This company came to remove my vehicle. On the phone they told me 350 cash for same day removal. Was low balled at 170 cash when the driver came to actually get it. I requested that my brand new roof rack be removed at the yard because I didn’t have the proper tools to remove it myself and the dispatch told me it was no problem they would remove it and hold it for pick up. When I spoke to them last they told me the roof rack was rusted and unable to be removed. I also mentioned how I had forgotten a brand new pair of designer sunglasses inside the vehicle. Dispatch told me they would also get it and hold it for me. When I spoke to him last they said they couldn’t be located? They were in the glasses compartment......now im down much more then I would’ve been. I recommend any business besides this one. Avoid the hassle and headache find somewhere else and someone else to trust.

This Company Is a Scam. Do not use. I had them pick up my van for scrap from a mechanics Lot. They said the Van had been picked up. I then asked about payment to which they said..."call back when the accountant is in". I called back to which they gave me a different number to call. When i called that number the man on the other line was of no help at all. I still have yet to see my money. The fact there is no Address when you serach the company should be somewhat alarming. Oh well. Just hope noone has to go through what i had to with these Thieves.

They will waste your time. I explained everything in detail about my scrap car and what it requires to be removed; I hid nothing from them. They said no problem and setup a time and said $260. A guy comes by in a car, takes a look and gives me every excuse in the book and offers me $50. I called them back, he said he would look into it and call me back. I have no received a call and I do not expect to. I am now going with another company.
