Mu car was taken here after a collision by the tow truck driver ( without my permission ). They will not release my vehicle saying i must talk to a manager first which has never got back to me. Keeping my car hostage for the weekend to get more storage fees. Do not recommend you take your vehicle here

They fixed my brand new ram 1500 rebel last year when someone backed into my truck in the parking lot I was impressed, I was kind worried at first about the body shop work but the result was totally amazing .looks 100% like oem . The stuff are really nice .thanks to Brian again .

VERY, very disappointed with the entire process at 3D collision. It took them 9 WEEKS to get my truck done (Insurance provider has never seen such poor service either in over 20 years in the business) - it was a 2015 so there should have been no problem getting parts. Communication was the worst I have ever had in dealing with any service provider. When I called I was given excuses and promises of return calls that never came. Then after 9 weeks they forgot a part and did not finish the job properly and to top it all off they took a bottle I had in my truck as a client gift. Please avoid the frustrations here and go to another shop!

these guys do a great job of having people write some foolish reviews. this shop forces work upon you by tricking you into signing a work order for repairs even though you no interest in doing repairs there. furthermore they hold vehicle hostage even tho the insurance company sent payment including all info to them yet they wouldnt release until cheque was in hand. you forced me to do work there and then hold it hostage? you guys suck

It has been 6 months and we still can't get our vehicle back. The receptionist lies and promise a service tech will get back to you. They never do. If you do get one on the phone he blames Chevrolet for parts delays. Could be a scam with Torq car rentals to extend their rentals at insurance expense. This is costing me a fortune in fuel (car is a Volt).

Was quoted MORE THAN 2x the retail price for a new car part from a dealership. Guys be vigilant these crooks just want your money and they want it bad. Can't comment on any work being done, as I REFUSE to let shady shops like this work on my car. Front desk girl with bad tan seems pretty high and that is very unprofessional. I am not impressed, gave an extra star because waiting room was alright maybe add a TV and some coffee. My quote was so outrageously high that the insurance estimator will die laughing.

I had a terrible experience with 3D Collision. First I was tricked by the tow truck driver and he made me sign a contract that allowed this garage to make the repair. That already shows the type of people that work here and are associated to this business. They had our car for over 2 months and in the end couldn't even repair it. We called in every once in awhile for an update since no one form the garage ever contacted us and around the one month mark the mechanic kept telling us it was almost ready and there was only one thing left to do. That carried on for another few weeks were I then had to go to the garage in person because people stopped returning our calls and the garage stopped answering the phone. When I showed up they took 30mins to even find someone to help me and show me the car. The car was still in the same state that it was 2 months previous. When we talked to the manager he told us that that they don't know why the mechanic lied to us about the repairs and that other customers have expressed the same concern . Overall, terrible experience. If you are going to trick customers and force them to repair their cars with you at least provide better service. Try returning your customers call, don't leave them sitting in your waiting room for 30mins, and maybe do what other garages do and repair cars.

I was convinced to trust 3d Collision on the repairs of my car. Unfortunately, I am not at all satisfied with the overall service. Firstly because somebody took my son's favorite throw blanket while my car was being repaired and they said nobody saw it. Secondly, I got charged for 2 days rental because 3d Collision won't release my car after finishing the repair. They even assured me that I will be okay, that I won't be charged but it was not true. It is so frustrating that you trust the company but they do not deserve the trust given to them. So sad. Hope I am the only one that had this experience with them.

My buddy brought his 2018 Mustang Eco Boost here after he got into an accident I noticed 3-4 different times they messed up the clearcoat on his vehicle. Then after that mess was cleaned up he noticed his rocker panel just so happened to look like super glue was holding it together, he then proceeded to call them once more to rectify the problem. They said they’d take care of it and not to shortly after that they started dodging calls and making excuses and claims saying it wasn’t them who did it and there’s no possible way that happened. He has proof it was them before and after pictures of the accident and before and after work done aswell 100% would not recommend this shop especially when they can’t get a simple clearcoat down on a vehicle.

Words can't express the level of satisfaction I received from 3D Collision! I had a minor accident with my Ford F-350, and when the insurance adjuster who came out to my house suggested that I use one of their " Certified" body shops to do the work, I remembered a discussion I had with my Mother in which she had raved about 3D and I told the adjuster I would be taking it there. I was DELIGHTED with not only the quality of workmanship, but the level of Friendly, Customer-Oriented service I received from them. Lord willing, I hope for no more fender benders, but in the event I ever need repair done again. I won't hesitate to go back!!!

Admittedly I'm a car nerd and love my vehicle. So after researching all the shops around Oakville, I took my vehicle into 3D Collision for front corner body damage repair. From the take-in, i was under the impression that I'm good hands. We assessed the damage and set realistic expectations around a timeline. Where I was pleasantly surprised was that they called me twice in the four days my car was there to no only check in on progress but consult with me. However, the service goes above and beyond where they touched up a few other chips and a scrape on my vehicle that were not part of original claim. When I went to pick it up they spent the time to go over every procedure that was performed in detail and showed me on the car. Overall this was a great experience and I would recommend 3D Collision to family and friends.

Extremely disappointed with experience at 3D Collision. From tow truck driver who falsely introduce himself as a "firefighter" to owner Darryl who lied and held my vehicle hostage for 8 days. I was overcharged for tow and storage, way more than prescribed in zone bylaw. They do not return phone calls, reception is totally useless. Owner Darryl refused to return calls, had my mechanic waited 4 hours at the site believing he would leave so he could charge more for storage. It is unfortunate that 3D Collison and company preys on vulnerable accident victims to make money with these unethical and reprehensible behaviour. I caution everyone to not bring your vehicle to 3D Collision unless you want to get ripped off!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had. I have been calling many times to check on a customer vehicle and the status of their repair and excuses made every time. Went to manager and was just as bad of experience, told me they are busy and don't have enough people to do the work. Not sure why they would take on more work then. Honestly unless you have 2 months to have your car fixed, stay away!

I would not go here again because: 1) After leaving the lot, I opened a door I had not checked (because it was not originally damaged) and saw multiple scratches that were not there before (I attached one example. There are scratches in four different places). 2) They were impossible to get information from. My call logs show I spent a total of over an hour on hold trying to get information. I was almost always told to call back because the person with information was not working. When I asked them to call me back, they’d take my information and then not call. 3) They lied about receiving (and cashing) a check from my insurance company so that I had to keep the rental (that they arranged for me) for an additional three days. 4) I expressed my concern about the communication problem multiple times and no one reached out or attempted to correct the problem.

This body shop is the worst place ever from the Brian Darrel and the customer service are a bunch of liars it took them almost 60 days to finish fixing my car they wouldn’t answer phone call the receptionist are liars and the work they did to my car it’s garbage nothing lines up I wouldn’t recommend this body shop to any body and the sad part is that my insurance company payed them before I got my car back so they didn’t care no more because they got pay Brian and Darrel you guys at crocks

I had an accident 3 years ago which required extensive work on my car. This shop was not recognized as an authorized shop by my insurance company. Brian assured me that he would do a quality job and that he would stand by his work for the life of the car. So I foolishly agreed to let him do the work. Worst and most expensive mistake I’ve ever made! I had to bring my car back for rework of 3 separate issues within the first 6 months of getting my car back. Keep in mind, I haven’t even got to the pictures I’ve posted (2016 Blue Golf R). If you look closely at the picture they didn't align the hood properly. I was told it was because of the accident it wouldn't line up properly. MY PAINT STARTED PEELING OFF! I messaged Brian several times (phone and emails) to have the matter addressed but he said “it looks like stone chips”. I’ll let you decide for yourself if the clearcoat pealing this way is a result of stone chips. He stopped responding to my emails. I had to go to a proper body shop and paid out of pocket to get this fixed. Oh and somehow this other body shop was able to line up my hood perfectly. Funny how that worked. Bottom line: If you want your vehicle to look like the attached picture after 3 years and want to be dodged by this place when you try to have the issue resolved, then by all mean get your vehicle “taken care of” here. Thanks for the lesson 3D Collision: Always go to a shop that is recognized/authorized by your insurance company! PS: Stay tuned for continued photo updates to this post. I’ve noticed paint bubbles on other panels.

I did not have the opportunity to explore their full service, but the initial communication with them did not go well, after receiving their quotation I tried to question it as they have quoted me double the price of a spare part I got online through the official re-seller! when I brought up the issue they simply stopped returning my calls! Now they might have done a great job on the car, but I also care about the way I am treated as a customer..

If I could rate this place 100 stars I would. The BEST customer service I think I have ever received. I got into a car accident (somebody rear ended me) and I took my car into Fix Auto that was referred to me by my insurance company and I had the worst experience there. They tried to charge me a bunch of other additional damage that wouldn't be covered by insurance in the back end costing almost 3000 and they said they had to fix it in order to fix the other stuff. I was very upset, obviously don't have that kind of money sitting around. On top of that, I got home with my damaged car and realized there was dry erase circles all over the front and back with magnets and they didn't even remove them, so I had to go get a spray bottle and paper towel to scrub it off. I called 3D Collision the next day ( didn't even read the reviews) and they were so kind and asked me how my day was going and then squeezed me in for an appointment within an hour. They also told me I shouldn't have been driving around, since my bumper could have fallen off at any given point. They called enterprise that day, got a reservation and drove me there. They did so much for me, that they absolutely did not need to. I appreciated everything they did, and on top of that they were so kind and I felt like they cared ( not just trying to get extra money) I will 100% recommend going here if you need anything done to your car. They CARE, and that is so rare in customer service. My car looked brand new, the paint matched perfectly and they detailed it (thank you Darrel for that, awesome) It was amazing, love them, thank you!!!

We got into a fender bender today (Christmas Day!) and the driver who arrived was beyond amazing. He took care of us with compassion and care from the moment he set eyes on us! He took the time to drive my husband and I plus our sons (4 yrs & 9 months old) home when he was already on his way home to his pregnant wife. Found this auto body shop using google and took a leap of faith, hoping things turned out good. My experience with Franks 3D Collision was better than great. The customer service was easy to deal with and the work done on my vehicle was even better. He even went above and beyond and touched up a few other spots that weren't apart of the affected area at no extra charge. There’s warranty on the work to. I couldn’t be happier and I’d recommend this to anyone who’s in need of having their vehicle put back together. Thanks again!

Have unfortunately needed to use their services a few times in the last couple of years and they always treat us fairly. They're honest auto body experts, which is sometimes hard to find. We've had a few experiences with Darryl now and that guy is just phenomenal. Was very thorough and transparent with us regarding what our options were, and took our best interests to heart. Will be really sad when we move away from Oakville and have to find a different auto body shop, cause these guys would have lifetime customers otherwise.

What blew me away was that they washed my whole car on initial assessment, not just the damaged area, and detailed it before pickup. That sort of service is just unheard of in the car repair biz. After initially writing a poor review due to communication issues and an un-replaced part from a previous accident repair, Brian (owner) contacted me and apologized for any past communication issues and offered to replace the part free of charge. I was able to bring my car within the week and the part was replaced quickly and efficiently. Great honest and transparent service. After being in a 3 vehicle car accident leaving me rear-ended on Aug 30th on my way to school, the middle vehicle was destroyed and needed a tow truck, when both me and the other vehicle were ready we followed the tow truck to the collision reporting center, after, the truck driver recommended 3D Collision, so as ignorant as I am (20) I agreed for my vehicle to be taken there, which was the worst mistake of my life. One of the secretarys at 3D Collision told me to say to my insurance that my car was undrivable even though it was, just so I would get a free rental. After one Month and a lot of BS the repair was done, my insurance sent them two cheques one for repair and one for tow. They still didn't release my car until they had cheques in hand even though they were sent screenshots and cheque numbers. The repair cheque came in $3,600 they still didn't release my vehicle the tow bill was only $600. 5 days past and they had all the cheques, I was so happy to get my vehicle back. When they called saying it was ready on oct 2nd, they said my license plate was missing and it must of fell off during the accident. I replied with no I even have pictures of it on after the accident. They then stated that they looked all throughout there shop and couldn't find it...great. when I was picking up my car a secretary told me to say to service Ontario that my plate fell off during the accident. I said no, you guys lost it you guys will be paying for my sticker and new plates, the secretary then dismissed the subject. While talking to the a mechanic about my vehicle I stated that I was going to send them the invoice for a new one and a new sticker, he then said okay send us the invoice. I asked to talk to the mechanic about my car to see how the repair went and he said that he was very sorry about the plate and it was probably left on the rear bumper when they threw it out. I like how the mechanics are more honest then the secretarys. I went to service Ontario the next day oct 3rd to report my plate missing and to get new plates/sticker, I sent the invoice to 3D Collision and they argued that I shouldn't have needed a new sticker even though service Ontario said I needed one. After being on a three-way call with the MTO and 3D I was told by MTO that I needed to fax Ontario shared services my invoice. But 3D Collion would be responsible for the plate. 3D Collision said that there manager didn't want to pay me but will give me a refund of $50, and I told them no your going to give me the full price I paid, one of your mechanics told me in person that you would pay me the full amount, my total on the invoice was $279. You take my car hostage for over a week, you lose my plate and promise me you would pay my sticker and plate, but your still giving me BS, saying when your ready you can come and get the $50. I'm in school, I've lost so much class time and had so much added stress. I will be contacting the better business bureau and taking them to Small claims court as this is theft.

Stay away from this place. They will take forever to get your car fixed. I had a friend take his car there and all they cared was the insurance cheque. The car was not fixed on time, bodywork was shady and they didn't want to do fix the electrical work. At the end my friend gave up, gave the insurance cheque and took the car elsewhere to fix the electrical issue which he paid from his pocket. You will probably not see the owner after dropping off the car. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

This shop makes you feel like they are doing you a big favour to fix your car. They asked me to call in multiple times a day for them to repeatedly delay when it would be ready for pick up. The phone line is always busy and I was put on hold 10-20min at a time. The reception/desk workers display low level of professionalism. Barely looking at me in my eyes when they communicated with me and hanging up the phone on me after they were done talking. The manager Steve was reasonable and respectful and, truthfully he seems to be the only normal human I talked to. The car can be fixed anywhere but it was exhausting to deal with their "that's not my problem" attitude (that's actually what they said to me twice).

3D Collision Oakville are Scammers and Mafia, the must be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I had an accident and one of their Mafia team from A Action (towing company) towed my car from the highway to their shop in Oakville and while you just had the accident and of course under the accident shock, he will ask you to sign a contract while you are on your way to the shop and before you even arrive, without even reading what's in there or without anyone of their shop to explain their scam conditions!!! They will hold your car hostage until they get what they want from your insurance company and if you do not want to do the repair at their shop, they will ask you to pay $2500 for breaching conditions which no one explained, they give their towing truck guy some contracts in his truck to be ready and let the people sign it while they are under accident shock!! On top of all that scam, if you decided to not go with the repair, they will steal your stuff from your car before you take it or get it transferred to another place!!! in my case, they stole my DASH CAM, and some touch up paint pens and other items!!! what a CHEAP, DISHONEST AND ROBBERY place and people are working there!!!! STAY AWAY OF THIS PLACE!!!!

We feel lucky to find this body shop. We have got our Audi and Hyundai fixed here 3 times and each time the process and experience has been seamless. They really work well with the insurance company's and best are very honest. Also I had minor issues twice with my Audi and the owner happily fixed it for me without any charge. When I had a major accident on Icy roads in Jan 2016, 3D Collision made the complete process stress free. For a mom with 2 kids, this is the kind of service experience I would appreciate. Thank you.

Our van has been in a number of accidents this year (bad luck!) and I've taken it to these guys for repair. All of the staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. These guys know their stuff and go the extra mile to make sure I'm getting the best service at the lowest price and even gave me good advice to make sure I was getting the most out of my insurance (like getting a car rental while the van was in the shop over the Christmas holidays - something I hadn't known was available through my insurance at no extra cost to me). I like this place and would recommend it to anyone.

This company is a scam run by two towing companies Action towing and batista towing the owners are partners in ownership of this business my car was side swiped on qew and taken here by a tow truck driver i took pictures of the damage when the car was dropped off. Their was damage to my rear driver side door and quarter panel at that time. They held my car hostage until the insurance adjuster had looked at it to drive up storage fees, then tried to jack up my tow charge with excessive wait times for driver and dolly fees wich are covered in the hookup fees as per burlington bylaws i argued with them for an hour to fix the bill which they did reluctantly.then they tried to get me to sighn a release form giving them possesion of my vehicle even though it was not deemed a total loss.they finally gave me back my car and their was more damage then when i dropped the car off. The rim and rear bumper had been damaged while in their possesion. The estimate for damage was $7600 from 3D collosion and i had the car fixed for $1500 at another shop

After getting into an accident, I went to 3D Collision who came recommend by a friend to see if my car was drivable. Right away, from the first email to the last visit, Brian and the team at 3D put my mind at ease. It turned out the car was not safe to drive and within 30 minutes I was set up with a rental vehicle with them. During the process of assessing my vehicle and getting it repaired, Steve kept me in the loop throughout the process. Regardless of who I spoke to, they were always courteous, friendly and so helpful! Although I am extremely happy with the service I received, I graciously say that I never want to see them again - at least not in this setting...perhaps over drinks instead! :) I would however, highly recommend 3D Collision for anyone finding themselves in the unfortunate situation of having to deal with repairs on their vehicle. Brian in particular, from the onset said that 'he'd take care of things', and that's exactly what he did! Thank you!

My car was damaged in that wind storm when a tree fell on it. There was an extensive amount of damage and at first thought my car would be totaled. Thankfully it wasn't and Steve at 3D Collision did an absolutely amazing job on my car. It looks even better than it did when I first bought it. I am one of those pain in the rear clients who calls almost daily and they were patient with me and never got irritated at me for calling a million times. Honestly, I could go on for days at the service and workmanship that I received at 3D Collision. They truly are the best in the business! So after I had an accident in my brand new truck I had to get it fixed. Now Im very particular about anything thats mine. Especially my vehicle. I asked for reviews and everyone kept telling me Darrel at 3D Collision is pretty good. Well they were completely WRONG! Darrel is the BEST!!!! HANDS DOWN!!! This man and his staff went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to dealing with the insurance company and explaining everything to me. He will fight for whatever is in your best interests. Not the insurance company. His motto is "its your car...its your choice". He means exactly that. As long as 3D Collision is in business I will only take my vehicles to him. This is where you need to go. Don't be fooled by anyone else's claims. This is the only place to take anything you have for body work. Trust me you won't be disappointed...

Aaction took my car there with no authorization. 3D Refused to release car to insurance company. After "Mike" (body shop manager) straightening everything out with me. They told my insurance company 'no one by that name Mike works here'... called back again, they told me my insurance company is trying to 'rip me off' I once again told them to release.. AND THEY SCREWED AROUND adjuster again!! DO NOT GIVE CREDIT CARD INFO. They will try to charge you a releasing fee, impound fee and towing fee. There is a scam with Aaction towing, Torq car rental and 3D collision BEWARE!!! Aaction & 3D is the same sleezy owner

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Action Towing, Torq Rentals, and 3D Collision are all in cahoots. They will hold your car hostage and keep your insurance company paying out the wazoo. I have not had my car for over 3 months. They are liars, unprofessional, and are impossible to get a hold of. If you get in an accident on the high way, refuse to be taken here! Their workmanship automatically comes into question upon receiving this knowledge. I currently have my insurance company looking toward legal action against this establishment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Brian provides great knowledge and professionalism in his very successful body shop. Just walking into the shop makes a customer (more than likely a little terrified to began with, walking into a body shop) feel at ease. The environment is comfortable and clean/organized. When 3D Collision passes their customer a quote, it’s a easy to understand estimate and first introduces the body shop and then explains what your car may need. They do not just scribble a couple of number on a business cards found underneath a pile of irrelevant papers and magazines from atop the desk. I recommend 3D Collision to friends, family and anyone looking for honest people.

I've had my car fixed here twice. Once was through insurance where the handled everything from dealing with my insurance company to booking the rental. The next time I paid privately and they saved me over $300 by polishing the scratches on the headlight rather than replacing it. Both times they did an exceptional job. They were extremely professional, friendly, fair and FAST. Totally blown away! Great experience with this shop. Insurance covered $5650 of repairs to my vehicle after an accident. These guys did a great job thoroughly inspecting it and finding multiple hard-to-find damages. Professional the entire time and helped interface with the insurance company. Owner of shop stayed after close when I was running late from work to pick up vehicle.
