I called to.ask about a USED battery. I was left on hold for over 5 minutes, (henjust set the receiver on the counter) and I heard someone answer another call while I waited. Then they want an almost NEW PRICE for a used battery.

Great Customer Service. Highly experienced gentleman who know their work very well. I was at the store for 1-hour and haven't seen any Customer who did not find the part they are looking for. I've been there to get a new Headlight Assembly, as I couldn't find one in Windsor.

Maybe they should try not arguing with you if a part fits, especially, when you've already fitted that part to your vehicle - are you sure it doesnt fit? lol morons, $500 for a front differential for a 15 year old car, instead now, they'll never sell it, and i'll never recommend this joke of a place to anyone

Don't seem very professional, and don't let you look at any of the wrecked cars on the lot. Also, they tried charging a friend $600 for just one spare tire replacement. Go to Dover's, this place is a joke.
