I had my self in a bind and had to get my vehicle towed to Vernon from Revelstoke and they only charged me $550 and were very careful with my car. They even brought it by where I was staying to help me empty it. I couldn't recommend them enough.

They also made sure I had there personal phone number to make sure everything would work out for me...hell the one guy even offered a ride to kelowna Incase I had to leave my truck fly home and come back another day! Reasonably priced, very helpful. My jeep died at the top of Rogers Pass, they picked me up, brought me to their garage and allowed me to fix my own vehicle there. Also took me to the parts store to get what I needed. Way above and beyond the call of duty.

The only good part of being in an accident in Revelstoke was the tow truck driver as he was very helpful but as far as his employer there was no help after almost paying 1000.00 bill for vehicle disposal and two tow trucks that I did not even call.. One was needed... If you need help Please call someone else... Lesson learned

Saved our vacation .we are a family of 7 on our way to camp in revelstoke when my truck died. First they stopped for a different call and offered to take some of our family in to town so they were not in the road . Then sent 2 trucks one covered by ama fir the truck and another for our trailer. They even took our trailer to the campsite so we could still enjoy our vacation very good people

We were rear ended on the highway outside of Revelstoke and this was the company on site for our towing needs. I will say I am happy to have had them on site. They were very efficient and extremely helpful getting us situated to spend the night here as the rental car company was closed on the long weekend. Thank you to all those involved and a special thanks to John who helped get us to our hotel with all the gear we had in our truck; pretty sure it was his day off too so he really went the extra mile. We appreciate the effort and risk that goes into the work you do and thanks again for being there!

I was not aware that anyone could have such a horrible experience with a towing company, but it happened to me... My friend and I were rear ended on the highway coming into Revelstoke. We had road side assistance but the towing company was called without our consent and Columbia towing was called and showed up. They loaded the vehicle without our consent, took us in the truck into town and dropped us on the side of the road with all our luggage. We had bad whiplash from the accident and were wondering around town trying to decide what to do. In the days to follow, we were on the phone with Columbia towing multiple times throughout the day trying to get them to release our vehicle into the body shop, but they would not. They were full of excuses as to why they could not release the car to the body shop. They kept it two full nights and I think they just wanted to incur fees to be paid to them at our expense. The claim was going thru insurance so they said we had to pay the fees even tho insurance had already sent the money. They wanted to be double paid. We were two 24 year old women and they thought they could pull a fast one. Unacceptable. This was occurred in the summer of 2019 for clarification.

I wish I ca give zero stars or negative. The website says something and officer has different words. Very disappointed when you come all the way from Calgary, Alberta and they put charges in a bill for no reasons and ppl their have different rules. We had to argue for the breakdown after paying freaking $406.00. They were not ready to give even breakdown and asked us to leave the email address and they can send it on their convenience.
