I was impressed by how organized the team were. I had a mattress donation, 1.800 got junk called to give me a window of time that was convenient for me. Called the day before to confirm. Called half hour before arrival. Arrived on time, to the minute. I'd left the mattress outside and they quietly came, took the mattress and left a receipt by the door for me. I was impressed. As a first time customer I really appreciated this detail. Their work ethic was incredible. I've never seen so much stuff moved so fast and loaded so efficiently. Which is a good thing because in my mind at least ... there is a very fine line between junk and potential treasures. What a great service. My appointment was Saturday but they called to confirm and said that they could come Friday if it worked for us, which it did. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly. The crew showed up when they said they would and they were fantastic! The invoice came in less that what they quoted. Also, the crew worked their buttons off to keep it under an hour so we wouldn't be charged extra labour! I highly recommend this service!
