Excellent Customer service, efficient, fast, and they give back fair amounts (Don't cheat). I travel for an hr to bring my bottles here from the country because I like them so much. Also thank you helping the environment by owning this business.

Been coming here since I was a little kid, occasionally count my cans just to see how accurate it is and they've rarely been off-count. If they are, it's only by a couple cans. People saying they're scamming are clearly crackheads.

I,ve been using this depot in Campbell park since I moved to St Albert 15 years ago. Never had any issues. They are courteous, quick and efficient. Don't understand all other peoples issues. Went there today, no problems. Will continue to go there.

Love the new location. You don't have to line up with your car anymore, and you get to line up indoors where it's heated. Excellent that they added the hand-washing station. You might want to bring ear protection though if you have sensitive ears. Sometimes the clang of bottles is very loud.

Been going to this depot for almost 8 years and I have never had a problem even when bringing 10 plus bags of recycling. The line is a bit long sometimes but never waited more then 10 minutes. Staff has always been polite & efficient.

Fast and friendly service! There are no shopping carts. But they have a contactless method of getting paid. A recipe is printed and you scan it at a self serve till to get money on your way out!

Terrible customer service. I came in at 5:17 with a lot of bottles. Definitely was late and would push them past close I fully admit that. However rather than just quickly saying heh just so ya know we may not get to everything by 530 I got two people rushing up to me asking if all the bottles were mine and yelling at me that they just couldn't do it repeatedly. They spent more time yelling at me rather than counting and wasted 5 minutes and then proceeded to count 2 bags as slowly as possible. I then went to another bottle depot that closed at 6 afterwards with the rest where they had no problem splitting up the bags I had left and staying late to help me as I did not get to that one until about 545. AVOID THIS BOTTLE DEPOT!

Fast, friendly, clean. Love that they have a hand washing station, and the cash comes from a machine. Slick.

They are fast and efficient, and you can even watch on the screen as they tally bottles up. Even faster if you pre-sort them out ahead of time, but not required. Unlike other bottle depots I've been to, this place is kept pretty clean and they have a station you can wash up at. Once they have tallied up your refund,they print you off a receipt and you just go to a machine to scan it and get your money. Love this concept! This is the only bottle depot I will go to now, not just for the above reasons, but also because I never feel ripped off here.

No Problems Here for Me Bringing My Bottles In. Went around 4:00 pm and had No Crowds/Line Up. I Put my Bottles in a Tray and Worker Counted then In Front of Me. Got Paid, Left a Tip, and Left. Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy. Place was Clean, Lots of Parking, and Had a Hand Washing Sink which I Didn't Need. Amazing.

The facility is very clean and attractive but the noise of bottle and cans being dumped and counted is extreme. In addition to the noise, you have to go inside the building to return your empties -- maintaining social distance is almost impossible.

Super disappointed that you have to haul your bottles inside with no carts! We save our bottles until the back of the SUV Is full. Not interested in hauling 3 large garbage bags, and 3 rubbermaid tubs across the parking lot, thanks. Loved backing up to a window at the last location.

I took in 22 garbage bags of bottles for a cancer research fundraiser and only got $131.05 !!! I guessitsmated about 10 buxs per bag that should have been at least $200 if not more !! I referred other ppl to this depot but no more ! Im now warning others of this huge judgement error (ripoff)

Major theft happening here. I pre-count my bottles and cans so I know exactly what I have. Three times coming here I have lost between $5.00 and $7.00. When I showed my list he got very angry and leaned out the window right in my face and said "No cheating here. Nobody cheat here". Before he knew that I pre-counted, he was grabbing 6 or 8 bottles/cans at a time, throwing them in the bin and grabbing 6 or 8 more. There's no way, unless you're Rain Man, that he could add in his head that fast. Plus, they are supposed to start with an EMPTY bin to put your bottles in so that if you ask for a recount they can do it. But this place uses a partially filled bin, dumps your stuff on top and then if you ask for a recount they say "Oh, I can't tell where your stuff ends and the previous customer's ends. Sorry". NEVER going here again. If they're taking $5-$7 off of each customer throughout the day, they're each putting a nice chunk of unearned cash in their pockets every day.

It is an efficiently run business. You can see the value of what you are returning on a screen facing you. On completion you receive a receipt which you scan at a cash machine. There's even a handwashing station because you know it's impossible to drop everything off without getting sticky.

They're fast, you don't need to have your bottles pre sorted. Cash out is the best setup going. They have a proper hand wash station with hot water, soap and hand dryer.

They asked you if you counted the bottles, if you answer is no, there is a chance of you getting rip off. I'm not being racist but I've been a victim by my own kind. It's funny he got all the 2L counted real quick and only typed in $2, it was $7 in total. I counted, cleaned and seperated all my bottles, in case this person doesn't know. I feel bad because the place got busy the moment I was done, so if this person got $5 and there's 4 more people right after me, this guy is making a killing out of pandemic. I still donated few dollars despite this event. But this is the last time. Hire honest people next time.
