Great place to go, service is great, lines move quickly.... just one question "why are Realemon lemon juice 945ml bottles not accepted? On the bottle it says Recyclable/Refund were applicable.

Seems okay. They counted correctly. Parking can be a bit awkward with the three stalls in a row, sp you may need to patallel park for the centre window, but they're far enough apart so it's not terrible. The bottle counter guy was quick and accurate. Quite busy though, even on a Monday morning there was a good 12 car line. Probably 15 minutes wait. But i got rid of my bottles, so all is good.

This is a drive-through style bottle depot, which I really like. You drive up to a window, open your trunk and hand them your cans and bottles. They're accurate and honest when counting and they move fast. Recycle bins are conveniently located at the side of the building, so you can get all of your recycling done at once. Not sure what else you need from a bottle refund centre.

Rude personnel most especially the Indian guy who wears eyeglasses. He threw out dirty water in front of me. I told the manager but I guess the manager does not see the customer side. Why wouldn’t someone be mad about rude service.

Bottle depots rip people off all the time, that's common knowledge. I've been coming here for years, first time I noticeably got ripped off. I count my bottles all the time, except my hard liqour bottles,which I told him, and he didnt count them.maybe it was his lack of english. Also I got .50 cents for 5 cases of beer + 4 bottles! I added up everything except the hard liqour and it totalled up to $70 and change. He gave me $68.20!!

I have been this place couple times but not happy at all. because all the times, they do accidentally on purpose / exaggerated purposely LESS COUNT the number of my bottles. and When I told them it is wrong count whatever he did, he just ignored me. I thought it was accident/mistake but don’t think it was. Because they did it all the time. If they think money is goood and important for them, then they have to know money is good and important for everyone else. I believe that’s why people are going to the bottle depot for. Even it is a penny. Many a little makes a mickle.

Usually I bring bottles for around 35-45$ , today I bring almost double and get 27 $! I didn't say nothing. Good for that guy,he is gonna put 40 bucks in packet. And I wait 15 min next to the 1 window,they served 2 cars behind me on second window. Nice Very Nice

This place is a complete rip off! Do not go here, especially if it's for a bottle drive. I had more than 15 bags and 11 boxes of empties, and the guy told me $175 after it was all processed. In haste, I didn't count the cash before putting it in my pocket, only to find no receipt and $145. Class act stealing from kids. Tell everyone you know to avoid this place. Total crooks!

This bottle depot is awesome! Very friendly staff, quick and efficient at their jobs and despite what some others may say, they do not rip you off. I count my bottles every single time but do not tell them and they're spot on every time. I highly recommend this bottle depot!

Why they just count in their head and punch some random number at the end. Seems shady. The bottle depot has wipes and sinks and numbers seem much more accurate. I usually get 1/3 more money at that one. I asked for wipes he passed me so.e filthy hand sani that felt lile slime. Worker friendly. Count and punch as you go so the customer can see.

Wow, just wow. Only half the refund we usually get and horrible service on top of that. Will never give this place the opportunity to rip off us again. But if you like getting ripped off this is the place! If this is your regular bottle depot they have been stealing from you! My three year old has more counting skill.

They miss count or purposely miss count and and do not give you the true amount of the bottles you bring. Make a list before of your bottles before going to them.

wouldnt reccomend at all. my girlfriend brought 3 garbage bags and got around $30 while i brought in 7 and got a little over that. you can tell they are miss counting by grabbing both cans with 1L bottles. if anything go to campbell bottle depot

Went there this morning to turn in my bottles , almost got hit by one of their “employees” ended up getting my vehicle hit instead , owner was rude and dismissive about the whole thing , turns out when I went back with the police , guy that hit me wasn’t even licensed to be driving the forklift. Wouldn’t recommend going there for your own safety

This place ripped me off many times so I started counting the bottles and separated them into bags. They still tried to rip me off. Stay away from this place. I went with a load that should have paid around 200 bucks and they gave me 58 and change. It was sad that they tried even though I told them I counted them all out and the totals were on each bag. They still tried to rip me off for $7.35. DON'T GO HERE!!!

Took 10 empty cases of wine to recycle. $0.10 x 12 x 10 is $12.00 but the clown who took them tried to give me $10 saying 10 boxes was worth that much. If they are trying to scam me with such easy math then i can't imagine what they are doing with other people who have bags and bags.

read the reviews.... disgusting comments. Most of you show up and have the dump and run attitude. If you think you are being ripped off... then sort, count and bag your returns... easier for you and them... they do not have to deal with your hostile attitude. They are the best... have been dealing with them for over 10 years. I had contracted them to pick-up all Sturgeon Hospital Returns... any errors were ALWAYS in our favor.

Dishonest. Brought in 11 oversized garbage bags. After the count was done I received $80.00 even. Not one nickel over or under. I didn’t receive a ticket from their till either. Kind of hard to receive a till ticket, since he never punched in an amount on the till, not once. If you like being short counted andand cheated go here.

I was told the can counter machine is faster than counting by hand, I dont think its faster considering three ppl had there bottles counted and on their way from one window, furthermore I told him I didnt count them cause I only counted 6 of the 8 bags, with the 6 bags there was $57.30 from the 6 I counted but everything came back to $65.00 even, funny how the two last bags were a mix of 4liter milk jugs 2liter pop bottle and cans... someone pocketed a good take 03/11/18

Terrible terrible RIP OFF place too bad ive been going there for ten yrs but has gotten incredibly worse since they moved to the new building...i counted my bottles supposed have 64$ coming back got 38$... About 55%.... The big mouth owner the manager argued n yelled i told him to watch his mouth to settle down...dont use this place they are complete rip offs....totally....crooked as these type come....im reporting them to the better business bureau as well....
