I called one afternoon and was given an appointment for first thing the next morning, with an arrival time window and a note the staff would phone 15 to 20 minutes ahead of the actual arrival / provide a quote / do the removal if I decided to go ahead. Both the office and pickup staff were friendly and professional. It all went perfectly. I would highly recommend this company to my friends.

Verydisappointedexperience. Worst service ever. Don't even call them. Booked the time. Didn't show up. Customer ervice call for rebooking. Rebooked. And the driver called 20 said he would an hour delay. Wait for an hour and never showed up. Such a waste of my time! If you guys could not make it. Don't even bother booking time!! They Are not on time. BOOK FOR 2:30 And tell you they can't make it till 7. And that was rebooked due to no show up last week. DONT CALL THEM TO BOOK ANY SERVICE. JUST WASYE YOUR TIME
