I had a room full of used furniture I wanted gone. I waited over a year for people to come get it and they never did. Last night, I got tired of waiting and called Just Junk to "come and get it". They scheduled my appointment that same evening, confirmed with me in the morning and arrived today before 1 pm. The room is finally cleared out...along with a big freezer, old stereo and exercise bike that were just taking up space! I had the same 2 gentlemen that assisted me a year ago and they remembered me and the general layout of my home and land! They were quick, careful and very courteous. I highly recommend them!

Strongly recommended. Excellent website, easy to use was able to book an appointment in two days easily, got quick email confirmation and phone call before appointment. The estimate from Jason was accurate & billing & payment was easy. The workers were on time and cooperative, efficient in moving large couches and tvs...they even helped moving a large heavy tv into a van for us. Four truckloads of junk gone for good!

Had Just Junk come to remove a couch from my basement. They sent me a email the night before reminding me of our appointment. The following morning phone 1/2 hour in advance to let me know that they were on their way. They arrived dressed in uniformed attire. One gentleman came and assessed my couch, gave me a quote which I found was reasonable and I accepted. Did not take long for the 2 men to remove the couch from my basement they were careful not to bang into the walls or door as they were going up the stairs. Would I recommend them yes I would.

I used Just Junk at my cottage. Service was excellent. I booked online on a Monday and was able to schedule a free estimate for the next day between 12 and 2. Jason called 40 min before their scheduled arrival at 12 noon. I received my estimate and they loaded everything up very quickly. They even moved a few items for me and hooked up my TV!
