x less than another wrecker in town). Only hitch was I was waiting around at home waiting for a call that he part was off and ready. I had to call in the next day and it was ready. Not a big deal but if you say you’ll call, please call. Will definitely go back.

The customer service here is bang on. Very nice and welcoming. I was able to locate an OEM alternator bracket whereas other savage yards I have visited just throws them away. When it comes to the dealership, it would take them a week for the part to be delivered. Its awesome that you can walk around in their savage yard and take whatever part(s) you want. Their price is very reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience.

Drove 2 hours to buy a transmission. It turned out the part was missing a piece I needed. Great staff helped me out searching the lot for a replacement. When they couldn't find a replacement, they cut me a great deal on the part so I wouldn't waste my 2 hour drive. Great service and great prices, I would strongly recommend!
