It's literally a garbage dump. However the staff working are usually quite helpful and other than Saturday morning you can generally get in and out quite quickly.

Ok- first review ever. These guys hauled away a dumpster this am. then we asked Them to come back with another. They did- immediatley- thought it’d be 20 Mins- hours - And another full dumpster later- they can back before the day was done. THANK you! Excellent. Efficient. Easy. Big value.

Some of the staff that work in the main building are quite abusive towards customers. Especially those who don't understand the system. I have been told that specifically Darcy is bad so watch out for him if you go here. Sad that this is the only dump to go to in Charlottetown.

Worst experience trying to figure out my bill was told I wouldn't get any help at the summerside office had to call charlottetown and they helped me out with no problem summerside was extremely rude my advice is go somewhere else

MOST IMPORTANT***Watch out your bill if you want to stay with them!!!***MOST IMPORTANT "Best Service" Ever! If you were charged by mistake to your credit card by $1200 twice (Yes, twice!!!!!!!!!), their staff, Lady D, said to me "GO OUT AND FIND LABEL, LABEL IS JUST THERE" Please, everyone, just go to Label! Horrible service, Horrible Staff. Rude AF Their staff also claim they are "humane" "busy" "always made mistake" "islanders know forgiveness" It is very ridiculous, while I did not receive any applogies they ask me to forgive them. ??? MOST IMPORTANT***Watch out your bill if you want to stay with them!!!***MOST IMPORTANT Stay Away!
