Dollarama in Port Hawkesbury does carry some great things customers need but, the staff never seems to smile and the manager Veronica is not the friendliest,either.Less than five years ago,I walked into this store and asked Veronica where the tarps were? I asked her nicely and she was so rude and nasty and actually raised her voice to me! I should have reported her to the corporate main office for verbal harassment.THAT'S A GOOD WAY TO LOSE A CUSTOMER. I think her personality is not manager like and i think they need a better manager.Maybe,then the employees will be happier and smile. They need to widen the aisles more and have more cash registers,too.

Dollarama has a terrible policy of no returns whatsoever, even though you have a receipt and the item is not damaged in any way they will not give you a refund or even a store credit! A Very poor practice!!
