We had to clean out my mothers home, along with renovation removal material. It was a large job, the men were well organized, knew what to load first right through to the finished materials. They arrived on time and finished as per stated for the hours involved. Undeniably professional kind, caring and concerned with everything they loaded. There was no mess when the men completed. I have stated we will need them back to take away much more, due to covid things have slowed along with illness . We are hoping to be ontrack late September for much more to be picked up. I highly recommend our local loads of rubbish. They have earned there selves much good reviews and professional workmanship. There prices are very reasonable . St. Thomas truly needed a full circle service like this . I always mention them when the topic is spoken of for cleaning up or closing estates. I also love old things and collect and saved much of my grandparents and parents old items right down to kitchen sifter I still use today. I like to figure out what old things are you have posted, and happen to have or had in the family, many of the recent posted pictures. Some I don't know so I just add I shall and wait and see what it may be...never been disappointed.. Prior to covid it was our ritual to tour antique shops. The search for something different has in many cases been from a cleanup job . Many items people feel is of no use to them will always find a home with someone else. The team at Load of Rubbish provided an excellent customer service experience for me when I booked them to remove a moderate amount of junk from my property. Online booking was very simple and I was able to do it the day before, picking a time slot that was convenient for me. They were perfectly on time and extremely quick with the cleanup. I also appreciated that they swept the area where the junk was previously, in order to pick up any small pieces of glass from my driveway. Nick and Brandon worked quickly and efficiently to clean out the entire house. They charged exactly what was quoted, and filled the truck in the most thorough way possible. I recently used Load of Rubbish and was quite impressed. To start I found their website to be cleaner, more professional looking and more informative than their competitors. It did a better job of explaining the pricing, how the process worked, and what they would/wouldn't accept junk wise. The pricing also seemed to be competitive. On the day of the scheduled appointment, they actually called ahead to see if they could come early which was appreciated. Upon arrival all the guys were friendly, and I was told the load would probably be one size smaller than I had selected online which was great and saved me some money. All in and all I'm quite please and would use again.

Booked with Load of Rubbish online on the weekend and set up an appointment for today (april 29th). The guys called to let me know they were about 10min behind schedule, which is understandable because it's been a wet crappy day. They showed up at their re-assigned time, which, to be honest wouldn't have really been considered that late anyways. I had junk at the side of my home, in my house and a whole lot in my shed that needed to be removed. The three guys worked very quickly and efficiently, were very polite and just all around provided me with a good experience. They worked through the pouring rain, no complaints, cleaned up after themselves. . .my shed's never looked so clean! Totally worth the cost. Speaking of cost, I saved 20 dollars for booking online and they only charged me what they quoted when they got here. What they say is true, no hidden fees. What they quote is what you pay. . Plus applicable taxes of course. But hey, the 20 dollars off for online booking basically negates the tax anyways! A+ experience, highly recommended!

The team at Load of Rubbish came by my old residence twice to get rid of stuff we didn't want to take to our new home. They arrived on time and got to work right away. They honoured the prices that they had quoted my partner on the telephone. I was shocked at how affordable it was. I believe for a quarter truck it was around $180. Then, we needed them back again unexpectedly. They came on moving day with only having given them one or two days notice. There were two guys in the basement helping to carry out some stuff and another guy on their team came in looking for them, not realizing that his co-workers were already downstairs. They had sent FOUR guys that day! They all worked together and got our stuff out quietly. One of the items was a desk that my partner hadn't had a chance to dismantle. (It was moving day and it was utter madness around the house with people upstairs and downstairs getting stuff out.) One of the guys helped to dismantle it. I was so blessed by this!!! I'd like to extend a VERY heartfelt thank you to everyone at Load of Rubbish. You helped my family out during a very busy and stressful time when other companies said they were too busy. I had been so worried about how I was going to get everything out , but I needn’t have worried. A friend recommended Load of Rubbish, and she was right - they did an excellent job. The job got finished in a day, and they even recommended a good cleaning company when I was having difficulty finding someone to clean the home after everything was removed. One of the things I really appreciated was that every time the Load of Rubbish team found something that they thought I had missed (and might want to keep) they informed me. They didn’t have to do that - they could have just dumped everything into a bin , but they considered me as a person, not just a customer. The desk I had was heavy and awkward and they had no problem breaking it down with their tools. I was also very impressed that the items which were in good shape, were going to be taken to Habitat for Humanity. So happy with this, as I usually bring my stuff to the good will. Becuase it was the desk I was only interested in getting rid of, I thought I would add the extra stuff I would be lugging to the good will anyway, to make up for the full load I was paying for. I would recommend this company to anyone who requires this type of service. I was left in a bind by another company who had scheduled with me earlier in the week to do a junk removal job. The other company showed up the fist day and removed half of what had to go then called and said sorry can't make it back to remove the remaining junk. This was on a Friday afternoon and I had contractors coming Monday to do work. I called these guys told them of my predicament and they were able to help me. They came the following morning. Removed all remaining junk . They were quick and very polite. The rates they charge are incredibly reasonable as well Great job guys. Thank you so much. I have used Load of Rubbish on two occasions. The first was to remove a large load of furniture, used electronic equipment, recyclable clothing and "junk" prior to moving to a new house. The second occasion was to remove excess stuff in the garage to make room for two vehicles and yard waste following landscaping. Both times the truck arrived on time, the crew were friendly and efficient and the price was as advertised. I have now a smaller accumulation of stuff for removal and I will not hesitate to use Load of Rubbish again.
