I bought a BMW 328xi from Autoland this year and I couldn't be happier! The sales associate, Danny Haik, worked tirelessly to help me purchase a car that satisfied all my requests while staying in my budget. The customer service is fantastic. After I picked up the car I noticed there was a small rip in the leather in the drivers seat, so I called Autoland about it and they dealt with the issue right away without any problems. My seat was fixed that same week and it looks brand new; it was great! I always recommend Autoland to anyone I know looking for a car

I’m not one to go out of my way to write a negative review. I generally think it’s very tasteless and really a waste of time, However after the service and price gouging I received from this establishment I just can’t help myself. My whole experience with this place started on a Thursday I went to check and see if they had my make/model of vehicle in the compound, they did bonus!! Walking out of compound I speak with what I assume to be the attendant for the whole place. Who should brush up on some basic dialect before working with the public as I think that’s where confusions May have started. I ask him what time he was closing up for the day he replied with 8. I said great I will run home to grab some tools and I will be back. It was only 3:45pm at this point. Run home grab what I needed only to get back to the yard at 4:30 to find everything locked. To which I call the 416 number on the sign out front, spoke with who I’m assuming the owner who was just as shocked as myself to learn that his business was closed up as they close at 5 pm. Fast forward to the next day, i roll in after work tools at the ready and I drive my car right into the compound to avoid being locked in just in case they want to lock up early again. I go over to the car I’m pulling parts from and begin. Attendant comes over (same guy from the day before) you can’t pull your car in here breaking rules giving me the run around cause I didn’t check in. Ya my bad but given my experience the day previous could you blame me. I just wanted the part and to go. He proceeded to watch me like a hawk until he came right up to the car and asked if I needed help. No I’ve don’t need your help, I just need a mirror so I can change lanes safely. Was a couple other parts I wanted to buy off the junk car but feeling the pressure of their watchdog breathing down my neck didn’t really make me want to spend more money there. Considering I had to heckle him down from 60$ for an 03 Cavalier door mirror.. I looked them up you can buy them new for 40$ online. But why would I want to my car is 17 years old. I voiced that to the attendant and he proceeded to charge me 40$ for a used mirror. Simply put avoid this place if you’re looking for reasonable priced USED parts. You might as well buy new parts if your thinking of coming to the this establishment.

They lied said they had a part, ran me around for two days kept telling me to drive out there to get the alternator the when I get there they make me wait 45 min to tell me they don't have it . Then they start ignoring my calls so I gave up. My fiance wanted to try while I was at work they ran her around for a day and then tried to sell her an alternator that wasn't even close to right. Lucky for us she knows alot about her car. Worst experience at a public establishment ever!!!!!

Found my axle for my manual Xtrail, or at least I was TOLD. When I got there, several hours out of my way, and had loaded my part I mentioned how hard it was to find the part for a manual. The owner was unnerved. He then told me the part was the same (NOT). He had taken it off an auto. We then searched the yard and found his manual wreck. The part I wanted was gone. He apologized and said it was on him, but THEN he pointed at his clerk and said she was new....I might have let this all slide, but him blaming her (it was ALL on him, she did not make any decisions about what fit my car and had treated me just fine) showed me that he was sleazy. So, if you think he is qualified to give you advice on what fits, you have been warned.

Wasn't very impressed. When I pulled up I had a guy that barley spoke English confront me asking me what I want, when I told him i just wanted to look around I was then hassled and redirected to another person that did the same. When I finally got to walk around the selection Wasn't all that good and noticed alot of the vehicles were already pretty stripped. I did like how they had all the cars off the ground tho. Odds are I will not be going back
