They changed the price when they sold them to the garage, because they knew they could make $ 31 more per part selling to a business who will simply pass the buck to their customer. Hier matin à 10h25 j'ai appelé Pièces d'Auto Usagées Sherbrooke à la recherche de deux étriers arrière pour mon Sorento 2014. La personne à l'autre bout de la ligne a dit qu'il avait en fait un pour chaque côté que je pouvais les avoir pour 47 $ chacun. Cela étant beaucoup moins cher que neuf, j'ai demandé s'ils pouvaient être mis de côté pour que je puisse les récupérer à 17 heures après le travail. Je me suis arrangé avec mon patron pour finir à 16h, puis je suis monté dans ma voiture et je suis allé à Sherbrooke depuis Valcourt. Quand je suis arrivé, on m'a informé qu'ils ne mettent jamais rien de côté dans cet établissement, et que ces pièces avaient été vendues à un garage local à 15h15. J'ai réaffirmé que j'avais parlé avec quelqu'un et qu'ils m'avaient dit d'entrer, et que mes pièces m'attendraient. Ils ont ensuite procédé pour me dire que j'aurais dû mettre un dépôt. Je leur ai dit que j'aurais été prêt à payer pour les pièces au total et d'avance si on m'avait demandé, et si tel était le cas, il est de leur responsabilité de m'informer de leurs politiques, et non l'inverse.
