Very happy. Called them Wednesday and they were ready to come out the next day, unfortunately I was busy that day, but, they were able to come Friday at noon. Driver (sepastian) called me just after 12 to say he was on his way and arrived right around 1230 excellent timing, especially considering a lot of places show up 5 hours late or not at all. Sebastian was a super nice guy who got out and shook my hand and I was offered the same price I had gotten over the phone. If I get another car that I don't wanna put money in I have these guys numbers

I called this number twice. First call was a answering machine, the second went to Rick. I had a question and he literally said 50$, nothing else was really said over the phone. In the end it is false advertising and this company is also the other two websites on Google reviews, cash for junk cars and free junk car removal. They are trying to avoid the bad reputation they already have in Victoria BC. I know you could strip my car and make more money off the cores then what they offer. The scrap steal in most vehicles are worth more then 200$ too. In the end the margins are low in running a car scrapping business and he will lowball you. He is also shady and honestly deserves to go out business. I suggest scrapit.ca at least you will get a decent incentive to get your vehicle off the road. Again, this is the other two low rating scrap car businesses on Google. Family and friends are inflating this site making Rick a even worse businessman. Lack of ethics means a lack of business.

Service used: unwanted car removal Roger was very quick to come by, within the hour due to a cancellation by another customer. He made a reasonable offer for the car and hauled it away; this was a running driving car so it had value beyond scrap. He told us if we didn't receive the money within a day or two to contact him. We sent a text after 2-1/2 days and he sent the money immediately, and apologized for the delay. Thanks Roger!

Horrible service. They drove over my hedge coming to pick up the car. They hit another vehicle in my driveway on the way out and refuse to communicate with ICBC, it has been 3 weeks and I still cant get my damaged vehicle repaired. They offered a much higher price on the phone and gave me $50 for the car they took.

I called and made an appointment for Monday on a Friday, the man on the phone seemed very busy and rushed, but confirmed the appointment. Monday comes along and no one shows, so I phoned again expressing that I had an appointment, but he didn’t seem to acknowledge that and said someone will be there in about an hour to pick up my car. Someone came within 20 minutes which was great, and said he’d E-Transfer me money for my car. I didn’t receive any E-Transfer so I called them the next day, they said they were really busy and had many cars to look at but appreciated the reminder call. 10 days later still no E-Transfer so I had to call again!!! Roger was confused as to why I hadn’t texted my email to him (even though no one told me to do that) and said if I don’t receive an E-Transfer today or tomorrow to call again. I then received a $50 E-Transfer the next day...I’m just disappointed at the lack of organization and communication....yikes! It was just a hassle to deal with, wouldn’t recommend.

DONT EVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! I was quoted a certain price and time on the phone for my car bye the owner Rodger. The day of the driver was 5 hours late and we tried to get ahold of Rodger and he had no idea to where his driver was. The driver told us Rodger said a way lower price then what he expected so my partner called Rodger to confirm. Rodger started to yell and curse at my partner during the conversation. He was very unprofessional and rude. My car had already been lifted onto his truck, so we felt forced to go with the price. I called Rodger to give him a piece of my mind and he then yelled at me and proceeded to hang up on me. I have never dealt with such awful customer service before. This guy is a crook and would do anything for a quick buck

Rodger was really responsive and very helpful. He was able to come within a day of calling and helped me remove my wheels and the hitch off my dead car. He then towed it for free, signed transfer papers and paid me $200 for my scrapped (due to timing belt snapped) car.

I wish there was a zero rating. I was told the driver would call in the am. I called the business 5+ times asking where the tow truck was. Owner said they would call the tow truck and get right back....I called again after 1 pm . The driver finally arrived to offer me less than what I saw on the website. The tow truck left without my car, and I called the owner again to express my disappointment and frustration. He insisted he told me a set amount for my car etc, which he did not. He finished by telling me he did not want my business. I tried another car removal business with a similar name .i was hung up on. I’m sure it’s his business too. I do not recommend at all.

Roger saved the day. Our old car broke down on the way to the fair. Gave him a call and he was there in about 10 minutes. I’m sure there was some luck involved with the timing but I mean we barely had time to unload the car and he was ready to tow it for us. Made the whole process smooth and easy. When we got back from a great day at fair, I checked email and he had sent the money already. Couldn’t ask for better service! Highly recommended.

My 2003 Subaru car needed a new engine and we didn’t want to fix it. I called five companies that would take the car and was offered anywhere from $ 200 - 450.00 Roger was excellent to deal with, he gave me the best price for my car by $ 75 and was the only one that asked what condition the tires were in. He was extremely reliable, answering my questions and texts promptly and made the whole process so easy. He met me as soon as I got off the ferry as I was coming from Galiano Island . He had all the paperwork looked after and removed my plates and told me what I needed to do with ICBC. He e transferred the money to me within hours as he promised he would after he towed the car away. Great experience as I never have done this before. Highly recommend!

Didn't show up on time or call me to inform me they were running late. I had to get rid of the vehicle, so I called another company. They showed up in a half hour and were very friendly. When junk888s driver finally arrived he verbally accuasted me for wasting his time. In addition he threatened me and took my picture several times without my permission. Something which is illegal in our province of B.C. All my neighbours came out to check on me due to his actions and verbal agression. To say the least. One star.
