Very good staff, service and facility

A very nice clean hotel with pleasant staff! Well situated on the highway, for easy access. The pool looked to be just the right size for a nice dip after a long not drive!

Great price ????clean ????????

Brook Peters

Tims right outside and a shell gas station with a 24 hour select storeakee this location very convenient. Hot tub was great. Pool was too cold though. Rooms were very clean and the staff were awesome.

Tyler Bach

Beds were ok, noisy neighbors in the next room over, unimpressive breakfast.

I stayed here for my visit to kelowna as it was on my way. I think it is ok place to stay. Room was clean and lots of parking space. Also gas station nearby is good. Breakfast was pretty basic. There wasn't anything bad honestly but not something I would consider if I go again. I would say it is OK place to stay in budget.

It's not one of the best Super 8's and not one of the worst. For a mid-range hotel in Revelstoke for a night, it's clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet. A few burnt out light bulbs in the room were a minor annoyance, and a half-dozen oversized gents squeezed into the teeny hot tub drinking beers detracted from the visual aspect of the property. Bottom line: It's cheaper than the Sandman/Best Western, and lacks the racist artwork that the Travelodge Alpine Inn boast. Solid place for a night or two.

Clean rooms , quiet hotel, friendly staff

First let me start by saying the staff was great - helpful and friendly but I sensed that they were worked pretty hard. The front desk greeting was by someone who was doing laundry, perhaps some of the fall out of being short staffed due to Covid! The rooms were "meh". It was adequately clean but there was a bit of an odor that never quite dissipated during our stay. The pool - eeeew. I could rate this a 2 star because of the pool but figured that would be unfair - but worth noting if you have kids that want to swim. While the hot tub was clean the pool was in some dire need of attention. The side tiles were filthy and the color was a swamp green. My kids are not too picky but chose to avoid it. Otherwise, if you need a one night layover with no swimming pool, this place will suffice.

Great inexpensive stop on our way back to Alberta. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was cold but felt great. Hot tub was small but wonderful. Beds were super relaxing and breakfast was quick and just perfect for a little nibble. Yogurt. Toast. Waffles. Coffee and juices. Yes it’s near the trains. - didn’t really notice. Right beside Tim’s and gas station. 5 min walk to Denny’s. Could hear doors shutting and little kids running. No biggie. Only there one night. Oh! Shower was great. Shampoos are small but staff were kind and gave us more if needed.

cleaning lady opened my door and came into my room 2.5 hours before check out, I was naked and sleeping.

Fine motel for a night. Room had been redecorated. Breakfast was the mediocre side of free hotel breakfast. The at least have a waffle maker.

We stayed at this property for the one night and we had a great time. The rooms are very clean and affordable. A well served continental breakfast buffet is included. We would definitely stay here any other time we are at Revelstoke. Good value an very friendly customer service.

Really nice. The rooms were really clean and comfy.

We reserved this hotel specifically because it had a pool and my 2 x 13 year old girls wanted to swim ... a lot while we would be staying there. When booking the hotel I spoke to the front desk and specifically asked about the pool, the hours it was open, etc. I was not once told that there was restrictions on the pool. Had I been told ahead of time, it would not have been an issue because they would have been upfront and I could have tried to find another place that allowed more time in the pool. Please know that you will only be allowed 1 time slot per day in the pool for just 1/2 hour each time per family. This was very disappointing to say the least for the price we paid for the room. Were not offered any type of compensation or lower room rate for the inconvenience. COVID has affected many things and its not necessarily the businesses fault as they have to make everyone happy and give everyone time in the pool ... it just really is disappointing when you have teenagers that love the water and just want to swim and they can only go in for 1/2 hour per day when we were only there 2 days. The thing that made me the most upset is that they didn't tell you this at the time of booking the room, especially when asked about it.

Hotel is good, breakfast is a bit small but filling. No eggs or bacon. Location is good.

Our first time at this hotel in Revelstoke. I chose this hotel for the price and because it had a pool and hot tub. Upon arrival I asked about the facilities. The desk clerk said the pools were down for repairs. We decided to stay a nd the clerk offered to phone and allow us to go to another hotel for pool usage. We declined, but thought it was cool she would do that. Very friendly, clean, and comfortable.

Lindsey Jennings

Dirty. NOT CLEAN. The entire hotel smelled like burnt ethnic cooking. Dust everywhere in hallways, the suite reaches about 65 degrees. Its freezing in here.

Louise Chozen

Very nice hotel. Awesome view. Friendly staff
