I was surprised to learn that grass and sod from a cut flowerbed somehow doesn't classify as "yard waste." I'm glad I called before hand.

The number listed is city hall. I called and asked if there was a few to drop off sod and top soil. I was putting in a patio and had to remove the sod and a few inches of top soil. I was told there was no fee. I go to the ccenter and was told there was a fee. I advised the associate working there I called earlier this morning and was advised there was no fee and the city considered yard waste. The associate was unwilling to waive the fee and I was disgusted with the whole process.

Terrible hours. Going in Winter is useless, and Summer hours are not much better. If you are a business or a early riser then by 10 am your day is already half done. They only take motor oil on Saturday.They DON'T take cash.....Just go to Green Valley up Highbury. Better hours, better service.

Innefficient layout (only a single scale) plus the reduced hours of just twice a week mean long line ups for the huge area this depot services. The need for everyone check in even if dropping off recycling just makes it worse... I have to spend my saturday waiting i line to clean up a storm felled tree. ???? .... 4th visit today and the line is even longer. Going to wait for over 30 minutes to get in!!!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and well laid out facility. For a dump it’s pretty clean. Wish there were better hazardous waste operating hours (Saturday mornings) but overall it’s been a welcome addition to this community.

It would be helpful if this place was open Sunday mornings or at least Monday. For the people who work all week, we like to clean and declutter on Saturdays. By the time I get done, the dump is closed and now I have to wait until Tueaday to haul it away! Please change the hours!

Place is a ripe off but what you expect from this joke of a city. $20 minimum charge, I took a 20 lb old counter top it was $20 I drove there I unloaded no city employee did anything but stand beside the bin talking of their weekend plans and sit in a booth and take my money so how can there be a minimum charge of $20 thats $1/lb complete B.S next time Ill spend the gas and go to London. She couldn't even put it under the right category of disposal material.

The place is great but the hours don't work. Overall reviews are worst than 3 STARS. That says a lot about what's wrong with the hours and staff. Please fix it. Get a company to do a survey from people so you know what we are looking for.

Should be open Sundays. Could also be open by 9am instead of 10. As for people complaining about the $20 minium load charge, it's $25 at Green Valley and the Clarke Road Enviro Depot. Gate staff have always been very friendly with me. Yard staff helped me unload all three times I've dumped garbage there.... Yard waste I do on my own.

Why is this open only 2 days a week and closed early on saturdays!? The hours are horrible and extremely hard to work around. Wait in line for over half hour or longer because of this.

Well laid out, organized, and clean... not worried about getting a flat tire here. Staff is nice, they moved people through quickly. You unload your item yourself. They take all sorts of items, yard waste, construction materials, hazardous material. Costs for some, free for some. Impressive place.

Terrible hours, not open on sundays when most people are cleaning out their junk, working on home improvements or cleaning up their yards. Not open Monday so you'll have to wait till Tuesday just to dump garbage from the weekend. No number to ask questions. Staff isn't very knowledgeable about what goes where, are rude and arrogant. Opens way too late and closes way too early for anyone who works normal business hours. Needs a lot of improvement! Update: I went back today and the girl at the booth was a delight, much more friendly and helpful than the last. Changing my stats to 3 from 1 for that. The hours are still ridiculous though and the prices are high.
