Horrible experience you will face by going to that place! Extremely rude lady who is supposed to work as a cashier and deliver a decent customer service, but she does the exact opposite and shows the customer no respect at all. Believe me once you enter that place and I highly warn you to, you will immediately notice the unprofessional treatment you will experience from that lady. I'm hoping that the owner of that place see this review and take a serious action because his/her business is stepping down and sooner or later they will not have a single customer!

Same owners I believe they just rent the land out to these people that run scrap as well but not cars but steel and posts and railroad ties all kinds of stuff for projects .so these guys get 5 stars I'd give 10 but cant

My rad blew on my van in the bank parking lot 20 minutes to 5 Friday night. We literally had minutes to have our friend pick us up and bring us across town. Unfortunately we didn't make it by 5 , and the younger guy was not going to let us in. Jordan and I think his name was steven? Thankfully allowed us to come in and sold us the rad. I can't thank you enough. You saved my weekend and my sanity. Exceptional service. I will always recommend you guys to my friends. Again thank you thank you .

Huge selection of parts. Usually quite cheap. Inconsistent quotes and slow service. Make sure you know what your part is supposed to look like because they will sell one that doesn't fit or is broken beyond repair.

I dealt with the owner directly and had a very pleasant experience. He went out of his way to help me find the parts I needed for an engineering project. I got a very reasonable price for the parts and would go back there again.

Use these guys all the time, they have cheap parts, get them off the car fast and their prices are competitive. Dont know how some of these reviews are so bad, maybe expectations are too high, but these guys get the job done, and do it well. no problems as well if parts are wrong, they always get a good one, and allow returns.

went there to check out the condition of a gas tank, led to the car buried in snow, one peak underneath and the gas tank has obviously been parted out. either it didn't come with it when it was towed there or they already sold it. Wasted my time and definitely not going back.

Super quick to share the good news that my part is in stock and the only one around this area. Surprised that it had a lower cost than I expected and they are holding on to it for me... didn't even have to ask them for this favor during my follow up phone call. Super easy to deal with, pleasant over the phone and minimal automated robo voices telling you what I don't even need to hear... Thank you for this as well!

Extremely rude staff member wasted tons of our time and she spoke to our mechanic on the phone and made fun of us in front of us. Sold me a defective part and then argued back at me and my mother being both condescending and not letting us finish a sentence without interrupting us. Took 3.5 hours to finish pulling a part that they said would take an hour. When I got heated enough to say something the woman working started to come at me from behind the counter like she was going to try to fight with me. She also insulted my mother and leaned out of the open door to scream at us some more after we had left. If I could rate this place 5 flaming dumpsters out of 5 I would but I guess one star will have to do. Hit up Logel's just up the road if you need parts that will work and employees that aren't terrible people. I have a couple of pieces of business advice for the owners: 1) Ditch the absolute train wreck of a worker that we dealt with today 2) Perhaps put into the employee handbook that insulting and swearing at customers (especially after provoking them) isn't something that you'll stand behind

I'm not sure why i got atitude when i told them thats the wrong part, then when he found the parts he wanted more than i could buy a new one for. Maybe he thought i didnt know new price, so i offered half of new price, because it was in poor condition. He slamed the door in my face. Went to another wrecker just down the street and got it for half of what i offered discount.

Wish I would have scrapped my car anywhere but here. Had a request to see my car get crushed (first car, lots of memories), she assured me that they would call me and let me know when so I can come see. Heard nothing from them for 2 months so I call them. She didn't seem to care at all, tells me that she was actually gone for a couple weeks, but couldn't bother to relay the message or tell anybody else. When I asked her to check if the car was already gone she couldn't be bothered to look through the paperwork. Take your car somewhere else! You'll get more money for it and better service! EDIT: Don't care when the car was crushed, no effort was put in to bother calling me and was only rude, even in your reply, that's not what I said at all.

I ordered a part on Thursday and was told it would be in for sure the next day. Saturday morning I went to pick it up and low and behold the part wasn't there. Not super impressed as I came from out of town. Now I have to wait till Monday when I could have had my car fixed over the weekend. Don't get me wrong, the part I ordered is substantially cheaper than anywhere else but I should have been informed that it may take a few extra days.

STAY AWAY!!! The lady behind the counter is very rude and impolite. I had two disastrous visits to that junkyard and I was treated poorly in both times. The main reason I went to that shop is that I live very close to their location. After my experience with them I would rather go to the end of earth and not visit that shop again. Today was my second and last visit. The moment I entered the place, there was a worker who was sitting beside the entrance and resting his leg on a garbage container so the first thing you’d see is the bottom of his dirty shoes (what a welcome!) We said hi to him, but he felt mightier than honouring the like of us with a response. I proceeded to the lady behind the counter and asked her for a part which happens to be right next to her (so no effort from her side was required). She told me the price and I found it to be too expensive for a used part so I said politely: thank you I won’t be buying it. I think I triggered something in her when I refused to buy the part because she gave the dirtiest look I’ve ever had, rolled her eyes, and started mumbling. I asked her another question and before I finished, she interrupted and angrily said they don’t have it, so I decided to just leave and never come back. However, I thought I should call the store the same day and speak to the manager to file a complaint. Guess what, the same lady is apparently the cashier/worker/supervisor/manager. Anyway, I decided to tell her about her behaviour and the way she treated me, and instead of apologizing she just denied it. She arrogantly accused me of making things up, so I told her why would anyone make up something like that and call to complain about it! As my words were falling on deaf ears, I told her that I am going to leave a negative review about her and I will take my business somewhere else. She said it is much better if I won’t come back to their store again, which shows how much they appreciate their customers! I really regret not reading the reviews about this place before making the humiliating mistake of going there. Never again.

Horrible customer service!! why would anyone go to that place ever. The cashier lady is the angriest and rudest person I have ever dealt with. She confuses customers with the junk they sell and she treats them as such. I advise everyone to read the reviews about this place before heading there, this would save you the insult! I believe the couple positive reviews about the place are made by the owners of that business. I mean how could over 25 negative reviews be wrong! I guess everyone is picking on them :) I will never go back there again..

Do not use this place for parts. My truck has been in the shop waiting for a part these guys were supposed to give me. They told me to be here at 12 pm. I call them when I'm on my way and the say 2 o'clock now. I show up at 2:45. She says she checked with the supplier and they would be there in 10 min. I wait over an hour and nothing!!. Supplier shows up without my part. She says to come back at 9 am the next day. I told her I couldn't make it. Ask for th3m to deliver it to me which they do deliver just not my area because of traffic . I said it was ridiculous and wanted to speak her boss. She says no you can't speak with the boss and calls the police. Starts tell the Dispatch person that I was threatening her making up lies. She was completely wrong and calling the police made her feel like she was right. Completely horrible service!!!

Called for part. Confirmed it was available and in good shape. I told them i wanted them and they would pull the parts. Got there after 1hr drive (could not source part locally) they didnt pull the part. So we went to the car with tools, only to find the parts smashed. They lied about checking and could care less about it. This is a wreck of a wrecking yard. Avoid if you can.

Poor service, coz my part was really cheap. They did not bother to get it for me. They stated it would take 2-3 business days for them to take it our their stock. It was small part not that expensive. Guess they only spent time for high end goods. The rep over there- i tell ya....he clearly showed no interest to help out and said its not worth the deal to go in the cold... If you dont want to do business. By all means-shut your store
