HORRIBLE PLACE TO SELL YOU CAR! they do not want to work, they do not call back in regards of when they'll pick your car, they are not interested in working, they will lie to the client about the pick up date, and then they will just ignore you. I waited a week to get my car picked up, and it never happened! I called many times to remind them of what was talked about over the phone, but they do not respect their anyone! Do not sell your car to them!

I came in town from LA to attend to some things for my family and help my mom with her responsibilities in being a caregiver for my dad. Enter Recyclage Laval, and their superstar staff. I needed a replacement 6 cd MP3 radio for my moms 2007 Nissan Versa, and after calling 3 or 4 scrap yards I ended up finding it with this Laval establishment. I made a simple phone call and Fred R, the superstar of the team answered the phone, texted me back, we made arrangements and within 1 hour I was driving to Laval from Cote St Luc and when I arrived the Radio was ready and their man was ready to install. Total transaction took, maybe 30 minutes. Mechanic who installed radio was Steve who was also a great asset to their staff. He was sharp, fast, and very good and knowledgeable. Abdul, was also on the team and was very gracious, honest and efficient. These guys are an honest shop, no scum bag rip off tactics here, their location is right off the freeway, very clean, and the guys are young and cool, not truck driver wolf gang jack scrap yard behavior. They have great inventory. They also replaced a hubcap and made calls for my moms passenger Visor, and located one. Fred R also referred me to a local parts place, for my dads Avalon. Another honest good guy who checked out my moms car was Ali, who told me, her car and year, it was normal to have slight problems with gear shift cable and did not try and BS me to sell me a transmission Overall Fred R and team are a 5 star group and I would not hesitate to do any repairs and parts with them. Their management should take notice and give them all raises. Cheers and Bravo to a job well done.
