Unfortunately, this company will receive my first and only 1 star review of a Regina business. As a General Manager of a locally owned business, i don't believe i have never been more disappointed with another company's unwillingness to fix a very simple customer service issue. I spoke to Heather, Jackie, and Anatoli. They claim that they have honored the details of a contract that we have in place where they show up to my business every month to collect recycling (even though they do agree that they have never actually picked up any recycling). The bottom line is they haven't shown up, and we have been paying for a service that we haven't received. They don't care to come to any type of resolution.
