Only been there a couple times over the last 2yrs. Always takes a while except today. Guy starts yelling at me cause I backed in. Maybe they should of told me NOT TO BACK in when I walked up & asked if I was next. Worked out for the better as they bumped me to the back of the line I ended up going to Manville (Birch/Eglin area). What a great place, friendly staff came right up told me where/how to park . I had followed another guy into the lot & they still had me unloaded, weighed & paid in about 10min. . NEVER AGAIN DANDASS!

Before their other staff was Not helping, Very dishonest and rude management a skinny Chinese guy and the Chinese lady, they talk so rudely with all customer even shout and create panicked, also i have a proof that they give rates lower than their machine gives. Please dont go to them. Go to mt metal recycling at munham gate on kennedy. I used to go there but first time i go dandas and was expected they will treat the same way but i found they re rude dishonest and not helping people. They are also very rude with their workers and give load of work to them. **But now they are very helping and gives good rates**

Good business, staff are always there to greet you immediately and help you unload scrap from your truck. Unfortunately the staff working there attempted to scam me by not paying the right price for a specific type of metal. When inquiring, myself and other customers were verbally abused and told to “f*** off” and not come back. It’s unfortunate that the customer service skills of this business aren’t looked after and I would strongly suggest for anyone visiting to be very careful with whom they are dealing with (Asian lady who has been apparently working for “15 years” and white gentleman both declined giving me their names and were unable to identify the aluminum which was brought to them and proceeded to count it as steel) There are many other junk yards in the city and I would strongly suggest paying a visit to others if you’d like to get more than 75% of the money that you’re supposed to get. Don’t waste your time and efforts at this location!

On there sighs it says “we pay the top Dollar” I’m blown away with 3 cents per pound for metal???? I can easily go somewhere else and get 25-30 cents per pound. I thought he was joking????
