Its a good place to get parts for less and not new. You'll save a lot in buying used parts . Shop and compare prices to new parts .People are friendly and helpful. When you go in to the yard,you need to pay for a card for $5.00 ? In all go for the deals .

The staff at this auto Wrecker are not respectful in any way. The manager was very rude and ignorant to me and some others. I have never once came to this establishment with bad intentions. I have been here many times before and all was good until I was told I could no longer come here due to a part that they thought I had broken. They forced me to pay for the part even though it was already destroyed when I got there and I was banned from the location. It was very unfair and I had called to try and explain to the manager what had actually happend but he was very cold hearted and not understanding. things easily could have been resolved but the manager was to ignorant too listen to what had actually happend, Just blows my mind. Also they do not update there website and there have been countless times I've tried to find a car that the website showed was there but then I showed up and the car was not there. I really hope that this place improves because it's got potential but until they show more respect to there customers it's no good.

Cheap parts. Would be a lot better if the inventory on their web site was kept current - as it is now you can see something on the web site that hasn't been on the lot for weeks. It would also be nice if you could 'subscribe' on their web site so that you could be notified when a vehicle you're looking for shows up on their lot.

Pretty simple. Show up with your own tools. Present your membership card ($3 if you do not have one). Walk into the yard. Cars sorted by manufacturer. Recover what you need. Pay for what you recovered. Leave. 90 days return on parts over $20.

These people gotta start updating their web page for real! I went here on Wednesday @ 6 pm sharp & they closed at 7:30 pm. When I got to this place, the blonde woman told me they are already closed with the straight face. Without no apologies.. you’re so itching to go home.. bucks is a great junk yard! people on here complaining about the guy who answers the phone?!? Why would you phone them? You can't get any parts over the phone and if you're writing a review on google... WHY NOT GOOGLE THEM??? Their website has hours prices and inventory of vehicles in the yard. What else do you need to know?. And yeah it's muddy after it rains... duh! Gravel costs money ya know. I want to pay for cheap parts not gravel. keep it goin the way you do Bucks!!

Best used parts yard in the city by far. Found a couple of high end winter tires with steelies for $50! Nice clean yard good selection of foreign and domestics and friendly staff. At a parts yard? Yeah i was impressed too! I hadn't been there in about 10 years but I'm glad to see that they still rule the market. Thanks guys and girls off bucks. Very clean pick and pull type junkyard. There are wheel barrows available to haul larger items to the office. They rotate stock quite frequently and have a website with their current inventory. Highly recommended if you're looking for parts for vehicles made in the last 10-20 years.

Generally a good selection of cars and parts. No prices listed for anything but rims. It pays to ask about the price of something on more than one occasion. I got a used head with the cams attached for 70$ but the guy I asked the first time said 80$ for the head and 25$ for the cams. A slight difference. My only pet peeve is that you have to haul everything, the head included, up and into their trailer to pay and then down and out the other side. Not very user friendly. One thing of note that pissed me off and isn’t on their website. They won’t let you in any later than half hour till closing. If it closes at 5 you have to be inside by 4:30. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Not great since they started charging for every little detailed thing. Where before if I made a big purchase, they would throw in the seat covers I found, along with some floor matts I liked. Now they make sure to charge you for EVERY LITTLE THING ! Me no like. I might as well buy brand new with most items. It's not fun going out there anymore.

Always a great selection of vehicles to pull parts off of. Not to many 2010 and newer vehicles as most of there vehicles come from sgi lots. But I will continue to come back nice employees working there. And with there current summer hours it makes it easier to stop by after work to get parts.

Prices are standard. No deals no discussions. They allowed me in with my puppy one week only to turn me away the next . It's a wrecking yard so don't expect them to go out of their way to do anything for you but take your cash and search your toolbox. Stock stays in the yard for ages.

I agree, bucks auto at the regina location has the worst customer service ever. their entry into the yard after rain fall or winter times is so muddy, they do nothing to prevent it, such as poor gravel over that area. the customer service is so bad, they never smile, its like they don't like what they do.

It's a good auto yard to stroll around in. Staff are pretty laid back and the workers on the lot can usually help with any questions on vehicle availability. It's pretty dirty but it really do be a car lot, so what do you expect. Also if you drive a 2nd gen CR-V sell me parts please

Bucks is always awesome! Although they didn't have what we were looking for today.. they made sure to let us know when they would be offloading more vehicles into the yard as well as what types of vehicles! The staff is great here and they do a pretty good job of having the vehicles sorted and all vehicles up on stands... overall I always check bucks before I go elsewhere thanks bucks auto for having stand up service EVERYTIME!!

Great place for the do it yourselfer. Have respectable hours, even more so in the summer. Have great prices and a good selection in which you can search their inventory online prior to going. I've always been greeted with a smile and have never had an issue at this establishment after going about 60 different times. Great place to find a touch up or two, or something prominent in your build. Try them out, you won't be disappointed. (Side note, there are no brand new vehicles, mostly 8yrs old+)

This place is a little disorganized. They put vans, SUVs and trucks in the same area. The makes and models in this area are mixed together. The car areas seemed better. It was muddy the day we went. The website doesn't accurately show what is in the yard. Prices are generally lower than most other wreckers.

think should change prices on web site last few times I went to bucks the prices were more than double the web site eg was charged 5.00 for 1 sprk plug wire it says 2 on web site and was charged 5.00 a button on door switch when the switch is one piece the buttons don't come out like some so they wanted 25.00 for 1 switch if prices keep going to whatever the guy behind the counter feels like charging I may as well go to different wrecker

Unreasonable policy when it comes to wheels.... they do not separate the rubber and the wheel and your forced to buy the whole wheel .... many times I just want a tire and do not need a rim from an old caprice or sunfire... If you don't show your little membership card when walking in you have to pay a fee... They have a lot of cars and a good variety Pros and cons.... Much better than sask auto recyclers where they are lazy and useless and want too much for old junk parts.. some woman sits at a desk there and knows nothing ..also never call you back

Bucks Auto parts Regina was only good when Gilbert was managing the place. It was friendly staff, Well organized and the staff did not tell you to look at a website. I'm talking about my experience from 06 to 09. I moved out of the city. I decided to call for parts for my dad's truck and my truck as well. Just got off the phone the guy on the phone was very rude and disrespectful. He kept repeating go on the website for Inventory, pricing and vehicles. This is not right back in the day any auto wrecker will just tell you steel rims will be x amount on the size and ya we got a few dozen out there. But these says especially at bucks in Regina is nonsense. Uh um uh go to a um uh website we uh um don't have uh um that information. Just come uh um on down. That's how he talked to me. We live over 3 hours away we're not driving just to look and have nothing.

The price is usually good, but does require some knowledge of just what you are looking for. This time I was looking for a vehicle seat,the whole thing. The one I got was from a newer model and though it fits it lines up diffently so I am sitting a bit higher and more forward than with the original. My fault. Still 35 bucks in good shape not wet or stained so I was reasonably pleased. Be warned to bring your own tools. Do your research as to what alternates may work and you can save money. Your buddy the mechanic knows about this place.

Open sign was on. Instead of telling me they were closed I had the door shut and deadbolted in my face. This, on top of other times the staff was short with me when asking simple questions. Basic customer service sucked. The only kind person was a young girl at the counter.

Great place for the people that cant afford to always buy new parts all the time or for people that dont mind doing some work to save a bit of money. Staff are usually freindly and easy to deal with. Only complaint is their website could be kept a little more up to date both for inventory and parts prices. Been several times where vehicles will be on the lot for a month or 2 before they are listed on the website, And the last 3-4 times ive been there the part that i was there for ended up being 10-15 dollars more than what it was listed on the website for.
