We blew out a set of bearings on our travel trailer near Revelstoke. First went to another parts dealer in Revelstoke that did not have the required parts. Napa had everything in stock including a new hub for the travel trailer. Great staff that were very helpful and a way better price then what I thought it would be. A very good experience considering the dilemma we were in.

I had problems with my car on January first and they were closed on that day, but I went there just to check. There was a guy checking some stuff inside the place, the door was closed, but when he saw me he came to open the door and I got an excellent service. I would recommend this place for sure. Easy 5 stars service.

I am a French speaker, mechanical words are always challenging for me in english, they always take those extra minutes to help me figure out what i need. If we doesn't find it, they even told me were to look for it. Really an amazing team. Thank you guys.

Was on an extended motorcycle trip from Ontario and burned out one of my headlight bulbs. Decided to give this Napa a shot for a replacement, thinking I was going to get price-gouged. I was pleasantly surprised that the bulb (a H7) was much cheaper than what I would have paid at home. Since I arrived right at closing, I expected everybody to just leave while I made the repair in their lot, but Geo (I hope I got that right), the owner, stayed for almost an hour to help me with the rather complicated surgery we had to undertake to replace the bulb. Great service, and very friendly staff. Five stars, definitely.

Very good place to deal. We were broke down with a hitch problem and they got the part in overnight. Friendly and very accommodating. We picked up part in our way through. Installed it and it only worked a couple times and then seized up. The jack did not have a crank so we were hooped. After a bit of back and forth, Napa took the jack back with a full refund, great customer service!!!!

GREAT!!!!!! The management has been awesome to deal with. On a business and personal level always try to get you the parts quickest possible. Difficult town to get supplies to but they produce everytime or tell you if they cant. Favorite parts place in Revelstoke.

Came in this morning needing help with my inner fender. Randy helped me find the right solution and a super friendly woman helped get cardboard out of their bin.
