I have taken all my vehicles to vic west auto this spring and the service has been amazing. great advice, great customer service and honest pricing. will not be looking for another mechanic for a long time. as a landscape contractor with both personal and business vehicles i love knowing there is someone to call when i need knowledgeable and efficient service.

I brought it in here the first time for a 105 point inspection and a detail, all the mechanics showed me everything that was going on with the car. What needed to be replaced now, 6 months from now, and what's still in good condition with an estimated lifespan. Every time I get a problem with my car that I cannot fix myself, I bring it to these guys where they find and fix the problem. I live out in Sidney and I would very much rather take it in to these guys than going to another establishment because they are trustworthy and knowledgeable in what they do. Everyone is straightforward and direct with your vehicle and they will fix it right.

Had the car towed there the night before; they opened at 8:00am the next day. The car was fixed at 8:01 even though they had five other cars in the garage. Excellent service.

Tips To Level up In Life

Needs a little improvement. Cheapest place in town I found for tire installation though. Car was parked across street when done which was a little annoying and did not get a phone call despite owner having my contact information. Said number did not work. Ok fine. Overall not bad, pretty greasy and dungeon type of place, shopping cart full of garbage in detailing bay and only a few lights working. If shop was cleaned up, employees wore clean uniforms and owner had change when you pay cash this place could be almost be a 4 star. Not questioning their ability but the apperance would scare off most discerning customers.

We recently bought a used car. It needed two major expensive repairs - wheel bearing axle replacement and a new differential. They were able to turn the disappointment of buying a lemon into a positive. The great team turned our car into an 'almost new' one. It's nice, especially nowadays, to go to a place where service still means something. We've been a happy clients for a few years and will stick with them and recommend them to anybody.

Will go out of their way to track down a part at the best price available, will explain the work that needs to be done thoroughly, patiently, and without condescension. My invoices have yet to exceed the estimates given, and they've always provided information for finding less expensive options if cash is tight... even if that information is that the cost of the work required exceeds the total value of your vehicle... all around great team I genuinely enjoy doing business with :)

I had an absolutely amazing experience with West Bay Auto Sales this morning. I happened to be in the area, and stopped in the office to inquire about a tire replacement. Within 30 minutes I was on my way out with a new tire, some buffed out dents, and booked for the next available space for an oil change. Erik and Ryan (I think) provided an absolutely wonderful service. Price was unbeatable - I’ll definitely be back again.

I LOVE my mechanics at Vic West Automotive & Detailing. They know what they are doing, they are fast, friendly, courteous and above all honest. They fixed my dead car today. It was only a little wire that took them a half hour to fix and all together cost me less than $100. I will never go any where else if I can help it and I will recommend these guys to every one I like. ; )

Went to have my truck detailed and had a cigarette hole burned in the seat. When i asked to either have my money back or the hole fixed, he told me I was lying and made up some weak excuses. Also tried implying that I made the hole, when I don't smoke. It was 100% a cigarette burn and the fact they tried to lie and partially blame me is pretty lame. 150$ isn't much to refund when you are in the wrong and damage some bodies up holstry.

Went in to have my alternator replaced they recommended macs auto electric. Picked up my vehicle they broke the button on my key that unlocks my doors and taped it back together with electrical tape and didn't inform me or apologize or offer to fix it. Upon asking for my old battery back I find out they sold it to the lady who was ahead of me needing a new battery totally shady. 3 days later I broke down in nanaimo. Macs alternator was no good. Had vehicle towed to Vic west for replacement alternator I get a call mid day being asked to get my vehicle out of there shop big panic big rush I left work and was forced to get another alternator from macs because they wouldn't wait for the one I ordered from lordco to arrive. Not only was I charged twice for labour but the alternator shop Eric and Vic west recccomended was all of a sudden in Victoria Wests Opinion what he called a GOOF. For a second I had to pinch myself and see if I was standing in a prison somewhere. What a terrible unproffesional experience I will never go back and that's saying a lot because I am super easy going and understanding. Oh yeah and my belts squealing run away from this shop
