We are not fancy people but I did expect it to be a bit better. we found it to be out-dated and a bit dirty. The beds were very comfy and staff were super friendly.

Suites are very roomy, comfortable and up-to-date. Loved the large flat screen tv. Staff are friendly (especially Kent at front desk). I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Wasn't given a very good first impression of this hotel. Offsite rooms only had double beds (usual hotels we've stayed in the past have queen size beds) Internet connection was very poor Rooms are in major need of upgrades

Quality Inn is located in a great spot and most conveniences are close by. The staff were always pleasant and accomadating especially when we checked in the middle of the night. Overall I would give this hotel an 8 out of 10 rating.

Excellent staff, always friendly and helpful and accommodating. Good size room and easily accessible (I had lots of luggage) and very comfortable bed. All in all a very good stay there.

Overall a great place. Some renovations have really improved it from my previous visit, but it still needs more updating, especially in the rooms that have the old school iron in the wall. The restaurant next door is great! Awesome dinner theater...awesome food...awesome service!

This hotel is close to downtown Summerside and has a great restaurant right beside it. Staff are welcoming and rooms are clean and well-appointed! Great value!

Nice hotel for the area. Friendly staff. Complimentary Breakfast has few options. Bed was awesome. Bathroom was severely dated. A King room with Jetted tub and you could barely fit one person in the tub and the wallpaper old old.
