Called and asked for a driveshaft. Got quote, That part was fine. Person on phone seemed rushed and asked if they could call me back when I asked if the shaft was rdy for pick up. They lost my number and I had to call back. Got father in law to pick up and it was the wrong drive shaft...

Bought an engine here last August and they shipped it out to Alberta for me. It runs like a dream! They were quick to get back to me on any questions I had and they had the engine pulled and shipped within a couple days of me paying for it. Only reason review isn't 5 stars is because there were a couple minor things that were broken that I hadn't been told about, but all in all I'd buy from them again!

Needed some parts for my car and am not very automotive inclined, but they helped me out and gave me a couple of the pieces free of charge ( just clips, nuts, & bolts) but they could have charged me more. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Have been back twice now when other things have needed replacing.

Prices seem ok, the guy at the front desk is super friendly and seems very knowledgeable, but the yard is kinda a mess, grass is to tall to navigate through to your parts, hire a student or someone once ever few weeks to take the whipper sniper thru the yard.

Good service. Had the part I requested ready when I stopped by to pick up. My mechanic misdiagnosed the issue on my truck and sent me for the wrong part. When I returned to Adam's he let me swap out for the right part (even though it was an electronic part and they clearly state all sales are as is with no returns or exchanges). That was nice, because I would have been out $100 bucks for the part.

How is this place even still open. Called for a steering box. Yup we have one. Ok will be there tomorrow. Went the next day he says yes we have one but we didn't take it off. I said ok I will be back tomorrow. Went back the next day near quitting time. Still didn't take it off. Said I had to pay for it first. Got all pissy with me so I left. It's no wonder they have terrible reviews. If the mechanic is not the owner then hire a new one. If he is. Well good luck

Very very poor customer service. I bought a transmission paid 1890 dollars in advance. They said I will receive my transmission 3 days . I called after3 days they said sorry need two days more . They keep on changing time handed me transmission after 11 days . I said my vehicle is commercial and I’m paying for rental. He said we will return you some money but it never happened.

Called for price on hood, had pics sent to me and was quoted $295 for it. Said I wanted and remove it. Got there( I live 2 hours away) and was not removed and charged me $395 and had to wait for it to be removed. Will not be going back.

The office is a little rough around the edges, and the yard isn't well marked, however the staff was very helpful and friendly. One of the guys drove me around to show the selection of cars I was interested in, which was super appreciated in -30C. I will be back.

Horrible service!!!!!!! I negotiated $10 on a $200 item went down to go pick it up and the price goes up. He says you can have the broken one or take on off yourself. If you want me to take it off the price is higher. While on the phone he had told me he's got it sitting there ready to go.
