I have literally called everyday, all different times morning, noon and evening, and no one ever picks up the phone. How do you run a business if you can't take a phone call. I wanted to have them pick up the 20 pallets I have down the road from them and now I would rather drive them myself to anywhere but them.

If i could give no stars I would. I can't believe this man is still in business. The rudest person I've ever dealt with. Was on the phone with me scheduling a time to pick up my order, he told me it was for 15 skids and i agreed. Next day i looked at my invoice and saw it was for 25 so I called him & he proceeded with swearing at me and telling me it was my fault and that i should bring a vehicle that can actually hold 25 skids and not a "wheelbarrow" as he said. We sent our truck which had a 8 1/2 Foot box. Don't go here, just find skids on Kijiji or another marketplace. People who treat their customers like trash should not be in business.

We ordered 4 cords of kiln-dried wood at $135/cord. When we picked it up, the wood came out in crates making it hard to confirm the amount. The employees that helped us load our trailer were friendly. However, we stacked the wood at home that same evening, and sure enough it measured to 3 cords only. The next morning, we called and left a message to let the owner know that we would pick up the remaining cord when we return from our out-of-country trip. We stopped in to see the owner 4 weeks later. He confirmed that he received the message, and said that he didn't think he'd see us again. He rudely told us that we weren't getting anymore firewood, and if we wanted more, it would cost us more now! He made no attempt to resolve the issue. We never gave him a reason to treat us in that way. We were only asking for the product we paid for. We paid in cash, but got a receipt that clearly shows we paid for 4 cords. It means nothing to Wood City North... they'll take your money and cheat you of the product you paid for. Never buy from this guy! He is an unprofessional cheat who should be shut down.
