I required the to put my car on a flat bed tow truck. They cared for the car while loading it up. Brought it to where I needed fast. I will always use these guys.

After an unbelievably stressful day I lost my car keys and thought they were locked in the car. Stranded in a hospital parking lot I called DNO Towing hoping to retrieve them. After a quick call to DNO they were on there way. After a few minutes someone had located my keys. I felt bad but called back and it was no problem they were happy to hear I had located my keys, with complete understanding. DNO Towing made my day.

Broke down infront of my kids school. Called CAA but got the run around, so a quick Google search brought me The Tow Operator Corbin from DNO he was awesome, fast, professional and friendly. He got my Jeep up and running again in no time with a great boost, even called Mike’s Garage to get my Jeep in asap for a battery inspection. CAA be dammed, I’d still be on the phone with those clowns and me and my kids would have frozen solid in our Jeep waiting for them to cut through all their membership red tape. Actual heros, we were stuck so badly in our Uhaul. We had dug and dug and were in the mud so deep the whole box was sunk. They showed up in 5 minutes, popped us up out of the mud, and it was the cheapest tow I've ever had. The other place wanted double what we were charged! This man is Fantastic. I was stuck in St Thomas recently and I am originally from Sarnia. Long story short, after doing a bit of Christmas shopping, I get in my car and turn the key....and nothing..it wouldn't start. The screen on the dash said "service power steering." I had no idea what I was going to do or how I was going to get myself and the car home. It's been a little rough lately and I didn't have the 450$ for the tow. It's Sunday and it's starting to get late places are closing, I still don't have a plan or the money. All of a sudden a tow truck come driving up, I didn't ask anyone to come. I didn't know why he was there.. he then came over to me and asked what the situation was, and if he could have a look. After looking it over a minute he charged up the battery and it started!! He didn't charge me anything and he certainly didn't have to come. I was so grateful...he saved the day and got me home. This man is amazing and has a big heart. Would highly recommend him to anyone that might be needing their services. Thank you again.

My first experience they charged me $250 do go 4 blocks on a flat bed I was 17 years old. Second recent experience I got a quote to move a tool box, called when it was time to move it, price had doubled. Lovedays is way better, friendly and didn't try to rip me off.

I can't say enough great things about this company. So unfortunately my daughter went down a really icy and steep hill in a rural area and couldn't get the car back up. I tried my best late at night but the car just continued to slide down. So we called CAA which sent a competitor out who took one look and said "it can't be done. You need a farmer with a tractor". So we locked up the vehicle and left it over night wondering what we were going to do. In the morning I did a Google search and saw excellent reviews for DNO Towing. Since it was early, I sent a quick email to the owner who responded promptly and asked me to call him. He immediately put a plan in place to go to the scene and try his luck. This company came prepared and has an off-road vehicle in addition to their regular tow trucks. A few times it looked questionable because of the icy condition of this hill but undeterred, the owner persevered and never gave up. He used his talent and years of experience to tackle whatever obstacle we faced and he was able to use his special off-road tow to winch the car up and pull it up the rest of the way. I couldn't have been more happy because leaving my car in this area for more nights probably would have resulted in vandalism. So he treated me well, I was happy to pay and was thrilled he was able to come thru where others could not. If you're ever in a bind or need a tow, I highly recommend calling them as you will not be disappointed.
