We had the unfortunate experience to break down on the highway coming into Revelstoke. The tow operator recommended Jacobson Ford for the repairs. We had him tow us to the Shop and first thing the next morning Ryan and Rylee took charge. They apologised when they said it could take until the end of the week for the parts to in. We went for breakfast and walked through Revelstoke. Around 130 we headed back to the shop to find the truck repaired and going out on a road test. We were able to be on the road home by 230. Thankyou Ryan, Rylee and your team. I strongly believe we would be still waiting for parts if we had gone elsewhere. Your care and commitment to customer service is top notch.

I was on my way from Vancouver to Calgary in a snow storm. I was filling up my truck at the gas station and when I went to turn it on, the truck didn't start. I called Ford service department and they were closing in an hour, he was very helpful and understanding of my situation.They took me in right away and fixed my truck. They were a great blessing. They went above and beyond and I am very thankful. Highly recommend them.

This place has Awesome costumer service. I own a 2013 Ford 150 eco boost and pull a large RV 34 feet and travel from Ontario to Revy every couple of summers to visit my kids. My truck has only ever been repaired by these guys... Twice in 7 years they have got me out of a jam..... Pulled in with issues and was resolved as promptly as they could. And yes only twice... In 161000 km.

Dont buy a vehicle anywhere else. Service starts after the sale and these guys get it. If your vehicle breaks down, how are you going to get to GM in salmon arm to fix it? There is a reason we only have 1 dealership in town- nobody can compete with these guys

Travelling from Manitoba we were behind a semi when a chunk of ice dislodged from its rear tire well and damaged our car. On our way from Golden to Penticton our Escape detected a misfire. We were close to Revelstoke so we stopped at Jacobson Ford to have it checked out. Someone came out and helped us immediately and said they would fit us in that afternoon to have the mechanic check it out. They did such a thorough job to ensure we were safe to continue on to Penticton. I'm very grateful for the excellent service that allowed us to resume our road trip with only a minor delay!

Amazing service! Excellent education and recommendations, truly helpful. I had vehicle concerns with my Cadillac passing through, with part of it being that my check engine light came on, and they were able to get me in for a diagnostic that morning. Ryan provided me with an abundance of information and understanding of what was happening and why, including risks of driving without recommended repair and what to do if the same issue occurred. I risked the drive and made it back to Alberta safely to turn my vehicle on again 2 days later with another concern (which he had already asked if it happened, and it hadn't yet) so I called Ryan. He was a great help over the phone even though I was a province away and wasn't going to drive 8 hours to provide them business. Thank you Ryan. Amazing service!

I was on my way from maple ridge to Calgary with my 3 kids, when my check engine light came on. It was a Saturday so most places were closed but I was lucky to find the ford service department open. I can’t tell you how grateful I was to find two lovely men working in the service department who were so generous and helpful. The mechanic took us for a drive a made sure my car was safe to drive the rest of your journey. I would absolutely recommend this shop for all of your car needs.

Amazing service!!! On our way to Kelowna today when our alternator blew in the McDonalds parking lot. Their tech came to us (yes in the McDonalds parking lot!!) got it going to take it back to the shop, they found the part, had it brought in, and then stayed late to fit us in and get us back on the road! No other shop was willing to help us for at least two days! They saved us a tow truck plus two nights in Revelstoke and got us back on track for our vacation! Thank you so much to Ryan and team!!

I had the fortune of dealing with some of the FRIENDLIEST, most helpful people at Jacobson Ford Sales. They made light of a bad situation (had to scrap my beloved car!) and were consistently helpful, transparent, and compassionate. Genuinely some of the best customer service I have ever received.
