An added expense that I didn't see outlined on the website. Granted, the guys that came to remove my materials clearly explained what this expense was (another sign of the professionalism) and I had the opportunity to refuse yo move forward, but it should be clearly stated in their list of services.

Paid to have one room of household items removed from my daughters apartment. Two gentlemen showed up on time and calculated an estimate of $299 to $319 plus tax for removal indicating additional charges if overtime resulted. Did this on phone and would not provide a written estimate. Completed work in 32 minutes and charged $428. Gave explanation that items took up more space on truck than they anticipated. Estimate was given prior to loading so that should not have been an issue. Would not provide an itemized bill for the final amount . Only received debit receipt. We write to the main office asking for an explanation but were ignored . Did a decent job but not professional in the least. We would never recommend these people again.

They added extra $50 labor charge when I went to pay after pickup. Initial quote had said it included all the cleanup for $249, which was already annoying because verbal quote had been between $179-249. I had a feeling I'd get taken in the end, but nothing I could do once it was picked up...But dirt's gone, so that's a plus :s

Just stopping by to say that these guys are great. Austin and Michael were the two fellas who showed up today - after a courtesy phone call, of course - and they assessed the junk that I had. They gave an honest range of what they thought the price would be, and did mention that the price might be different after it was all loaded. Anyway, showed these guys the stuff I wanted hauled away, and they made short work of it. They were polite, professional, and honestly friendly. It was a pleasant experience all around, and I would certainly recommend this company to anyone, especially if all their employees are like these two gentlemen. It's also prudent to note they were both very observant of COVID-19 precautions, as well, which is refreshing to see nowadays. Thanks, guys!

This company falsly advertises their services. Their site claims to haul drywall but when asked for a pick up state they don't haul it in the town they are based out of. Bad business practices, lying to customers outright, don't waste your time with them. I recommend calling load and lift instead, at least they follow through.

Called before they came and arrived earlier than they said. Answered all my questions before they started and quoted me the worst case price and stuck to it even when it was a bit more than they thought. I didn't catch the two men's names who were here today but they have AMAZING customer service skills and were so efficient. They even let my disabled uncle 'supervise' without it being a big deal so he felt like he was a part of the process. I would recommend this service 1000x over.
