Tried to drop some scrap metal and bikes off to their metal recycle bins and had the alleged "owner" show up, accuse us of stealing and go so far as to take pictures of our vehicle and threaten us with court. Wow. Pretty disgusting way to treat the people making you money. Highly recommend going elsewhere to do business. For scrap recycling, the welding shop on Goldstream Ave. has bins, as does the Malahat Wreckers.

Brutally rude over the phone. I called asking for multiple different parts, a couple of which there online inventory search showed they had and when i asked i just got a stark "NO". There was no time between my asking and their response, no way they looked it up over even checked. After the second brash "NO" and just gave up because clearly they had no interest in assisting me or attaining my business. Rude beyond words, this company holds "Old Time Langford" to its name for sure. You don't live/work out in the stix anymore gentlemen, get some respect for the community you serve.

The owner really knows how to kick out of their customer. Called asking for some help about one kind of wheel rim. Being cut off before I even finished my question. And the rest of the conversation was humiliating. Never been treated like this in any kind of business. Were other reviewers here dealing with other employees or the other owner? OR the other business happens to be under the same name? If there were "negative star" here, I wont hesitate to throw a pile of them here.

Parts are over priced. they tried to sell me worn out tires for the price of really good used ones which I declined. I later Paid 1/3 of their price elsewhere and got good tires. I called for a distributor for my truck and they wanted $70 for a well used one that could fail any time soon, other Wreckers sell same one for $40. Bought a brand new high performance distributor with 3yr warranty at Canadian Tire for $94. These guys are hurting for sales so they try to milk you for every penny.

Nothing but a bunch of crooks. Tried to hold my car for ransom (told me I owed them $70 for a tow that they offered to do for free) in order to get me to take $50 for it. Took my phone out to record the conversation and all of a sudden the keys were handed over and I was sent on my merry way, free of charge. Surprised that these guys haven't been run out of town by the community, as I can't imagine I'm the first person they tried to scam.
