I called around noon on Friday January 22, 2021 dealt with a super friendly and professional lady who gave me a quote in like 60 seconds, the car was picked up at 5pm the same day like agreed (it didn't have a catalytic converter after all but they were still friendly and polite). No problems, everybody was nice, fast and it was easy. Highly recommended!

Vancity Scrap Car Removal did an excellent job of coming and getting my salvage Dodge Caravan. It had provided many years of great service to me and was no longer functioning. I made a phone call to them and they were here the next morning to pick it up. They had cash in hand. I was sorry to see it go but was really grateful that they provided such a fast, efficient service. They are definitely the place to use

Sold my old car to them. Very prompt, professional and gave a fair price. I called them and with in an hour the transaction was complete and then less than an hour later the car was removed. Couldn't ask for anything more. Followed COVID protocols.

They showed up an hour later than estimated time, we were about to call someone else. Website states they'll give quote on site. The tow truck driver was rude and barely talked then after it was loaded said its not worth anything, so no "cash for car". Would recommend calling other places for quotes and not waiting around for this company. Pro Scrap Car removal might be a better option, I wish we went with them first. Lesson learned.
